I know it's now the feeling of -what is wrong- !! But you have ruled a few things out today which is great and not long until you see consultant who will show you the next steps. Keep focused on that!

I'm so sorry to hear of your battle with eating disorders, it must be there constantly and a huge strain in your life. As I haven't dealt with it myself I have no direct advice to offer other than if you have managed to get back from setbacks before you can do it again . Ok my discarded temps were because CD13 I woke up at 4.30 ish and temped knowing I had to take it after 3 hours sleep but then woke up at 6.40 and forgot my early sleepy temping and temped again losing my original saved temp. Empty circle the CD14 was because I woke and temped at 5am then CD15 I woke up at about 3am, stayed in bed and went back to sleep then temped at 5 when I woke up again and didn't think it would be very valid. Should i put them back in?

Near ov time I seem to wake up more worrying/thinking/obsessing over whether I will see my temp go up or not so don't sleep as well.

Purdey well I had a very positive opk yesterday but no substantial temp rise yet to back it up so I wasn't sure.

Hmm... I don't know if the gland is a before or after thing, there's not one there yet I don't think. Although I'll have a proper check in the work loos in a bit and get back to you! Xx
