That'll be a good break for u Ducky! Just what u need :) and how cute of ur DS! Grin

And that's good Lill I'm fine going anywhere :)

I'm a bit worried this morning. Not felt baby move yet and I usually feel him as soon as I wake up Confused he was moving around so much yesterday. I'm nipping my moms in an hour so if I've not felt anything I might call up the mau and see if I can be monitored a for an hour and leave DS with her Confused

zombiemeow · 16/06/2015 07:33

Yes she had him once before overnight but has had him quite a few times during the day. I hope he's ok as he's starting to get a bit more clingy now! It's so cute, he holds his arms out to you to be picked up and he thinks he can kiss people Grin he really just grabs faces and puts his open mouth on their face and shakes his head Grin

Lillamyy1 · 16/06/2015 01:56

Fridays are good for me too Smile

Lillamyy1 · 16/06/2015 01:56

Thatll be a good break for you
Ducky. Has your DM had DS to stay before? I'm hoping DS gets used to my DM soon an likes bein looked after by her, it'd be nice to be able to leave him with her while we have an evening out, also whe I go back to work she'll be looking after him a bit.
Cupcake, Tori maybe we could meet somewhere in nottingham if it's not too hard for you two to get to? Then I'd just have to take one bus into the centre.

zombiemeow · 15/06/2015 22:18

Thanks lil Smile

Thanks cupcake, it's crap for you but glad to know it's not just my ds Grin

I only had a small glass but it was very nice. Dm is having ds this weekend, hopefully I will just catch up on sleep! Think I'm just a bit run down ATM

Cupcake92 · 15/06/2015 21:52

Oo Tori sounds yum! Oo I'll have to look up that then as I just love tapas. I work Mondays and Thursday so a Friday would be good! I also get paid next Friday so even better Grin

Ducky I don't know if it helps at all but I felt the same as u honestly. DS was the worst sleeper, he started off amazing then stopped sleeping well. Even now he doesn't go to bed at an early time and I struggle some nights! Where as my friend has her 2 girls I bed by 6:30pm!!!! DS would never do that! That's in the night garden time Grin I've attached a photo of DS..... He fell asleep 10 mins ago as he's been a nightmare!! But he's looking so so chilled as if he's accomplished something In his naughty behaviour! Grin
U enjoy ur wine!! Envy so jealous!

Lill I will deffo have a look into the la Tasca in Nottingham! I'm jealous u have peanut butter! I eat it out the jar with a spoon Grin I also drive Lill so I could get anywhere, where would be better for u?

Cross post Ducky! Enjoy that wine, you deserve it Grin

Lillamyy1 · 15/06/2015 20:48

Aww Ducky, of course you're not a bad mum Flowers You're doing your best! He's usually a happy little boy isn't he? I'm sure it's just a growth spurt or he's not feeling too good- it won't be your fault at all!
Tori, that sounds very tasty! I've given up cake and sweet things, or trying to at least although I'm having a treat of apple with peanut butter, that's a healthy sweet treat! I've only gone over my calories by about 150 today... Not great but less than yesterday!
Cupcake, there's still a La Tasca in Nottingham I think, and one called Escabeche just outside nottingham.
I love Spanish food as well, I ate so much when I went to Seville last year and the year before! I love Spain, gutted I can't afford to go this year.
Tori, I'm usually free on Thursday and Friday afternoons. I'm not sure how easy it'll be for me to get to the ikea though because I don't drive so would have to get two buses. Been trying to work out where else might be good...

zombiemeow · 15/06/2015 20:48

Annnnd relax. Ds just gone to sleep. I now have a glass of wine and all is good with the world Smile

zombiemeow · 15/06/2015 20:14

I'm feeling like crap today Hmm ds has been over tired for about 2 hours, nothing I can do will get him to sleep and he's scratching all his head because he's so frustrated when I put him down, if I pick him up he goes stiff and screams Hmm I know it's stupid but I feel like every one else's baby at his age sleeps 7-7, I'm lucky if he sleeps 8.30 to 2am. Feel like a bad mom right now Sad

Yeah they are pretty expensive :/ that's the downside of the wraps. oo I love cheese on toast! Glad DS liked it :) he'll soon sleep really well at night don't worry :)

Anyone know any Spanish tapas places? There used to be one in derby called La Tasca that me and my mom went to a lot and I can't find anything like it! And I really crave some good Spanish tapas! :p

zombiemeow · 15/06/2015 13:08

I have looked into them but they seemed quite expensive, I also didn't know which ones to trust (if you got a cheaper one)

Ds just had his special cheese on toast and loved it. Solids seemed to have helped his sleeping in the day most the time he will have longer naps, but does nothing for his night time sleeping!

