Scan is at 10.30am. Hopefully we'll know either way tomorrow. Philippa wish you the best for tomorrow.

Sorry ladies not really in chatty mood tonight. Feeling very low/ scared/ resigned to the enviable.

clairemorgan81 · 19/05/2015 19:23

so sorry your feeling so down philippa. it's so understandable. Hope your feeling a bit better now. sending you lots of love and strength xx

Kazz2112 · 19/05/2015 18:35

Awh hun! Massive hugs. It's so unfair we're all having to go through this. It makes what time an exciting time really tough. Try to surround yourself with comforting things and get an early night. I find things always seem better after a good nights sleep.

Also bear in mind... your moods are going to be all over due to your hormones. Which is a good sign!

philippa88 · 19/05/2015 17:06

Thank you for your kind words. I'm just so angry that I've lost my positive attitude, and that in turn makes me cry more. My oh tells me it's all going to be ok and work out this time, yet I snap back 'I've heard it all before and all 4 times it was not ok'. It's like I can't let this black cloud go and I know it's worse for baby but I can't shake it off. It's literally like I'm waiting to bleed, the cramp to me signals it's going to happen and I have that horrible feeling that if I lose it, then I'll be kicked off the trial then how will I ever have a baby. Sorry to be such a misery it's just it all seems to have hit me today and realisation has scared me. :( xx

Marchgirl · 19/05/2015 15:58

Big hugs philippa. Completely understandable that you are worrying after what we've all been through. Just take one day at a time. And keep thinking "today I am pregnant". We're all here for you x

Philippa i can't say anything other then try not to which as we have all been in that situation it's hard for us not to be in scared/shitting in frame of mind. Every little thing is going to play on our minds, earlier I was punching my boobs and nothing. All I can say is we are here for you when your happy or sad your are not alone sending big hugs xxx

philippa88 · 19/05/2015 15:42

Girls I really need some help :( :(
I can't stop thinking the worst and it's reducing me to tears. I just don't know where my positivity has gone and I've got full on cramp so just expecting the worst :( xx

Kazz2112 · 19/05/2015 13:25

Gpod luck to both of you for tomorrow. Lots Of positive thoughts heading your way

philippa88 · 19/05/2015 12:57

Oh Louise stay away from google!! It does nothing but worry and stress you. Fingers are crossed for tmrw, I really hope the results are good news. Go buy some nice comfort food and try to relax, I'm only 3+5 and I'm trying to keep those negative thoughts at bay - it's not easy! Xx

LouiseM1987 · 19/05/2015 11:47

Girlie what time is your scan tomorrow I've got mine tomorrow at 8am. All my symptoms have gone and I've got really bad back ache which is exactly the same as my first mmc we seen a heart beat but it measured 2 weeks too small.
I've stupidly googled how big it measured and it was just short of 2 weeks out :( so I think mines going the same way as then.
I have everything crossed for you tomorrow xx

Kazz2112 · 18/05/2015 21:06

:) that's reassuring. Thank you.x

Indiedog · 18/05/2015 20:36

Kazz, I have a funny shape uterus, can not remember the name. Mine tilts back too. But this hasn't affected conceiving, and as I have a DD who's 6, holding a pregnancy either. So hopefully they can explain a little more, and you will feel reassured.

Philippa, on my record sheet, I write the time, and I put a L or R left or right for what side I injected, as I was always forgetting!!!!
I have bruised twice out of the whole lot, both times cos I knicked a capillary. It's nothing, tiny bit of blood, bit sore, then that's it.
I hold my syringe in my hand whilst I take it upstairs, just warms it a little. I found if it's really chilly it stings a bit more!!

Girlie, so pleased your scan is soon. Keeping everything crossed. Xxx

Kazz2112 · 18/05/2015 20:17

Not long now till Wednesday. Hope it brings you some good news and reassurance. Big hugs and hand holding.x

girliesaints · 18/05/2015 20:10

Yep scan wed and should be 8 weeks

girliesaints · 18/05/2015 20:09

Sorry kazza, you've had to have some bloods redone. At least you're in safe hands x

philippa88 · 18/05/2015 19:45

Thanks everyone! Kaz I had both the crappy tests and clearblue ones..
I'm refraining from testing anymore - past pregnancies I've tested daily to check on the lines and it just stresses me out. I'm being as positive as I can now - like I keep saying, I just don't think it seems real! It's like we've waited for the day to start injections and now I've had one - it still hasn't clicked in my brain! Xx

Kazz2112 · 18/05/2015 19:37

Has no one else been given clear blue pregnancy tests?

Kazz2112 · 18/05/2015 19:36

I'm not worried about the bloods results. The next time I fall pregnant ill either be on the trial and have the support of that or I'll be being treated for a known condition so either way my chances are increased.

I'm just a little concerned about the uterus abnormality. But the sonographeromone said it's more linked to inability to conceive and seeing as I've successfully conceived three times I should be ok!

I think it was the lupus one. my first one from the recurrent miscarriage clinic hadn't come back when I signed up for the trial and has suggested be apparently come back inconclusive. The trial test showed a low result. Just going to focus on ttc this cycle and by the time i hopefully get a bfp I'll know which route we have to take!

clairemorgan81 · 18/05/2015 19:25

sorry your having the uncertainty of whether you can join trial or not kazz. I had bloods redone but it was for something unrelated to miscarriage. so is that lupus? sticky blood? if it's still low it is treatable so please try not to worry too much.

lucky you getting cb ones!x

clairemorgan81 · 18/05/2015 19:03

well done philippa Smile

March yes af arrived this afternoon (hoping so anyway after my 5 days of browny crap wish that would f off....sorry yours hasn't arrived yet and I know what you mean about getting another bfn I had test done this morning at hospital (before af had arrived) and bfn which of course I knew but I still felt rubbish! hurry up af. its funny isn't it you pray af won't come then pray it will so you can start again.
I hope it shows tomorrow for you.

girlie I hope these are positive signs for you. when's your scan -wed?x

Kazz2112 · 18/05/2015 18:56

When is your appointment Girlie? Still finger crossing and positive thinking for you!

How exciting Philippa. Glad to hear you're started on your injections.

I've been back at the hospital today for a uterus scan and more bloods due to some of the trial nloods showing up low levels of possible sticky blood disorder. Did anyone else have to have bloods redone? Got to wait two weeks now to find out the results and if I van participate on the trial or if I will just need Heparin for my next pregnancy.

The scan showed I have a bicornuate (irregular) shaped uterus too so not sure how that may affect the trial!

Oh... picked up my pregnancy tests too. They're clearblue ones :)

girliesaints · 18/05/2015 18:45

Glad to hear Philippa you've had you're randomisation appointment and had first injection. I soon got used to my daily injection, although I have cracking bruise on tummy at moment- oops!

choccy-well jel about your weekend

I've turned into a eating/ icky woman this weekend. If not eating, feel sick. Wish I could assume it was a good sign but been here before with previous MCs. Weight is starting to pile on rapidly- ggrh!
