Baby, I have no idea about the stats but maybe there's an April bus now and they've transferred them over there?

juneybean · 08/03/2015 21:46

There is a second tab for April?

BabyBumpHopeful · 08/03/2015 21:45

What happened to the statistics (stats)? Why are AF's removed instead of updated and why are people due early April removed from the listing??

haven't been around for a couple of days so may have missed the method behind that madness. TIA!

babsbunny · 08/03/2015 21:40

Hi ladies. Gees, trying to catch up!

Pierced, your post caught my eye. I hope you are ok. Please feel free to rant.

If your oh is open to couples counselling, go for it. Get a referral from your gp, which given your anxiety and oh complications should be simple enough to do.

I almost monumentally fucked up my relationship a number of years ago. I thank my universe every day that he is amazing and came to counselling with me. I can honestly say, it was the best thing we ever did. We learned so much communication skills from it and grew so much closer as a result.
I'm not saying we are perfect by far. I have terrible anxiety and depressive episodes which puts a strain on us. Ttc is certainly adding to our stress. But honestly counselling was a hugely positive experience for us.

Hope it helpsFlowers

PurdeyBirdie · 08/03/2015 21:39

Thanks, Purple Smile

Was it you, Heir, who complimented my tot? Thanks ever so much. I wish I could take the credit for those genes Hmm

Pierced, my accent is absolutely vile. Proper broad Lankishurrr Sad

Night, what a frigging splendid tea!

Salad, welcome and thanks for being so lovely about us I will stick my neck above the parapet and say I think a BFN with a FRER at 12dpo is bad news. Hang in there, though..Thanks

Spinning, there are definitely early implanters. I think you'll find studies that shwo some women implant as early as 5dpo, but it is rare. I'm sure 6dpo is a lot less rarererer-er.

Nomio, did I tell you I love you?

piercedprincess · 08/03/2015 21:25

Thanks nightlight and welcome saladbeach you're not too late, I just joined the bus a couple of days ago myself.Grin

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 21:25

Nomio, I'll pm youGrin

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 21:24

Purdey, yes I saw the rise (implantation) on her chart. My rise is too early for implantation though as I'm only 6dpo.

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 21:22

I saw you were there kissing, with the fb group as well I shall end up wasting even more time online!!

Nomio230 · 08/03/2015 21:21

Oooh, can I join the top secret FB group? I feel like the unpopular kid at school that everyone whispers about!

Spinning, I am sorry your family is going through such a tough time. I hope things get easier for you soon.

Purds, you are amazing. Things will improve for you & this will all seem like a horrible dream.

Eskimo, I really hope it is implantation pains that you are having, but I guess AF would be some kind of progress. At least then you could move on to the next cycle.

Whoever was asking about age gaps. I have one sister 3 1/2 years younger & one 9 years younger & am equally close to both of them. I honestly wouldn't worry.

SaladBeach · 08/03/2015 21:16

Hi, can I join? ##### 27 ttc1 cycle 4 ######
I've been reading all of your posts the last few days and you all sound like lovely, funny, slightly mad Wink people who do great stuff supporting each other. Who knew this ttc malarkey was so bloody difficult!
Just got bfn at dpo12 with FRER, am I out?

kissinggiraffe · 08/03/2015 21:00

Yes spinning I'm on, getting all over excited about it too Grin

Not sure I have the mental capacity to post there and here too.......

nightandthelight · 08/03/2015 20:59

Neighbour round for dinner as his kitchen is out of order, toad in the hole and syrup sponge :) sorry to hear of your struggles pierced Flowers

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 20:54

Purple, have messages youSmile

Kissing, are you on there yet?

piercedprincess · 08/03/2015 20:46

Thanks once again all. And Purdey am down tut chemist to get ma syringes. Well amazon but putting on a fake northern accent on a anonymous forum amused me for a sec and god knows I need a laff. Yes, this is what my life has come to. I apologise to any northerners out there, your accent is lovely, likely much lovelier than my boring London liberal but brought up in Essex hybrid one does.

Purplecuddlykoala14 · 08/03/2015 20:45

Purdey it was paddingtonfromperu with the Bfp at 38.

HeirToTheIronThrone · 08/03/2015 20:44

Purdey wins comment of the day for 'I do like the length' Grin

We have had an M&S cheeseboard and a pack of crackers for dinner [slattern emoticon]

Temp was back up this morning and have felt horribly queasy yesterday and today at times. Hmm, who knows!

victoria401 · 08/03/2015 20:39

Big hugs to pierced. Me and dh have had some tough times lately so I know how you feel. We have also been ttc 2 years with problems found with dh's sperm. All I can say is be nice to each other, take time out to just find one another again. If you're having a hsg soon it'll give you a good opportunity to take that month off ttc. A month off is quite liberating :-) Good luck with your referral.

Nomio230 · 08/03/2015 20:34

Hi lovely ladies, I have not been on for a couple of days & I have 16 pages to catch up on. Shock Prepare yourselves for mass postings!

PurdeyBirdie · 08/03/2015 20:32

Who was it on here who recently got pregnant at the age of 38?

Pierced, yes, several of us here use artificial insemination (AI) for a variety of reasons ranging from ill health to ruined-libidos-and-erectile-dysfunction-issues-thanks-to-three-years-TTC-not-to-mention-can't-be-arsed issues. We get loads and loads of spermz inside us because our other halves are lovely and willing to masturbate, like, eight times on't trot Smile Get your 10ml syringes from t'internet or chemists.

PurdeyBirdie · 08/03/2015 20:28

Eskimo, I can see where your confuddlement comes from. Let's hope you're preggo!

Pierced, fertility tests and scans are ace. I've had 'em all and felt empowered even after receiving the news I had a diseased fallopian tube from too much spunk from several hundred dodgy bastards I keep saying this on here but my mantra is Knowledge Is Power Smile Once you know what hand you've been dealt you can be more realistic about your chances and explore different avenues instead of this tedious limboland.

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 20:24

Kissing i got your messages Grin have asked someone else to find and add you. Having family/funeral dramas and need to speak to my bro and mum

Purplecuddlykoala14 · 08/03/2015 20:23

Evening all,
spinning sorry to hear about your uncle. Hope your scan goes well tomorrow.
pierced feel free to moan to us. Hope you feel better soon, chocolate always helps.
I like the idea of a secret FB group.
I've been married 17 years.
My temps on its way down so I suppose AF will turn up soon.

piercedprincess · 08/03/2015 20:18

Purdey just read your reply, sorry I didn't respond to your comments in my other post, you must ave posted yours just as I posted mine! Yeah we got a referral to see an NHS fertility doc, been for tests etc, I have one more test to do a HSG which I'm going to be doing next cycle before our next appointment in May most likely. I'm fine fertility wise so far, found out hubby has low motility though Sad

As for the anxiety etc..yeah it's rough sometimes. Relationship issues don't help along with the extra stress. And the OH is in recovery from alcohol so I know what you're going through for what it's worth.

Will try and stay positive, if not I'll probabbly just bum around Mumsnet bitching for a bit while I eat peanuts. 'Pologies in advance if you catch random posts on other threads with me having a whinge.

piercedprincess · 08/03/2015 20:11

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

On another note, reading Purdey's comment about a syringe reminds me of a question I have, do any of you and your OH's do artifcial at home insemination when you don't want to/ feel like having sex?

We'ved talked about it because sometimes we flag after doing three days straight but I don't know how effective it is. What would the best size syringe be to get the sperm up there. Sorry if TMI but I don't want to insert it into the cervix just get it close to the entrance.

any help or advice anyone can give on this would be much appreciated.
