Last month I drove myself nuts with symptom spotting and early poas. I had every sign and symptom going and was convinced I was pregnant. Luckily I kept a list of all my many symptoms on a calendar so this time if necessary I can remind myself that pms has all the same same features as early pregnancy.
I'm determined not to test until 23rd, as I think I should come on then if I'm going to, must stay strong!! Anyone want company in ignoring the whole thing?!

It's angry ness a symptom I wonder?

I just swore at some coleslaw.

TerryTheGreenHorse · 01/04/2015 14:33

I've got period tracker on my iPhone.

I just use it to log my cycles.

MalibuDaisy · 01/04/2015 13:38

Just got back from my regular six-mile Wednesday run. I felt like an obese 80-year old all the way round and felt sick and dizzy when I stopped. "A-ha!" said symptom-spotting brain, "Could it be..." then I cut myself off. Remembered that the same run exactly four weeks ago knocked me sideways then too. Sucking at running must be a post-ov/pre-menstrual thing. I'll look forward to that every month then...FML Wink

Springflower3 · 01/04/2015 13:35

Thanks everyone!! It's is so disheartening! How can it happen so fast with dd!!

Yea carrot I think so now that the notion is there we will keep trying!! Might use a tracking system what do people suggest??

CarrotVan · 01/04/2015 12:44

Congratulations epskie - that's lovely news

Commiserations Spring - see you for the TWW in the second half of April?

doomkittycleo · 01/04/2015 12:27

Sad af type pains have started, not sharp ones, just achey uterus. I'm not due on until Sunday, but last month was a 25 day cycle so if that happens again I'll be due on tomorrow. Can feel my chances fading.

TerryTheGreenHorse · 01/04/2015 10:10

Yes ICs are the devils work. But I have a bag of them upstairs!

MalibuDaisy · 01/04/2015 10:08

Sorry to read about your BFN Spring Flowers

Monkeysocks38 · 01/04/2015 10:08

Congratulation Epskie. It's always lovely to see some good news on here.

I poas this morning and it was bfn. So annoyed at myself for not being able to hold out like I said I would this month!

MalibuDaisy · 01/04/2015 10:07

epskie that's amazing news, congratulations! Yay!!

Terry I succumbed to early testing last month, and felt annoyed with myself when they came out negative as it didn't really tell me anything either way. I even did a test in the morning on the day that AF arrived in the evening, and it was too much excitement/disappointment for one day! Not succumbed to the lure of ICs yet, heh :)

Lara perhaps we can be testing buddies then...if the witch doesn't arrive for me first! x

TerryTheGreenHorse · 01/04/2015 09:00

Epskie! Brilliant news, so pleased for you. Grin AMAZING news!

Did you have any symptoms in the end?

doomkittycleo · 01/04/2015 08:58

Epskie I'm so happy for you. This next couple of days is going to be tough for me. Not sure how long I will hold out testing.

Did you get any symptoms? Not that I'm spotting Wink

LaraNotCroft22 · 01/04/2015 08:39

Yay! Brilliant news epskie! So happy for you GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

Hi Malibu, I'm going to hold off testing til around the same time as you I think which will be about 12dpo I think. Can't rely on AF prediction as pcos means my cycles have been around the 45 day mark the last few months. If the opk was right it would put me on a 38 dayer so we will see.

Boobs a bit twingy now but probably because I'm thinking about it.

Sorry for bfn Spring. Boo. Hmm

doomkittycleo · 01/04/2015 07:58

One positive so far in the Easter Sunday club. I'm still trying to hold out on testing. 4 days till af due. My Internet cheapies are due to arrive today. Still no symptoms.

FortySixandTwo · 01/04/2015 07:51

Excellent news Epskie you must be bouncing off walls right now.

Sorry for the bfn Spring. Keep on for next month x

Hope everyone else is doing well and managing to avoid symptom spotting :)

Springflower3 · 01/04/2015 07:28

Because I don't know when I o I'm not sure how many days I am! But AF symptoms are there and it's due Fri so I'm sure a test would b pretty accurate! Thanks any ways!!

Ooo I bet this such an exciting time!!! Will u take another??? I really hope this works out for you!!!!

epskie · 01/04/2015 07:09

Thank you ladies! Ah spring are you 14dpo too? I'm sorry :-( I wanted us to get them together. I really hope you get yours soon.
Haven't told dh yet, he's off today and I'm at work so he's still in bed. Might tell him tonight. So scared but so happy xx

Springflower3 · 01/04/2015 07:05

Omg epskie that's brilliant!!!!! I could cry for I'm that pleased!! Bfn for me as I suspected!! Wasn't meant to be, tbh it's not the right time for us....... trying to hide disappointment

But massive congrats epskie!!!

Droflove · 01/04/2015 07:03

Wonderful news! Congratulations! Such exciting times. How are you feeling now? Have you told oh?

epskie · 01/04/2015 06:46

I got a bfp! Shock did an frer this morning and its a faint but definite bfp! I'm terrified, elated but terrified. I haven't even told oh yet. I'm so shocked. Going to try not to get too panicky about last time but it's so hard. Good luck to everybody, I'm certainly not ready to leave this thread yet! spring how did you get on? heads straight for google to look up statistics of subsequent miscarriages

TerryTheGreenHorse · 31/03/2015 23:16

My AF is due then too, a week tomorrow?

I am just starting to get mild cramps and sore boobs. just like every other month so they are getting firmly ignored.

I'm not sure I can wait until I'm actually late though, not with all those Internet cheapies in the house! Shock

MalibuDaisy · 31/03/2015 23:09

Lara I have til next Friday til I can POAS (AF due next Weds but I'm making myself wait til she is late so it may not even be an issue!) so don't worry I'll be hanging around on here for a bit. Sore boobs today BUT I'm sure it isn't a symptom as I had sore nipples last month around this time. Kind of feel deep down that I'm not pregnant this month so I'm dismissing anything that I might misconstrue as a symptom and getting on with things. I'm not "not" thinking about it, but it's certainly helping.

Fingers crossed for you ladies P-ingOAS tomorrow! x

TerryTheGreenHorse · 31/03/2015 21:57

Drolove if your going to test at 10 DPO then you need a good strong wee. So there is hope!

LaraNotCroft22 · 31/03/2015 20:29

Just catching up with the thread. Good luck to all poas soon! I'm only 2/3 dpo so a loooong way to go. First time using ov sticks so excited and hoping it worked. Don't know when symptoms would arrive if any so trying not to think too much about it. And failing miserably.

Sorry for those who have got af. Just think though, you could soon be making the first babies of 2016 Smile

Droflove · 31/03/2015 20:26

Hi epskie, yeah I know but I still expect it would have been positive. It was a early response test. BUT it was the middle of the afternoon and I had psyched myself up only to sit down and not manage a pee so I got like 2 drops on it and luckily it crept up far enough to cover both lines (had to hold it upside down and say 'come on you bastard'). Such an idiot I know but I was nervous! Anyhoo, I guess it wasn't exactly quality pee but surely if there were hormones there they would show up even as a faint little line. Worst thing is, it was my only test in the house.