Cupcake92 · 15/06/2015 12:05

Aaww bless him! I love golden retrievers I grew up with them :) I only ate Greek yogurt with honey. I get them in little pots from asda Grin have u tried a stomach wrap? They can get rid of a jelly belly!

zombiemeow · 15/06/2015 08:19

I love pugs! Grin

I have a French bulldog but she always gets mistaken for a pug because she was so mistreated before I had her she has a few problems including floppy ears Shock

What yoghurt did you eat cupcake? I hate breakfast but I usually just stuff something down me or I eat rubbish. I was told the other day that I have lost too much weight since ds but this jelly belly just won't shift! I have tried dieting, healthy eating and excercise but nothing works!

Cupcake92 · 15/06/2015 07:26

She got a pug Grin not my favourite type of dog but she loves him.

Lill I couldn't shift my baby weight after DS and just kept saying to myself "I'll have one more child then I'll loose the weight" well I'm on my next child now so I've got to work hard after he's born Grin I lost 2 stone in 3 months by only eating soup and yogurts for breakfast. So I might just do that again Grin

zombiemeow · 15/06/2015 07:12

I started doing that lil! When ds would wake up id have a biscuit while making his bottle! Have stopped getting any in now to stop myself!

He decided it was a 5am start today! Confused

Lillamyy1 · 14/06/2015 22:53

My DS was like that the other day Ducky (I'm still going to call you Ducky because it's less confusing!) and it turned out he had a cold, so maybe your DS has picked something up and is feeling a bit under the weather?
I've been counting calories to try as lose some of the weight I've put on since having DS. I was the slimmest I've been in years directly after he was born (apart from my tummy obviously) but have put it all back on and more since due to eating so badly! Bf makes me so hungry and I got into the habit of eating lots of biscuits in the night Blush I managed to stay within my allowance really well today but then just got really pecking so I'm having a ryvita with cottage cheese and an apple with two low fat baby bels! It'll have take me way over my calorie allowance for today but at least it isn't unhealthy.
I could do with going to sleep really but DS hasn't fed in at least two hours, possibly even three, so in expecting him to wake up any minute and if Ive just dropped off it's harder to wake up again immediately. I'm kicking myself for not going to sleep as soon as he did actually Hmm

zombiemeow · 14/06/2015 19:42

I can't believe they would leave you like that cupcake Hmm oooohhh what dog has your mom got?

I think we're coming to the end of a growth spurt to be honest. He's only just gone to bed and he's only had about an hour/hour and a half sleep today but he's been grouchy all day! And he's not ate much today either.

Cupcake92 · 14/06/2015 19:34

I'm going to call u zombie seen as it's the first bit of ur new name Grin I've called the doctors this week but they couldn't do much and just said it'd take up to 4 weeks. Going to call again next week if I've still not heard and just tell them how much pain I'm in! And yes the belt works so well in the day! It's amazing!! I wish I was able to wear it at night :( and could DS be having another growth spurt maybe? My DS was like that a lot, not sleeping unless I was holding him. He sometimes still does it and has to fall asleep lying on my knee!

Oo Tori sounds like u had a lovely day! I had to go and meet my moms new dog haha. Done all the washing and cleaning too. But I'm just exhausted and rele hope I get some sleep tonight as I have work tomorrow!

zombiemeow · 14/06/2015 17:58

Sounds like you have had a good day tori.

I'm stressing out a bit ATM. All day ds has been grouchy, he's not self settling and hasn't eaten much. He's been screaming on and off for about the past half an hour cus he is so tierd. He falls asleep when I hold him then wakes up the second I put him down Hmm

Would speaking to your gp help cupcake? Maybe they can help speed things up. It's not right that your left in pain like that Hmm has the belt helped in the day? I remember the awful pain I had after sleeping but mine only got really really bad right at the end, and yours sounds worse already!

Cupcake92 · 14/06/2015 04:39

It's okay Grin literally 10 mins later he was in bed flat out! He was just fighting it lol
And that's brilliant! :) ur DS is growing up so quick! Can't believe he's nearly crawling!

I've been awake most of the night as I'm in agony!! :( my pelvis is so much worse at night now. I've just been in pain which has meant I've not had a solid sleep. Just keep waking up in agony and turning over and my hip pops :( really could have done with my physio straight away as I think they have left it too long now. I'm going to mention that to them as soon as I get my appointment! Not sure if it's worth complaining or not because I wouldn't have got to this stage if I'd had my physio straight away.
I also had a horrible dream that felt so real! Dreamt my mom picked DS up but drove off without him and none of us realised and I found him on the front in the middle of the night just standing there freezing cold.
I just want to go into his room now and hug him! My poor baby. It wasn't real but since being pg they feel real at the time! I feel bad Grin
