Just back from my run and really enjoyed it. DP and I have a fun new game. We run the first 3 miles together for moral support (it's almost all uphill and is HARD) then as I do the last 3 and a bit miles he streaks off and does and extra little loop that adds 2 miles to his run. The game is he has to try and catch me before I get home. He can't do it but is very speedy Smile

We got totally dissed by a small child when running recently.

Man: Mind those people running Lily
Small child, presumably Lily: Jogging, Daddy they're jogging.

Get fucked you little shit.

Alpha100 · 12/04/2015 11:06

dizzyN hope you are feeling better today

spinning sorry about the temp dip

Night I hope you feel better soon

ibeka pixa yokyil melon I have been motivated by your exercise chat and I am also going to try a run today. I've spent the last week on holiday eating so I really need to do something about the food-baby belly that has developed!

ibeka · 12/04/2015 11:04

Good luck, pixa!
Where are you, mummy? It's 20 degrees and sunny here in London!

OK, so whilst waiting for my friend I decided to pee on some sticks. These are they. Can a woman wot is wiser than me tell me what they think? Could I be about to OV or could the OPK be positive because of miscarriage hormones still? Even though the hpt is basically negative (there is a sort of a line if I squint hard at it)?

Thanks Yokyil enjoy your walk. Smile I would go for Saturday night too.

Well done Melon. I love a bit of running, I used to do 10ks. Smile It's so good once you get going.

Ibeka The BMF sessions sound good. I have a British Military book about fitness. The fitness tests in there are really interesting. I have four weeks until I go through my fitness tests again and I am so determined to be better. Smile

DizzyMerry · 12/04/2015 10:53

You hit the nail on the head with that pic mummy

Babs pleased that you've settled into your new house. It's a lovely feeling when you move somewhere new and make it home.

Could do with the sun here ibeka as it's windy and miserable!

Well done on the run melon good going.

Night get well soon Flowers

I'm full of a cold and DH treated me to breakfast in bed. I'm in bed right now resting but really need to get out today so will try summoning up the courage to get up and ready in a while.

Mummyofonesofar · 12/04/2015 10:32

ibeka sunny? We have snow.....

ibeka · 12/04/2015 10:30

Sorry you're still feeling pooey, night (no pun intendedHmm). Agree with you and pixa re. exercise. I went to British Military Fitness sessions for about 6 months last year and it made me feel SO good. Unfortunately I then damaged my foot so had to stop. Now I try to go on bike rides that feel the same efforts-wise but it's hard without someone yelling at you to try harder!

Thanks, mummy for adding me to stats and juney for intending to Grin

Another sunny day here.. meeting up for a walk with an old friend who is a GP and also TTC and has been for a while. She's always great at putting everything into perspective as she is so rational so I'm looking forward to it.

purdie I'm wel jel of the rare plants. Let us know what you purchase!

nightandthelight · 12/04/2015 10:30

Yay Melon :) I also have an E cup sports bra from M&S and it is lovely and supportive, exercise wouldn't be possible without it!

Yokyil · 12/04/2015 10:27

brava Melon once you find an exercise that's for you there'll be no stopping you! Good going Grin

MelonMelon · 12/04/2015 10:25

Just completed my first ever run! It's a bug step for me as I have refused to every exercise before. got plenty of motivation now though (and an E cup sports bra....cries!)

Mummyofonesofar · 12/04/2015 10:23

I would put it as Saturday night.

Yokyil · 12/04/2015 10:20

Hope you feel better soon night Sad Pixa nothing like a good exercise sesh--it's just the gearing up to do it for me, once you start you enjoy it & it energises you. Think I'll go for a big walk today Smile
Right we DTD last night after midnight - logging details in glow...does it count as sat/Sunday? Shock silly question I know!!

HeirToTheIronThrone · 12/04/2015 09:53

Sparkly I am alright thanks! I will be 9 weeks on Wednesday so hanging in there.

Get well soon Night Flowers

Pixa · 12/04/2015 09:52

Night I love it too. I feel like I am getting stronger day by day. It's great to know that all of those lovely little tiny teeny tears in your muscles are repairing themselves and rebuilding themselves to make you a teeny bit stronger each time. Smile My PT knows we are trying to conceive so when she asks about it at session it feels like an extra motivator and therapy session. Ha ha. Poor lady. It's nice to have someone in real life who knows what's happening though.

nightandthelight · 12/04/2015 09:46

Love that after burn from exercise pixa! As they say 'no pain no gain' :) Right now your body is burninf through calories like nobody's business in order to repair itself so enjoy your lazy day :)

Pixa · 12/04/2015 09:42

The break sounds great Sammy. Smile

Sorry to hear your not feeling great Night. Don't feel like a terrible wife! It sounds like your DH understands.

Enjoy church and the plant sale Purdey Smile

I ache today, yesterday's PT sessions really pushed me but you have to challenge yourself to change yourself so I will be most staying on the sofa this morning, watching Sunday Morning Brunch and browsing sex wear lingerie ready for DHs birthday and weekend away. Anything to get plenty of sperms right?

Very apt photo Mummy.

purdiepie · 12/04/2015 09:41

Sammy and Babs!! I've missed you.

night how awful! I'm so sorry for af x

purdiepie · 12/04/2015 09:34

That evil psycho gives us jolly psychos a bad name.

I'm off to church...

nightandthelight · 12/04/2015 09:26

Thanks mummy he is being very lovely and saying that he doesn't need a cake and that we can cancel the meal tonight. Have said that I will see how I feel later and even if I can't make the meal his friends are going too so he can still go without me :)

Lovely pic!

loopylou1984 · 12/04/2015 09:26

Thank you Victoria, and Puxa holiday was brilliant! Am exhausted after 6 days of skiing and a 15 hour drive home, but it was well worth it!

Night, sorry you're feeling poorly, don't feel bad for dh though, you can't help it if you're ill. Get well soon, ??

Mummyofonesofar · 12/04/2015 09:24
