It was the b complex vits from H&B purdie. I don't temp but will do this cycle. I do have low AMH which was diagnosed about 3 years ago so maybe that's why it takes me an age to get preg. I don't know just clutching at straws at the minute.

Hi spinning no sign of af. Still on and off cramps/backache but not even brown cm! Also been feeling a bit lightheadedness but think its lack of sleep and lack of fluids (tend to forget to drink a lot on weekends)

night was waiting for af to arrive before I called the clinic, then I was gonna explain that I'd be on Hol in the 2ww. Dreading them saying I can't start it this month.

Obviously if af doesn't arrive today I'll buy a test tomorrow as I'm off work.

AF arrived this morning, 3 days late. 18 dpo according to FF (I used opks). I think the b complex caused this as it's the only thing I did differently apart from 3 sessions of reflexology but can't see that causing this delay.

I will be getting my day 21 blood results today and then work out where to go from here. I can't go through this much longer.

How often should you have an anovulatory cycle? My low post ov temps the last 2 cycles plus no ovulation after my peaks this month is worrying me.

Are you awake enough, when you do wake, to be able to temp at 4-5am? Or would that just completely disturb your sleeping?

I tend to start sleeping much more fitfully from about 4-5 am Purdie and then alarm officially goes off at 06:45 but am usually awake by then. I sleep soundly from when I go to bed until early morning though.

No temp rise here and CB dual hormone is negative so all the sex was wasted as it seems I'm not ovulating this month....

Night, may I ask how you manage three-hour blocks throughout the night but not towards morning?

Thanks Purdie I do get chunks of at least three hours sleep but not usually in the run up to my getting up in the morning. I want to use the temping to work out my lp as you are concerned that it is too short. If I use opks to work out when I ov and then see how long it is till AF arrives will that be accurate?

Oh chops can you talk to someone at the clinic about what exactly will be involved so you can work out how your holiday will affect it? Try to focus on the fact that you are going on holiday and that is a good thing and you will get your iui and your baby!
