Sorry for the bfn Rosie. When will you test again?

Ahh Ava & Pear, only 4 more days to hold out! Let's hope for lots of bfps at the end of the week Grin

My 2nd flashing smiley today so will have to fit in dtd when DH gets home from work Smile

peardrop2 · 30/03/2015 08:09

My CBFM is flashing m today. 8dpo is way too early for AF...what's it thinking!! Silly monitor

Ava - at 8dpo and I have zero symptoms! Maybe that a good sign for us? All the months I've had twinges and funny feelings it's ended in a bfn! I am sooooo tempted to cave and test at 10dpo on Wednesday! Got to get there first,

Thanks everyone. Ava I got af back at 10m after DD1, when she slept through. Maybe that's it, although daytime feeds are down I do still only have 8hr gaps rather than 12hrs. Think just need to be patient then!! I'll probably just lurk around here until I know where we are

Mary Flowers hope you get seen soon

RosieRue52 · 29/03/2015 23:56

Praying for you & bean Mary Flowers

Welcome Onecurrent!

Felt very tired the last few days, & Very nauseous today which compelled me to take a test....BFN soo I'm most likely just getting sick Sad

Hope everyone has a good week

AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 23:28

Good luck, Mumo! DH and I were totally exhausted by 1dpo and DD took forever to settle that night so with DH having to be up early the next morning as well I doubt we could've dtd that night even if I'd known/wanted to Confused

Yes testing Friday and the only reason I won't be tempted to test early this time is because I'm at work on Weds and Thurs and I'm not getting up at stupid o'clock for fmu and messing up my already tight morning routine to test before work. And whether it's + or - it would certainly affect my performance at work - much safer to be a good girl and test Friday when AF is due Wink

I have absolutely no symptoms again today and have totally lost that exciting "could I be?!" feeling Sad

Mumof1sofar · 29/03/2015 22:51

Thinking of you Mary & really hoping for the best. Good luck for your gp tomorrow Thanks

Thanks Ava, I didn't know it could be up to 36 hours after so will definitely do that (if dh & I aren't totally exhausted by then haha). Good luck for this month. When are you testing, is it Friday?

AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 22:38

Sending a big virtual hug to you, Mary x

Giddymamma · 29/03/2015 22:20

Thank you for your kind messages ava, pear and mumo

I haven't seen anyone yet as my local epu requires a referral. I'm planning to see my gp 1st thing tomorrow but I don't think I'll even be offered a scan as I am not yet 6 weeks. Private clinics have the same policy too I think. I just want someone to measure my bloods and then do the same in 24-48 hours. That would give me some answers I'm sure.
I'm not feeling hopeful though - the bleeding has been quite heavy all day and I'm still getting cramps. I'll keep you all informed.
Sorry for the 'me post'. I just need someone to tell. Feeling very Sad

Welcome onecurrent. Smile It's not all doom and gloom on here I promise. We've had a few bfps already!

AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 20:19

Mumo I think it's recommended to dtd the day after the peak too? I'm going to do that next cycle, if I'm not successful this time (again) as the egg can be fertilised for up to 36 hours (I thought it was 12-24 and stopped on my peak day...) Hmm

AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 20:15

Hi Onecurrantbun, and welcome. My first AF returned at 16 months but the first 6 months of regular-ish AF were pretty light and short, and I only had my first 'proper' AF when DD was 22.5 months (this cycle) - I think 16 months is average? There are stats online. When did AF return with your first DC?

Mumof1sofar · 29/03/2015 20:12

Welcome onecurrant. I hope af comes back soon for you. Mine only returned recently as dd was poorly & didn't feed as much while she was ill.

Pear, yes think we'll dtd for every flashing smiley then obviously the peak day - does that sound like we'll have covered everything then? I'm quite excited about the morning to see if there's another flashing smiley Smile It's really nice to know for sure that you're definitely dtd at the right time!

Mumof1sofar · 29/03/2015 20:07

So sorry Mary. I've got everything crossed for you Thanks

Onecurrantbun · 29/03/2015 17:45

Hello thought I'd introduce myself - I'm 26 and tentatively wondering when to start ttc #3
I'm still bfing gorgeous 15 month old DD2 around 3 x in 24 hour's and my periods still haven't returned! How long do I give it before I start to worry?! Thanks all and muchos baby dust liberally sprinkled.

AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 17:31

Glad you're feeling better today Pear x

peardrop2 · 29/03/2015 17:22

Oh and Dro I'm down to one feed too.

OP posts:
peardrop2 · 29/03/2015 17:21

Mumofone - woop woop Wink I told you Ov could be close! Are you going to keep trying every day now?

Dro - 3 under 3? You either have amazing chilled out babies or you're nuts Grin

I'm feeling a bit more human this afternoon TG!

peardrop2 · 29/03/2015 17:12

Oh Mary Hmm I'm so sorry to hear you're going through that. I really hope it turns out to be nothing that effects your chances! Let us know what the GP says in the morning. In my area we would probably call the scanning unit at the hospital. Do you have that option?

OP posts:
AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 16:14

Mary, would a private scan be an option at all, if GP says no, just to put your mind at rest?x

AvaAmulet · 29/03/2015 16:12

So sorry to hear that Mary, keeping everything crossed and touching wood for you Flowers xxx
