Purdey Thursday! Oh Thursday! It's gonna be Thursday! It's only a dayyyy awayyyyy Star

Sparkly123 · 25/03/2015 00:44

eskimo sending Flowers it must be so so draining not having a period and waiting and waiting like this. For so long! And the work issues are so difficult on top. I really feel for you. From someone whose health deteriorated being stuck in one of those soul destroying work your ass off for no reward etc etc etc jobs I would urge you to make the change no matter how hard. From my point of view- like you said- your health is THE most important thing. Sometimes you don't realise this until it's taken. And without being over dramatic here, I would give absolutely anything to be healthy.. And if you feel your job is detrimental to your health then you must find a way to make the change or have a plan in place to get out because it is simply too valuable to let slip away. Flowers I hope you can talk to your mum and go through it all with her, it sounds like you need that.

mrsb sounds like you were in a very tough situation with your work too. So glad you found a way out. It's so true. Life is too short. No job is worth all that pain Flowers

babs love headspace Wink sorry you feel AF is on route. Have you heard of the April bus? I hear it's especially lucky bringing a shed load of Easter BFPs Flowers

Purds I agree with you on the stress thing. Yes. Thanks for cake. Delicious! . More please. GrinWink

victoria glad you have a wonderful job and are happy to get up and go every day. What a difference that makes! Star

PurdeyPie · 25/03/2015 00:30

AF is due Thursday Sparkly.

Eskimo I'm so glad you blurted (that means ejaculated round these parts) and were listened to. It's so nice sometimes when parents simply don't opine so much.

Sparkly123 · 24/03/2015 23:50

I don't even know where to begin with catching up people! You have talked a lottttt tonight!

Sparkly123 · 24/03/2015 23:49

When actually is AF due? Also - I pm you back just making sure you saw it! Wink

Sparkly123 · 24/03/2015 23:48

Purds I'm excited.

juneybean · 24/03/2015 23:43

Haha nomio I used them all last month and have refused to buy anymore!!

PurdeyPie · 24/03/2015 23:38

No, Sparkly, I am categorically not excited. I've been doing this far too long and am no longer prepared to feel that sliver of thrill when I see a high temp at 12dpo.

...and if you believe any of that you'll believe anything Grin

Nomio230 · 24/03/2015 23:37

Purds, get peeing!

Juney, I thought you were my fellow POAS addict!

Sparkly123 · 24/03/2015 23:23

I haven't caught up yet is what I meant to say... Angry

juneybean · 24/03/2015 23:23

I'm only 9dpo... far too early to test!

Sparkly123 · 24/03/2015 23:23

I hadn't caught up since the afternoon.. Must!!

Purds get to bed!! Can't believe you are 13dpo.. Exciting...... Right? A little? Come on? Yeh?! Grin

PurdeyPie · 24/03/2015 23:21

italics fail

I want to go to bed but there's a babby in it Hmm

PurdeyPie · 24/03/2015 23:20

Nomio, when I wake in the morning it'll be 13dpo.

Nomio230 · 24/03/2015 23:14

Juney/Frog/Purdey, how many DPO are you all? If it is more than 5, get POAS! Wink

I have had a nice relaxing night. Only on CD6, so I had a long hot bath without feeling guilty, then we DTD.

I am desperately craving something sweet now & am sure it is because of all the cake talk!

ThePug · 24/03/2015 23:05

Giddymamma · 24/03/2015 22:07

Arrrgggghhh! Why aren't you all peeing???!!!!!!!!!!!

eskimolaura · 24/03/2015 22:02

Purdey Thank you for the cake- cheered me right up that did, and I know my ovaries are just soaking up the nutty goodness! I'm not really sure why I stopped telling my mum everything. She was going through some issues with my dad and telling me everything and I was her rock for a lot of the latter half of last year, and I think it was a combination of not wanting to worry her, but also of hoping that, soon, there wouldn't be anything to tell! As the months have gone on, I have realised that I can no longer keep it from her because it was actually stopping me picking up the phone and calling her. Anyway, I called her earlier and it was my dad that picked up, so I started to tell him about work and my mum was also on the other line and I ended up blurting out everything to both of them! They were both very supportive, gave some good advice about work and just listened to the other stuff.

Juney and Frog- I'm keeping everything crossed for both of you!
