Last month I drove myself nuts with symptom spotting and early poas. I had every sign and symptom going and was convinced I was pregnant. Luckily I kept a list of all my many symptoms on a calendar so this time if necessary I can remind myself that pms has all the same same features as early pregnancy.
I'm determined not to test until 23rd, as I think I should come on then if I'm going to, must stay strong!! Anyone want company in ignoring the whole thing?!

In theory that sounds like a plan!! I've bought no tests either! Are u guys consciously ttc?

doomkittycleo · 24/03/2015 19:59

Epskie and Spring, we're in the Easter Sunday club. I'm going to try and hold off testing unless I get symptoms or don't come on Af, it's early days tho so will see if I can stick to that. Not bought any tests cus it'd be too tempting to use them if they were in the cupboard.

Springflower3 · 24/03/2015 19:32

Yippee!!! What day u testing? I'm literally going up the walls having to wait!!!

doomkittycleo · 24/03/2015 19:24

Yay, 2ww buddies :-)

Springflower3 · 24/03/2015 19:14

Hi doom, hope u don't mind me joining, it's just I'm in the exact same position as u!!! Dtd on 18th and AF due on 4 th!!! When are u testing?

Proudmummy2456 · 24/03/2015 18:16

I can see a faint line proud, congratulations! Is that FMU on 12dpo?

Proudmummy2456 · 24/03/2015 15:43

Positive?

anyone else in the 2ww but absolutely not symptom spotting this time?
Jessica2point0 · 24/03/2015 12:45

Grr, I caved and tested (12 dpo) BFN. Stupid really, cos I feel as though AF is about to arrive (due Wed / Thurs) so it really was stupid to test. Oh well.

epskie · 24/03/2015 11:19

Hi doom it looks like we are in the exact same 2ww :-) I'm also trying desperately not to keep looking at forums etc but it's so hard.
I was laughing at the Christmas reverse psychology - I've totally done that too :-) fingers crossed for our bfp's Smile

fuzzywuzzy · 24/03/2015 09:09

I do not tell DP my timing, altho do fancy him like crazy anyway so he's used to being jumped on randomly(!) I can't let ttc make me crazy I know how I get when it's not happening.

I woke with the worst back ache, hurts to sit and I've been ill all weekend had a low level fever so slept all weekend. I'm falling apart.

Temperamental, have everything crossed for you.

doomkittycleo · 24/03/2015 08:56

I never actually told him, he just figured it out because I was trying to seduce him every day.

temperamentalamongcorvids · 24/03/2015 08:20

Can you two keep your blokes in the dark about when you ov? Mine doesn't need to know too much about fertile times etc, I just jump on him.

It was a fr and I do feel like I'm coming on now, shd have left it a few hours!

I know Wine ;-) these men don't always make things easy do they. He's been much more chilled this month though. Just gotta survive this 2ww now, agghh!

I will not obsessively look at mumsnet message boards, I will not obsessively look at mumsnet message boards. Doh, I'm on a mumsnet message board!!'

wineandpopcorn · 24/03/2015 07:34

Ha ha I know, I couldn't help myself Grin.

Are you usually very regular temper? Fingers crossed for a bfp! What test did you use?

temperamentalamongcorvids · 24/03/2015 06:56

wine that's sooooo early! 6dpo is the very early end of when implantation could happen, even if you are pg it won't show up on a test yet. Don't stress, try again in a few days.
I poas this morning. BFN. Af is now late.

wineandpopcorn · 23/03/2015 21:29

I tested today and got a bfn Sad. I am only 6 dpo though so hoping it was just too early Wink.

Kitty, my oh also feels pressured during ovulation, of makes it much harder to get the timings right Angry.

temperamentalamongcorvids · 23/03/2015 21:29

So af would appear to be late Hmm
Of course I could be a day out. But I had some ov bleeding (a streak in the cm) on Monday the 9th, so shd I count that as my ov date? If so this is 15dpo.

Proudmummy2456 · 23/03/2015 20:40

I've give up until AF is late, forgot how devastating it is getting that BFN is!

doomkittycleo · 23/03/2015 18:03

I've just realised AF will be due Easter Sunday. How nice would it be to get a bfp on Easter Sunday :-) new life and all that. One can daydream!

temperamentalamongcorvids · 23/03/2015 16:19

proud early testing is so wearing. Back away from the tests with your hands in the air. Wink

Welcome doom

I'm expecting af today and have horrible cramps but no bleeding so far.

Woolly84 · 23/03/2015 15:45

proud sorry for the BFN but remember so many people don't test positive until about 13 dpo. HCG levels double each day after implantation so those couple of extra days can make all the difference. Fingers crossed for you and fuzzy too! Smile
Welcome doomkittycleo! Smile Work keeps me busy usually during the TWW Hmm
