Thanks birchy, I'll be pleased to join you on the smep - I didn't think it would happen this month anyway because of my chemical pregnancy last cycle, so I'm not too surprised. More annoyed! That's great news about your test results though, what a relief! I'm on cd 6 today - looking forward to starting this cycle.

Good news today is that all my tests have come back fine from GP. So now I know its just a matter of time and luck :-)

I failed and tested. BFN. Oh well, there's always next month. Now for AF to turn up.

Eurgh, zen haquoi no longer exists, I'm so antsy today that if my 10 pregnancy tests had arrived yesterday I'd have peed on them all by now. I don't have any more symptoms, just some EWCM (?!) and a bad feeling that AF is just going to come out of the blue. So bored of this now, I want the wait to be over!

Not sure birchygoo part of me wants to but it'll be just before bedtime before i get the change due to work and family visits lol! I can't test at work as i'll either spend the afternoon in tears of disappointment or being sick with excitement LOL

finding, if you're in that much pain go back to your doctor. That doesn't sound good at all!! I don't think it's supposed to hurt like that. Can you go today?

Oh diamond, I'm so sorry! Or bodies truly are awful to us, but you absolutely deserve your bfp. Please go see your GP, I really think they could help you. I hope you do come back, but I understand that you have to do what helps you (but selfishly, I'd miss you!) hope you're OK today xxxx

i have just used 2 of the online 'menstrual calculators' i feel like a teenage girl LOL

both have said exactly the same thing, based on my 28 day cy, and my last AF being 9 April, she should have turned up between 7 - 14 May so going by those (one was the tampax website which makes me feel the result is more 'correct haha) i have officially missed Mrs AF.....

still scared to POAS or even just pee though rolls eyes lol

I'll shut up now, i've rambled all monring and its only 9.25am - i'm so sorry ladies!!!

Finding i am unsure why you apologised to me and thought i took your comments negatively. I can assure you i didn't and my 'really?' comment was in relation to the burp thing as i never knew it was a possible symptom, hope you feel better soon x

Diamond yup! still scared to wee lol! in fact im more scared now... been using an app called 'clue' to track everything and it keeps changing the due date for AF, last week it said monday, then it changed to wednesday (hence why i said i got my dates wrong) yesterday it said today then today it says this morning - i have no idea where i'm supposed to be now all i know if the last AF was 9 April - 13 April and i feel like an idiot and maybe my 'symptoms' are all made up in my head and now i'm even more scared to wee!!!

Morning finding - sorry to hear that, hope you feel better soon. It might be worth seeing your doctor to see if it will settle down.
Af got me this morning so I'm out. I think this month has been particularly cruel to me with the false hope with hardly any usual pre af spotting but once again not to be.

Just needed a rant. I'm in agony this morning. My stomach feels so sore. If it continues, I'll have to see my doctor. I'm convinced that none of this is positive.

Haquoi you're sounding very zen! well done with the patience. The whole symptom spotting is a tricky one. In Feb, I had weird headaches - googled it and was convinced they were pg hormone related. BFN. March I was 2 days late, again convinced by extra facial spots, thirst and sore boobs. BFN. April thought I'd missed ovulation but then spent CD24&25 with crazy cramps which I never get before AF shows, only once she arrives, so after being patient and not symptom spotting, I then became convinced. AF arrived two days after cramping started. I honestly think my mind twists everything into something it's not. I know some people swear by early symptoms, but so far it's only led to crushing disappointment. Sorry to be negative! If only it were possible to put all out of your mind for two weeks, but I just dont have the mental strength or patience.
On a more positive note, I'm keeping all cross for you all who are still not out this month. My AF is nearly over and my SMEP bounty arrived in the post!! Hurray. So I'm fully stocked up with Clearblue digital monitor with ten strips and also have 7 ic pg tests (yes, that's how many I'll need cause I test like a maniac!). No just need to apologise to dh for being grumpy earlier and hope he'll produce the goods regularly for the next two weeks!

Evening all, the d21 bloods are done to look at luteal phase levels. Last lot that were done were all normal except progestetone which was too low so GP wanted to check it agakn to confirm if I'm ovulating or not.

FF says I shouldn't be testing for another week and a bit. Last cycle was only 25 days long so, this AF could be due as soon as Sunday or, going on the previous cycle of 29 days, not for another week!! I think I'll wait until Monday before I test as am away this weekend.

Hi finding, I definitely get your point about the symptom spotting. Tbh, a few years ago my cycle was doing funny things, slowly increasing from 4 weeks in length to 6/7 weeks, with AF lasting up to 2 weeks (and also dh and I were pulling and praying, but definitely not ttc) and every single month I would symptom spot and convince myself I was pg. Every month I would poas and it would be negative and then the next day AF would turn up. With DS I didn't get a chance to symptom spot - I'd come off the pill, didn't know when my next period was due and had already waited a good 5-6 weeks before poas (and even then I'd probably barely got past implantation). Last month though, it was the morning sickness (and not just nausea, but morning sickness feeling that I remembered oh so well but hadn't felt at all until that point) that made me go and a pinching feeling. This month there are similar symptoms, but they're no where near as strong and I couldn't tell you if I'm imagining it or not. I think its basically knowing what's normal for your body and feeling something different. But like you say, you've got all of this weird stuff happening because of the clomid. My way of thinking at the moment is, yeah I could be pregnant, let's see if implantation happens. If not, hi AF. It means I'm not driving myself nuts second guessing. Whether it makes AF finally turning up better or not I don't know!

sleepy I 'm sorry if I sounded negative and it was a general comment - not aimed at anyone. I think I'm feeling a bit out of sorts because the side effects of the meds are really testing me at the moment.

sleepy I hope that the burping is positive - I've heard that this is a good sign. I'd like to hear that tww symptoms are reliable and distinct because I look for them obsessively.

Haquoi not sure, thinking of Saturday as by then AF would be 4 days late and feel more like a 'missed' rather than 'could turn up any minute' but i know that sounds daft!

Ladies, I know that we all symptom spot like crazy (even when we are adamant that we won't this time). Is it really a fruitful activity though?

Do you think that you are likely to notice anything significant in the tww or do you think it's wishful thinking?

The way my body has been behaving recently, I wouldn't trust it to give me any accurate signs or symptoms.
