Sparkly123 · 10/03/2015 12:49

Mrsb do you know all the ins and outs of being on immune sups whilst TTC or early pregnancy? Is it ok? Mmm I have no idea really. My immune system is compromised so I just do all I can to support it- eat well, stay away from germy places - which let's face it is never easy, take vitamins etc etc. Have you asked a GP for advice?

Sparkly123 · 10/03/2015 12:46

CD 22 for me or 6dpo if FF is correct. I have nothing worth reporting to you all lots of cm but other than that, I'm keeping it together I think!Wink

mrsb0710 · 10/03/2015 12:45

Wondering - I'm on immuno suppressants for my IBD,and now working in a GP surgery. Anything extra I should do to be careful once I do get a BFP? I'm up to date with my vaccinations. Just worried someone with measles or something equally nasty will breath on me Hmm

Sparkly123 · 10/03/2015 12:44

Hope your dh gets on well victoria

Sparkly123 · 10/03/2015 12:44

Glad you are feeling ok Sammy. I know it's always hard when it's someone so close, but if it does happen then hopefully you won't be far behind right?! The fact you have these tests in April is really reassuring as they will bring you another step closer. You have that as back up, and you know they will help with any issues so it's positive for going forward! Grin

victoria401 · 10/03/2015 12:44

I got the dentist today too purds one of the reasons I didn't stay in bed... Boo

Good luck with the sperm test heir, my dh has his 4th next Monday! The final decision on if we def need ivf, urgh

loopylou1984 · 10/03/2015 12:39

Purdey I don't think I know any forensic geniuses or lawyers, so perhaps I'd be safe.

I'm ok thanks Sparkly, I actually feel ok at the moment as I know that if this cycle doesn't work out then we might get some answers from Aprils tests.
Although I'm secretly worried about dsil getting pg soon. They've just got hitched and she has 2 dcs from previous relationship so I don't think they'll wait long. I'm not sure how I'll cope if that happens... Trying not to worry about what ifs though! Xx

dojo123 · 10/03/2015 12:26

Totally off topic but I'm currently at my desk, chair dancing to a bit of Calvin Harris. Nothing like blasting out a bit of music to clear the head! Grin

Sparkly123 · 10/03/2015 12:15

Spinning that is such a long time to wait. We had the same in January for my dh grandfather. It was weeks, due to a "backlog" at Xmas apparently. It's hard waiting but I'm guessing there is not much you can do. Poor family, you almost want to get to the funeral quickly as that's a really important part of the grieving process isn't it. So sorry you have to wait so long. I hope you will have lots of things to keep you busy in the meantime. Flowers

Sparkly123 · 10/03/2015 11:59

homeboddy what a lovely line!! Congrats!!!

wotsits and victoria boo to the colds! Get some honey lemon and ginger down you ASAP!

cariad oh lovely, I'm so sorry. But magical cycle 10..keep the faith.. I absolutely will for you Flowers

mummy so sorry about last night, sending Flowers

Pierced love the pink! Gorg!! Your plan sounds great.

Purdita how's little Nancy? Tooth pulled ?! Aw no. Not fun! Luck luck luck Flowers hope you will still be able to eat bday cake with Mr "best spermz in the world "Purdey tomorrow!

Heir brilliant news things are moving for you with tests. It's reassuring.

dojo glad you are feeling a little better, I know it's hard. We put all these time constraints/fantasies on TTC and when it doesn't quite happen it's really difficult, however.. It will happen. Maybe not in the ideal time you had first imagined but it will Flowers hope you have something nice planned for your bday.

Sammy how are you lovely?

Where is Juney?!

PurdeyBirdie · 10/03/2015 11:55

Hurrah for sperm samples! Knowledge is power!

spinningirl10 · 10/03/2015 11:53

Dizzy, yay for the races. Sure to get a bfp nowSmile

Dojo, I'm sure your bfp is just round the corner.

Purdey hope dentist is ok!

Well the funeral isn't going to be until the beginning of April!! That sure is a long time to wait.

HeirToTheIronThrone · 10/03/2015 11:50

Well my news is that DH has an appointment to give a sperm sample on Friday. I've been really impressed how willing our GP has been to refer us for initial tests. I know these are probably the 'easy' ones but was so convinced that I'd be told to go away and try for a bit longer, we are still young etc.

mummyofonesofar · 10/03/2015 11:30

Dojo I am feeling a bit better. Having a meeting with my boss to see if I can do 9-3 this week so I can do the school run and give my niece some time away from her grieving Nana and give my DS Leo some time at home without DP so he can have space too.

I'm sure he has seen worse Purds. Good luck.
