Do you love being elbow deep in your cervix? Can you tell your cream from your egg? No, we're not talking Cadbury, we're talking vadge juice. Come and join the fingering fillies on our flight of fecundity (see what I did there?).

Eek good thing I have a day off Monday!

Now then, my boss has asked if I'm free to go swimming on friday, is bobbing about in the water okay or is swimming a no no in the 2ww?

Ohwoolballs · 14/02/2015 19:31

glitterylipgloss Yeaaaaah! Grin

Ohwoolballs · 14/02/2015 19:29

I went upstairs whilst DH was playing FIFA and wrestled myself into stockings. Terrible imagery I know, apologies. We are now in the kitchen listening to Kate Rusby, making toad in the hole (hahahaha) and drinking red wine.

Good news with the ewcm juney and welcome to the mad house mycrazylife

purdeybirdie · 14/02/2015 19:25

Pug, you do make me laugh Grin

Giddy, I don't think you post half as much as you should. You're funny

Juney, ewcm is excellent news. I have a hunch, from your chart, that you will ov on Monday.

Welcome, Crazy! 'Tis I wiv a Nancy. Do you mean you want a daughter and to call her Nancy? I'm glad you like the name and I really can't imagine many tots with her name in the classroom, which is what I was after as well as the old-fashioned vibe. How old are you and have you been to prison ?

Welcome my crazy life Smile
wood pigeon I'm off to docs on the 20th for a chat, mot, and a request for blood work.

Hubby got me roses and currently cooking me a three course meal and I'm sat here downing Bacardi breezers & gonna crack the prosecco open soon and cringing at stars in their eyes. I KNOW how to live!!! Wink

MyCrazyLife · 14/02/2015 19:16

Thanks juney :) Oohh I had some lovely egg white mucus bang on ovulation time. I hope it's amounted to something!!

juneybean · 14/02/2015 19:14

Welcome mycrazylife !!

juneybean · 14/02/2015 19:13

Haha there's only two x 0.5ml straws but I expect its a lot of liquid nitrogen to keep it frozen as it'll run out in 7 days of shipping.

Now then I'm still only getting faints (also managed to piss on my hand) but I also got a delightful glob of stretchy CM not transparent though.... Is this things hotting up?

MyCrazyLife · 14/02/2015 19:02

Can I join?

AF due on wed 18th. First cycle ttc.

Did someone mention they had a Nancy?! I so want one...

mummyofonesofar · 14/02/2015 18:46

Semi romantic dinner here, had cooked a big dinner for SIL, niece & MIL. Everyone has rushed to the hospital after a call from them 20 mins ago. So sat here with these cuties who are having an in depth conversation about minecraft. 1dpo so no wine for me!

spinningirl10 · 14/02/2015 18:43

Thanks for the pm Victoria, very informative Smile

spinningirl10 · 14/02/2015 18:42

Bowie, the truffles sound yummySmile

Thepug, the ferning info is interesting. I've read about it before and wondered why we don't read more about it on these buses.

No romantic dinner for me. I've had poached eggs, avocado, spinach and tomatoes. Dp working tonight.

spinningirl10 · 14/02/2015 18:37

After mention of Juneys pot of sperm I had to enter MN via Google to take a lookGrin it looks like a big milk urn, I'm sure you said one sample but it looks huge!

mustbemad71 · 14/02/2015 18:37

Oh no Aurora - poo. Was so happy for you! As you were on gin terrace pet. X

woodpigeon123 · 14/02/2015 18:30

Also, is low progesterone a big problem? Sad

Thanks again Purdey for all your help Flowers

woodpigeon123 · 14/02/2015 18:21

Thanks Purdey... Was totally resigned to arrival of AF.... The lateness of it just allowed a bit of bastard hope to creep in I think!

Do I just ask for those tests at the Dr? Are they quite standard or will they make me wait a bit longer do you think?

xxxxx

purdeybirdie · 14/02/2015 17:58

Woodpigeon, I've said it before but I'll repeat my theory that FF got your ov wrong and you are actually 11dpo with AF imminent Thanks I think your progesterone is a little erratic; and low, to be honest. Would you consider day 3 & day 21 tests?

*Spinning, I'll be back with blasto and ivf info. Nancy was a five-day blasto!

MissMrs I use saliva but I think you can use CM too with the same results. I read somewhere that someone put some semen on theirs just to check there were swimmers in it (they said they could just see them moving). Only annoying thing with using saliva is you're not meant to have eaten or drunk anything for 2 hours previously in case it interferes, so it's really thrown off my mid-morning cup of tea timing!

MissMrsMummy · 14/02/2015 17:49

pug do you actually put saliva on it or cm?

ThePug · 14/02/2015 17:47

Aaaargh - just had to stop licking the mixing bowl as realised it has got raw egg in. OH smugly finishing it off Envy

ThePug · 14/02/2015 17:44

High five Victoria
OH & I spent this morning's dogwalk in the park giggling about the couples (without dogs) who had clearly come out on a walk/to sit on the park bench "because it's a romantic thing to do" and one couple in particular, with a pushchair, who were just steaming around the park as quickly as possible and didn't seem to say a word to each other

BowiesJumper · 14/02/2015 17:42

Sammy, I got an allllmost positive (I posted it on the last thread) on an opk on weds morning, then weds afternoon it was all faint, bit stronger on weds evening (probs a positive) then Thursday morning I got a really strong positive, no mistaking it. The test line was way darker than the control one. So it can fluctuate before the big surge I think.

We've got m&s dine in for £20 tonight (starter, main, side, pudding, wine and chocs) coz we're dead posh, and will watch a film and then make a baby Wink

I'm making chocolate truffles for he husbands valentine present. Currently chilling in the fridge before I shape them. Yummmmmm.

Marmite27 · 14/02/2015 17:41

Asda curry ready meal for us !

victoria401 · 14/02/2015 17:39

Tesco readymeal and the voice here pug!

ThePug · 14/02/2015 17:33

Purdey the ferning is most visible at the top right hand side of the picture I think - straight lines with lines coming off it. Like what's shown here

Seriously recommend other people trying this method, it's less than £20 for the microscope and you can use it to your heart's content over & over again!

Does everyone have romantic plans for tonight? I don't! Sainsburys chinese readymeal (a treat as no cooking involved) and The Voice/whatever is on TV after that for us. I have just put a very large chocolate cake in the oven though and will hopefully get as far as icing it with some psycho love hearts etc before we want to eat it for pudding.

Juney I've got to ask (and sorry if you've already said, I've not been here long) how much 'produce' did you import. I can't work out the scale of the picture you posted; it looks a bit like a mahooosive old fashioned milk churn thingy!
