Yes, we know all about how emotional and hard it can be! All the pros and cons, all about missing Aunty Flo's and wtf cycles with no ovulation, all about children being cute and pointy. No matter if you are five months or twenty months down the breastfeeding timeline, if you're ttc again, this is the thread to join! Welcome! Easter Smile

So sorry mistletoe Thanks

Hope you're feeling ok, auto. I know how emotional it is cutting down/stopping bf-ing.

AvaAmulet · 20/05/2015 22:16

Man alive I am starving! I ate a big dinner of salad, jacket potato and stuffed mushrooms though Confused think it's after having worked a long day, got home late and feeling quite stressy. I could so go for a biscuit or five right now with a mug of sugary tea... I will not cave, I will not cave, I will not cave... Blush

I did wince today at work when I passed a guy in our office kitchen sprinkling sugar over his sugar puffs ewww! Shock

My temperature is going down already, at just 6dpo. I'm hoping it's implantation, but tbh I don't think my temps are high enough again this month to get a bfp - gut feeling. AF due Sunday Sad

AvaAmulet · 20/05/2015 21:05

Don't just lurk though, Auto, you must keep posting! I want to keep following you on your journey to a bfp Wink

autonomousplum · 20/05/2015 19:04

Update ladies. I am now officially classing my breastfeeding days as over. No more milk when I try to express. I am rather sad both for myself and DC. I had hoped to carry on indefinitely but 13months is all I managed. I know it is because of the clear decision of stopping in order to try to have a second child sooner rather than later to give DC a sibling close in age, but it does sadden me that I've put DC out in order to do so. I had so hoped to have been one of those lucky ones still bf when falling pregnant but alas.
Anyway I was just waiting to be sure that this was it before posting. If it is okay with you guys I'll contjnue to lurk a bit.
:)

autonomousplum · 20/05/2015 18:58

Hah hah pear stop symptom spotting immediately! You won't know or feel anything until after implantation anyway. :)

peardrop2 · 20/05/2015 17:26

Starving hungry at 5:30 when I had a big pasta lunch at 13:00. Tingling boobs in the day. Is it a sign Grin 3dpo and a long way to go ??

Onecurrantbun · 20/05/2015 10:17

So sorry Mistletoe Flowers

Trinpy · 20/05/2015 10:08

So sorry mistletoe. Look after yourself. I know how tough it can be Thanks.

sparklesandfizz · 20/05/2015 09:56

Sorry mistletoe fingers crossed for a quick recovery (physically & mentally) and a rebound sticky bean for you!

Cd25 here no symptoms despite spotting my hardest. Dd still BF plenty including bedtime, dream feed and once overnight so......
AF due fri/ sat if usual so may poas on fri.

If it negative I'll be distracted as kids finish school for 2 weeks and hubby also has time off. #sparkles family on tour whoop whoop!

Obviously bfp would be the icing on the cake but always nice to have other stuff to look forward to so the obsessing can take a back seat.

autonomousplum · 20/05/2015 07:58

Hi current.
Very sad news mistletoe. Be kind to yourself.

Sorry to hear that, Mistletoe Flowers

Leamice · 19/05/2015 21:06

How awful mistletoe so, so sorry for your loss. Flowers

Well done for sticking to your plan of giving DD cows milk mumo I'm sure she'll get used to the new milk schedule soon.

Trin you don't win longest cycle award I'm afraid, this "cycle" technically started in December 27th haha!... Though really I think cycles started and stopped again for some strange reason. Anyway, I hope you OV soon.

While I was in town I impulse bought (Blush) some Hpts from boots, they're own brand, use 4 days early ones.... Has anyone used them before? I have to stop peeing on money, it's ridiculous!

MarysPrayer · 19/05/2015 20:08

I'm so sorry Mistletoe. I had an early mc in march so I know how awful you must be feeling right now Flowers

Take care. xx

MistletoeBUTNOwine · 19/05/2015 19:27

Hello ladies. I'm back, got to 5 weeks but sadly miscarried.
Will think about trying again soon.
All the best everyone Thanks

Mumof1sofar · 19/05/2015 19:24

Wow 3 under 3 sounds amazing! Good luck with it Cherry & One Smile

Thanks Trinpy. It was really hard this morning - I felt really emotional! I gave her a sippy cup of cows milk but she didn't really want it. By late afternoon she was really tearful & grumpy, I'm sure it was because she had gone so long without a feed. She screamed all through bathtime & was then so happy when she finally got a bedtime feed. I feel awful- maybe I'm cutting down too soon? It's so hard.

Hope you ov soon, Trinpy & this is a lucky month for you Smile

How's everyone else doing?

Cherryblossomsinspring · 19/05/2015 15:48

I'll have 3 under 3 by winter, eek!

AvaAmulet · 19/05/2015 15:28

Thanks Trin, today is proving to be a lot harder than yesterday tbh, sticking with it though Smile

Trinpy · 19/05/2015 13:09

Ava well done on the new healthy eating! I hope it leads to a bfp for you.

Mumof It's hard to cut down on feeds, isn't it? Of the past 3 nights of cutting out the bedtime feed, last night was the first time ds really went without. I've tried to cut it out before and it hasn't worked out because I don't either of us were quite ready for it. So don't feel bad if you have to give in and feed him, it can take a while to get there.

Hello to One. I've not got any experience of 3 under 5 but I bet your dc will love having brothers/sisters so close in age, even if they're a bit of a handful for the first few years! Grin at your detective work - one of my friends has been ttc for a couple of years now and I secretly hope we fall pregnant at around the same time so our babies can grow up together (and obviously because it would be nice for her to have a dc at last!).

I'm on cd23. The fertility app I'm on predicted ovulation for today but I don't think its happened yet. I must have the longest, most uneventful menstrual cycles going! No bfps from me for a looong time I think, but I'm happy to cheer on all of you in the meantime Smile.

Onecurrantbun · 18/05/2015 23:34

Sorry - posted to soon. What I meant from all the waffle is that we are blessed with the kids we have but are throwing caution into the wind a bit with ttc this time as I hope to end up with 3 under 5! Has anyone else had tthat kind of gap?

Onecurrantbun · 18/05/2015 23:29

Hello all, just popping back as we arenow officially ttc #3!! Dd2 is 15.5mo and I have had 2 periods, 32 days apart so assuming a normal or normalish cycle unless I learn otherwise

Dd2 feeds at bedtime and once in the wee small hours so I have a 16 hour gap, although not over the 'optimum' time of mid night til 6am. Time will tell I suppose!

We have been on holiday with some friends, lovely lovely friends who I know are ttc. I was getting all detective (she didn't have a Mr Whippy - clearly upduffed lol) but I would love for her to be pregnant - for them, obviously, but selfish would be lovely for us to have friends from B.C. (before children) who had children. Her husband is one of the sweetest men you've ever met and was fabulous with our girls. I am loathe to be so nosy but she will be such a wonderful mum and I hope our kids could grow up as sort-of cousins.

Mumof1sofar · 18/05/2015 22:46

*af not at!

Mumof1sofar · 18/05/2015 22:45

Lea, I got v hormonal when I was pg so it may not necessarily be at? I have everything crossed for you.

Pear thanks for sharing your experience. I chickened out & fed her as usual Blush I'm actually thinking the one that will be easier to give up is the morning one - I'll just take her straight down for breakfast! So I'm thinking I will try that instead tomorrow morning & keep the bedtime one going for a little longer. I'm so dithery about it, it's awful! I just feel weird about cutting down!

How's everyone else doing? I hope we get some more bfps soon on the thread Smile
