I really don't know anything about IVF but 8 does sound like a decent number and as they have said quality over quantity that's reassuring. It must be exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. Not long to go now.

It was ok thanks coffee, they saw 8 follicles growing which they said was a decent number although I was a little disappointed as had hoped for a few more, maybe around 12 but it is what it is. I will have to just hope that most of them are mature at collection. They said quality over quantity etc so we shall see. I have my final scan tomorrow morning and will then probably trigger either Thursday or Friday for collection on sat or sun eeekk!

Yes banana I'm hoping they'll prescribe clomid. Though it was lower when we're ttc DD and conceived naturally so it can happen.

Congratulations Chops!!!! YAY!!!

I've just had a call from my consultant to say that my Day21 blood test came back at 23, which apparently means I ovulated last cycle. Which is good news - I may be making polyps, but I'm also making eggs! Grin

Feeling more positive about this cycle now, and will be interested to see if my chart looks a bit less like the Rocky Mountains once I start sticking the thermometer in my foof rather than in my gob!

chopsface aka victoria401 35 today ttc#1 cycle 30 BFP April 14th 2015!!

Pos opk cd12, dtd cd11 and 13 only! Only thing I did differently was orgasm after sex after dh had passed out which I'd NEVER done before. Cramping since Friday evening so thought I was out. Zero spotting which is unusual for me. Felt lightheaded yesterday at 15/16dpo and nauseous this morning.

Just called the clinic to announce we no longer need their services! Sorry for the me post!
