Hi twinkle welcome. 49 is great for a day 21 blood hun, it needs to ve over 30 to confirm ovulation. But how on earth did you wangle a blood test after so few months ttc?! A lot of ladies on the buses have been denied until at least 12 months or longer!

sparkly it's been said so many times on here before but you're such a tower of strength, when the rest of us would be in bits you somehow manage to put a positive spin on things, no matter how much you must be hurting inside. My GP agreed to send me for a day 21 blood test, got results yesterday and it was 49, is this okay?

I haven't taken any action to chart ovulation just yet (but I'm researching this like a madwoman now). We have just got back from a week long relaxing holiday; fingers crossed we hit around the right time in my cycle as there was lots of dtd .

Purdey, dd used to like the 'That's Not My' books, but we always had to stifle the sniggering when reading "That's not my princess, her fan is too fluffy" . Try saying that quickly

..and Fifi! I forgot to mention the gorgeously preggo Fifi!

Can I join this thread or is it an established group of people familiar with one another? I've been ttc since Christmas but just joined MN recently and trying to make sense of it all and gather as much knowledge from as many threads as possible.

Butter, what an excellent post, thank you for saying what I have wanted to all along. You are much more gracious than me. Sparkly, I have pm'd you, but your humility and selflessness and tact and support have been incalculable on these buses and I know your friends on the April bus would say the same. Please stay, you would be nothing but sensitive to the rest of us, just like Giddy, Dojo, Pug et al, who we miss dearly.

Sparkly, if you leave this bus I'm off!!! I love your chart I'm hoping the spotting is gonna turn out just fine, so many ladies have spotting and all is well. I know you've been through this all before but try and keep your cheerful positivity and you know that we are all rooting for you.
I'm ok thanks, I keep thinking about my cousins, they're 18, 21 and 23, it's very young to lose a parent. The eldest was very close to his Dad, when his parents split up he went with his Dad and they lived together just the two of them for 4 years and then another 2 with the bitch psycho gf (who had to be told to stay away yesterday.) The boys have each other though and the eldest has a lovely gf who he's been with for a few years. I hope they can find a way through their sadness and grief and continue to make their Dad proud.

Glad to see lots of us have been out in the garden today. I find it very therapeutic (potting shed aside) and love imagining how it will all look when grown. DP is in charge of the veg plot but looks like we'll have enough to survive apocalypse given the amount he's planted...
