Looking for a Mum-to-be to buddy up! I'm TTC number 1 and not had any luck so far, having a couple of months off before we start trying again. x

Hi all, please can I join in with you lovely ladies? I came off the pill at the end of Feb and now ttc, didn't change things much in the first cycle as wasn't sure when/if I'd ovulate and AF didn't appear for 42 days, hoping this cycle is a bit shorter but can't remember what I was regularly like before the pill as that was 8 years ago! This waiting game is very frustrating and I know it could last ages so must calm myself!

Yea using clearblue. This is first mth it's ever done it which is odd. Usually I'll ovulate straight after period or on day 10ish. Some ppl have said it cld be cos I'm already pregnant and that's y its staying high but don't want to get my hopes up.
Issue a progesterone test is done on day 21 of your cycle to see if you have ovulated previously.

Violet I was loads better yesterday, didn't even need paracetamol though felt a bit sluggish. Day 2 of no caffeine here I come! Grin

Lovely- hmm, that sounds strange, I really don't know whaf would cause that. What's a progesterone test by the way?

How's everyone else, any news?

lovely - what opks are you using? If its clear blue the instructions say after a certain number of days of high fertility to stop testing as it won't go to peak .

Issie - I didn't have a headache today, just very tired!! Yesterdays needed two doses of paracetamol an only shifted when I woke up this morning.

Oh an I was wrong about dtd a thon, it doesn't start today, its tomorrow. Going to start opks tomorrow as well.

Grrrr getting confused now :( on day 20 of my 28 day cycle and now have 14 high fertility tests in a row since day 7... doing a progesterone test tomorrow to check if I've even ovulated. Anyone else had this scenario? Hmm

Morning ladies, I had a huge post typed out last night, before my phone decided to freeze on me :( I was going to type it out again, but Dh distracted me Grin

Negative OPK this morning on day 9 but tons of Ewcm which is strange, this ttc malarkey is hard work :(

Nobody knows in RL that were ttc either Maybe and fay and tbh I don't want to tell anyone, we have one dc of each and everybody is always all "aww you've got one of each, how nice, you won't be having anymore then.?." blah

Violet my headache was awful, so bad I had to take paracetamol. Going to be tough at work tomorrow. I'm only cd5 of 31 day cycle so not starting OPKs and dtd-marathon until the weekend.

Well that's day 1 without caffeine done. Had such a bad headache, which kicked in at 12 an has only just shifted. Work was not fun today!! CD8 tomorrow so both the opk and dtd a thon due to start, so hope I'm feeling better! CD8 seems really early to start opk'ing doesnt anyone else think, but last cycle only 26 days so that's what the instructions are saying. I will probably run out as didn't ov until CD20 last time!!!

Nicky any news yet, hope AF has stayed away!!

Fingers crossed for you :-) No one knows we're trying so I can't talk about it either!! It's driving me insane!!

I'm thinking of getting some ovulation sticks tonight, just to make sure I've not missed my window, although I won't see him tonight.. Better not get them tonight on second thoughts.. That might tip me over the edge!

Symptom spotter alert!

Today at work I felt really light-headed at one point, had an itchy boob, and the several times I went to the loo I noticed a fair amount of mucus (tmi!)

I also have a few stomach cramps.

DH is on late shifts this week so I'll be at home alone imagining more symptoms! Blush

Hi girls, not much to report from me either.

Just left my fertile window so got to wait till May 8th.. I want to test now!! Lol!!

As for kicking the caffeine.. Well let's not go there hey..

Oh no, poor baby sparkles with her goofy haircut! Lols. Oh well, it's character building Wink

Caffeine today: 1 small coffee (very small and it was given to me, bought by a friend so I couldn't not drink it!)
Headache: pretty severe- grrrr

Oh Brooke I'm sure that's not it at all, I know it feels a long time but 3 months is still really quick to conceive. Hugs! X

Nothing to report here, starting ttc tonight, cd8, going to start OPKs tomorrow, I forgot this morning, but hopefully haven't missed anything and we're planning on dtd tonight anyway so I'm.not too worried. My Amazon delivery of preseed finally arrived today, hoping it aids us to conceive this month, feel like we've been ttc forever, I know it's only month 3, think it's because I fell pregnant with dc1 and dc2 so easily and then I had a mmc around 3 years ago, and that was from the withdrawal method :( maybe my body doesn't want me to have anymore :(

Issie ive had four coffees today too an have stocked up on decaf lattes in preparation for tomorrow. Also prewarned oh about the dtd-athon due to start on Tuesday. He seemed very pleased lol. Currently running the worlds slowest bath!!!
