Ah, we got married last August, so another newlywed here! My wedding dress is still hanging up in the bedroom at home - need to get it cleaned and boxed up

Friends of ours here have just arrived back from the UK today and brought with them so many treats for us that we miss! Marmite, porridge oats (sad, I know!), Bisto gravy granules and bacon, sausages and cheese are en route next week!!!!! Exciting!!!! !!!!!!

I don't go on Facebook much, but anyone who wants to be a friend can PM me...does that sound desperate for friends?!!!!

I love the fb idea but probably best avoided as nobody in real life knows that we are ttc. :S

I hate waiting for the witch to come. Grrr. There are Smarties waiting in the fridge for when she does though (every cloud!) :)

Hi Juney and Spinning! Glad to be cracking on! This is going to be the month I'm sure!

We're getting married on 2nd May and dress will go on eBay after, seems a shame for it to spend the rest of its life in a cupboard when someone else could enjoy it!

We're planning the shagathon approach this month too. Tuesday til Sunday everyday at least once. I reckon he's up to it and it's early enough in the process for us that this sounds like fun rather than a chore.

I'm also a teacher. And I've been married 6 months. A lot of us in the same boat here I've been doing some reading up on clomid. Lots of positive stories. Hope I'm not getting carried away, I don't even know if I'm going to be put on it!

I'm jumping back on as we are having a DTDathon this month! Think DH is getting impatient now as well so he is well up for a damn good try this month! I probably should be on the April bus but know I'll crack early as AF/BFP is due on the 1st. Ovia moved my fertile period a week so we are going to cover the week that it originally said and the new fertile week. Bring on EOD sex! Thanks rice. I was thinking of having it altered and coloured, but then I still wouldn't really have anywhere to wear it. Am going to use the train for a christening gown when we get to that point.

I'm trying to find a correlation between spotting and stress... Each month I'm really convinced we have cracked it and we are symptom spotting galore I have had up to 5 days pink and brown spotting. This month I know I'm not preg as only dtd once. So I'm seeing if I get spotting as I feel chilled and happy :-)

Oh and sorry for af I always find that I am most irrational and upset about not being preggo about two days before she comes! by the time af is fully here I've always (just about) come to terms with it

Spinning, I am so sorry for your loss and I hope that your family are coming to terms with it all. It sounds like your mum has a fantastic support network, with you and your sister . All the best for the scan.

dojo and night, I love your wedding pics. It's only been 6 months since my wedding, and I still have a little bit of wedding fever, although this has been replaced somewhat by TTC fever and 'where is my period?' fever.

Abfab Sorry I didn't reply to you yesterday- I had a busy evening as I was out for a meal with my friends, one of whom is 4 months or so pregnant. I think you asked about Agnus Castus? I do have some, and was taking it until I got a positive OPK back at the end of Jan. I stopped then, as I read it can cause miscarriage. I was then expecting AF, but it never showed and then I got some egg-white CM at the end of last week, so we DTD and I'm hoping we caught that! If I did ovulate then, I should be around 8 or 9 DPO right now. I am waiting to see if AF or BFP (FX) will arrive next week. If not, I think we will possibly take a step back from TTC and I will start the Agnus Castus again to try and bring back my cycle. I have a hospital appointment on the 19th, so holding out for that too!
