Mamama31 · 06/05/2015 19:26

Yes!!! Mrschatty! The digi is always right ;) lovely! So happy for you and your DH! I hope it's a very boring, uneventful 9 months for you. How did you tell your DH? What did he say?

Nordicmom · 06/05/2015 18:11

Congrats and a big hug Mrschatty !

mrschatty · 06/05/2015 17:40

Yeah guys no denying it now. ...digital says preggo 1-2 weeks!!!!! DH I'm shock xx

Mamama31 · 06/05/2015 16:58

Yes mrschatty! The proof is in the digi! Can't wait to hear the results I'm sure it's all good :)

mrschatty · 06/05/2015 16:41

Aw nordic no idea love!!! Bodies are pigging mental!!
Mama I've just bought a digital too can't control myself now my restraint is gone xx

Mamama31 · 06/05/2015 13:29

Mrschatty wow that's a lot of dtd! Good for you!! And I admire how refrained you are not telling DH and waiting a few days. I didn't tell DH until I did a cb digi that stated "pregnant 1-2 wks" but that was the same day!!! I wish I was as calm as you are. It is hard to believe though after ttc for a long time when it happens it doesn't seem real but looks like it is mrschatty and you are being very sensible testing again to make sure. I hope it's a very sticky bfp x

Kiwi thank you, I must say I am not as positive a person as I was prior to my mmc but I am regaining some control and positivity each day, hoping it can continue. I just have to accept that life is shit sometimes and we can not control what is going to happen...so we just have to go with it and will handle it when it goes wrong even if we don't feel we are at the time. We will always come through the darkness and hope will return.

Nordic sorry I've no idea what's going on, perhaps just wait and see what's going to happen...I know that's easier said than done but I have wasted so much of my life obsessing/monitoring/analysing and really it's not going to make me pregnant any faster. just wait and see is the best thing I ever did.

Nordicmom · 06/05/2015 13:15

Congrats mrschatty!!!!
I'm puzzled here am only on 7 dpo have had unusual spotting for two days and today a bit more blood and frer and cb are negative but ov test gone blank to stronger line and flashing smiley face so don't know what to think ?! Is my body having a really weird cycle with a period 10 early and trying to ovulate right away again ( I've always ov about at cd12-14 ) or did I conceive and implant but not properly so that's why I'm bleeding and some amount of hormones still left in the system . This has never happened to me in 30 y periods or in the 3-4 y of trying to have another baby .

mrschatty · 06/05/2015 12:23

Thanks guys...I don't quite believe it yet- going to retest tomorrow hopefully for a stronger line.

Welcome kiwi hopefully this thread will bring you luck!!

mamma ttc month 19- DH git SA back as normal and I got bloods back as normal and letter in to see fertility clinic as soon as day 1 started. So I thought this month I'm going to give it all I can to give myself a chance- DTD day 11.12.13.14.16.17.19... I know. Knackered. And afterwards elevated bum for 15-20 mins.

I don't believe it's true...just going to wait a few more days till I get a good strong line before tell DH x

kiwiblue · 06/05/2015 12:03

Thanks mama, I really appreciate that. I'm very sorry to hear about what you're going through. Your positive attitude really is an inspiration.

Mamama31 · 06/05/2015 11:32

Welcome kiwi, of course you can join. Sorry to hear it's been a struggle but you will find comfort and be in good company here. And you are right...hope is never lost...this thread has had some great news recently...and I just know there's a lot more to come :)

Mamama31 · 06/05/2015 11:04

Mrschatty!!!!! Eeeeeeek!!! I just knew it! Huge congrats!!! :) those symptoms were spot on with what I had....and that's what I'll be looking out for in future! so happy for you. Please remind me of your ttc story??? Anything you did differently this cycle?? Fabulous news! This thread is really picking up with the bfp's :)

kiwiblue · 06/05/2015 10:47

Hi everyone, is it ok if I join?
I've been following this thread for a while now. I'm delighted to see all the recent good news - congratulations to those who have had BFPs!!!

I'm struggling to stay positive and you all seem like such a lovely and positive bunch so I'm hoping joining in here will help! So I've been TTC for 22 months. We have to have been trying for 2 years in our area to get referred to fertility specialists. After 15 months I had day 2-7 bloods and DH had SA and all was normal. I've also been on Duofertility for the last 3 cycles (I was quite ignorant of my cycle so it's helped in that it appears I do ovulate!!) Grin

My GP told me to come back this month if I wasn't pregnant, so I have an appointment for next week. I think I have to have the blood test again, I'm also going to get the day 21 progesterone test to check that, and I think DH has to do another SA - and then hopefully we'll get referred.

Finding it hard to stay hopeful and positive and feel like it's all really just beginning in some ways! But then this thread proves that hope is never lost!

Metalhead · 06/05/2015 09:29

mrschatty · 05/05/2015 21:18

I'm secretly dying to do it....I'll keep you posted xxx

Mamama31 · 05/05/2015 20:29

Mrschatty I hope I haven't pressurised you in to poas! It's just that your symptoms are all similar to mine and you are late....i so hope it's your bfp!!!

mrschatty · 05/05/2015 19:58

Oh my god I can't even imagine it l...don't want to build up my hopes...but ok ill do it tomorrow xx

Mamama31 · 05/05/2015 17:00

Mrschatty that's almost the same as my bfp...I also remember my skin wasn't bad, I always get a spot on my chin before af and I didn't. I had no cramps and I usually have sore bbs 5-7 days before af and I only had them a couple of days before bfp. It's all very similar.....poas tomorrow!!!!! I will be checking in for an update....good luck!!!!

mrschatty · 05/05/2015 15:26

It's different. My skin isn't as bad as usual no severe stomach cramps some light pinging pains once or twice- boobs only started to hurt a couple days ago usually hurt straight from ovulation. On Friday there was bright red blood in the toilet one drop then I had v light brown on sat nothing Sunday Monday or today usually have brown discharge in the days leading up...I'm may poas tomorrow first thing...x

Mamama31 · 05/05/2015 11:28

and I only tested because I always spot right up until af but had nothing for 4 days. I think if it's different to usual poas....if it's similar....wait it out a couple more days.

Mamama31 · 05/05/2015 11:27

2 days late though and spotting has stopped??? Has that ever happened before? I had implantation spotting for 3 days then nothing for 4 days that's when I tested and got bfp. I was probably a day or 2 late when I tested.
