Do you like feeling left out of a group? Do you enjoy being marginalised and isolated and picked-on? How about a good bullying? If so..you're in t'wrong place, cock, coz this 'ere is the TTC thread where you feel loved, embraced, encouraged, wanted, lusted after, admired, respected, thought-of with fondness, missed when you're away. We will even put up with your lazy, selfish bastard of a husband who would rather watch Chelsea romp through the Premiership than put a baby in your tum-tum.

Absolutely any old slag welcome, unless you already have a baby in your tum-tum and we're about as familiar with you as a condom. You can get lost Smile

t'STATS, innit

Oysterbabe · 15/04/2015 22:09

You doing slightly hysterical Juney Smile

No meatballs here, stupid wedding diet. I can't wait until the honeymoon where I can start a gentle slide into obesity.

juneybean · 15/04/2015 22:01

I'd die, I'd actually die but I think my chances are slim! But that's okay! I'm okay with this!

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 15/04/2015 22:00

Juney how are you feeling? Can you imagine if this month was THE month. ?? x

juneybean · 15/04/2015 21:59

But Oyster did you have meatballs?!

nomio I'm still totally pregnant!!! I'm like 2dpo!!! actually I'm taking a well-deserved break (don't tell Purdita)

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 15/04/2015 21:58

Night QueenBee x

frogbubbles · 15/04/2015 21:55

I'm not a hoarder or owt the vases were for a craft project that I still haven't done

frogbubbles · 15/04/2015 21:53

Phew found you all.. I thought the other bus was a bit quiet. Been out for dinner with some friends and just got home, feet up with a cuppa.

Eskimo ha ha ha I love the LTB definition!!

Oyster I love ikea, but MrF is like you and makes me buy via internet, last time I bought ten vases Grin

MaMaPo · 15/04/2015 21:51

Argh where is the goddamn temp rise!? Come on ovaries.

Best of luck today sparkly.

And for Purdey too - job interview, is it? What's the job? nosey

Nomio230 · 15/04/2015 21:51

My new stats. ####BFP due 9 May#####

Nomio230 · 15/04/2015 21:48

Ibeka, I am afraid you are out. If you don't follow the rules exactly, you don't get any support on this bus. Grin

Thanks for the research. I am off to ask for Progesterone supplements tomorrow, so perfect timing!

Night, sorry to hear you have had a bad day. Try not to let the idiots get you down. X

Bitter old hag Purdie, love the new intro!

Oyster, you must be getting so excited! I think you are our first Bumsnet bride!

Juney, do you have a plan for next month?

Oysterbabe · 15/04/2015 21:39

Juney we bought a basket that people can put cards in at our wedding. Managed to get out without buying any coat hangers or tea lights.
Normally we're in there for AGES. DP agonises over what to buy. There will be two identical items in different shades of blue or something and he just won't be able to pick between them, drives me mad!

Queenbee30 · 15/04/2015 21:33

There you are!
###STATS QueenBee30 age 30 ttc#1 bfp 26th April ish?> squiffy cycle so bit of a guess.

Off to bed ladies, I'm absolutely shattered.

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 15/04/2015 21:31

Eskimo hahaha 'you had 1 job!'

N'awww! What a plum! x

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 15/04/2015 21:29

Night- what a bunch of insensitive dicks at work. Sending you a big hug and them a virtual kick in the throat.

Sparkly - sending you lots of love and luck tomorrow. Are they doing bloodwork tomorrow ? I would ask for progesterone pessaries/injection & a repeat of bloods.

Don't let them make you feel rushed. Be selfish tomorrow and don't leave until you are happy.
Are you making a list of questions to ask? I don't have any apart from asking out right for prog supplements.

Good luck on your interview tomorrow Purds. You'll be fab!

Hope everyone else is good today. ?

Cariad that's amazing. I had no idea that our tubes could do that.... Swing over. Clever stuff. The body blows my mind sometimes! Glad all okay for you. ??

Had some right nice weather today. 24degrees! Was bloody lovely. Shame I had work Confused

CD6. still hairy. Gotta feeling DH is gonna want milking tonight. Hahaha!

Pikz · 15/04/2015 21:29

Sparkly I've just been reading the study and Ayrshire and Arran hospital are on it... Probably too far from you?

ibeka · 15/04/2015 21:22

sparkly I've been doing a bit of research on that. It seems a large study has just been completed in which thousands of women who have had early MCs have been given progesterone or a placebo. The results aren't published yet and unfortunately you are a couple of months too late to volunteer. I would guess if this study is being done then there is strong evidence for the use of progesterone but not enough for it to be routinely prescribed. The study is called 'promise'. It is being run out of Kings College London. I would read up as much as you can both on this study and on evidence about progesterone and MC from other reliable resources, go in and say that you have read all this stuff (and specify the reliable, medical sources) and that although you know there are still some questions about its effectiveness, you would like to try progesterone as a precaution and ask if they'll prescribe it.

Pikz · 15/04/2015 21:20

Eskimo you have proper made me laugh tonight as I was feeling ver fucking grumpy innit

Now I can't remember anything else. Must go to bed and get out the right side tomorrow

babsbunny · 15/04/2015 21:16

Spent grotesque amount of money in Ikea last week for the new flatBlush. You go in for one or two things....

Sparkly123 · 15/04/2015 21:13

Sorry I have missed some posts going to read back in a bit.. Just wondering something-
For my all tomorrow- I think it's common knowledge that low prog can cause early mc. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or possible thoughts I could bring up with doctor? Do you think I should ask if I can have progesterone as a precaution for next time?? Any thoughts much appreciated! Flowers

ibeka · 15/04/2015 21:12

purdie.... I don't raise my bum after TTC. Am I to be kicked off?

Rainy34 · 15/04/2015 21:11

marysPrayer yeah for being cycle buddies!!

Ibeka I have a huge crater on the side of my mouth, how sexy , this the time that you are meant to be more appealing to the opposite sex and feel sexy, i feel none of that , lol!!!!

GlitteryLipgloss1 · 15/04/2015 21:09

Haha loving the introSmile

ibeka · 15/04/2015 21:07

eskimo, love the bath time guilt!

Rainy et al - I get ovulation headaches. Also I get spotty at that time...

Reading back, I have two further observations to make:

  1. dildocams... good luck to all those that have them. They are not too bad. The worst bit is the sticky knickers all day afterwards from all the lube! (TMI? Sorry)

  2. body hair... I noticed today my leg hair was sticking through my mega-thick cycling leggings. This is not a good look. I may have to dig out a razor...

  3. ikea... bloody love the place.

loopylou1984 · 15/04/2015 21:07

Thanks Rainy - yeah, she kept saying things look good then caveated it all with 'but I'm not an expert, the consultant will discuss it all with you'

Spinning, yes she said all was fine, I'm not 100% sure on everything she checked, but she def measured the size of my womb, checked the lining and ovaries and checked that my ovaries moved. I guess I'm not completely clear, but they must get fairly used to what they're looking at?

Purdey - love the opening post, wonder if your stalker will see it?

Sparkly - thinking of you for tomorrow Smile

Eskimo - you made me chuckle, then I read it to dh who laughed too. Although he looked a bit worried and I think he was wondering what is told you all about him!

Cariad - the tubes can move??? I think I need a biology lesson Xx
