Lil that's great news! Something nice to focus on.

I'm struggling today, just feeling like we are back where we started. Bit emotional but thankful that I've got through another day. On a positive we planted a little rose tree today as a memory- it's lovely and has helped with closure.

lildottie · 28/04/2015 20:06

we exchanged on our house yesterday, move set for 8th, so feeling pretty upbeat here Grin

mrschatty · 28/04/2015 19:50

Mamama31 · 28/04/2015 18:34

lildottie · 27/04/2015 23:40

I'd punch them. that's it. just punch them. stupid twats!

mrschatty · 27/04/2015 17:07

Oh good LORD yeah thanks your advice to relax did the trick I don't know why I didn't try that before how about you become a fertility expert!!!

Yes I'm crossing my fingers for this month xx

chopsface · 27/04/2015 14:23

Meh, some people huh? Told my senior last week, who knew about our fertility issues, that I was pregnant. She said "see I told you if you relaxed it would happen" hmmmm right, whatever. I'm sure being about to start fertility treatment really chilled me out! I hope you get your bfp soon x it can happen when you least expect it!

mrschatty · 27/04/2015 11:46

Hay ladies welcome to a new week how are we all feeling! Cd22 at tge min been very hormonal all weekend starting on Friday at a family party- close friend made the very helpful suggestion that maybe were 'trying too much...?' Needless to say she got pg within first months of ttc.. We left shortly after! Then last night another friend who doesn't know we're ttc told us his brother and his wife unexplained infertility for years now adopting. Made me tear up thinking that one day there may be a line drawn.

I also solemly swear I am not symptom spotting this month 7 days to go x

EllaBella1 · 26/04/2015 22:38

Thanks for that. Always good to hear!

Hubs SA is 14th may. He is then to make a gp appt for 2 weeks later to discuss results.

victoria401 · 25/04/2015 20:16

Ella I had spotting the majority of months we were ttc, up to 5 days pre af. The GP and nurse told me it wasn't an issue, I didn't believe them. It turns out it wasn't a problem after all :-) chin up

lildottie · 24/04/2015 08:43

it doesn't go away mama but it does get easier. time is indeed a healer Thanks

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 22:24

Thanks laura. I feel like I've turned a corner at least. Had a good day today but a bit emotional tonight. Can only be expected really. Time is the only healer.

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 22:22

Lucie that sounds amazing! To have support of others going through it at the same time! How fab is that! Sounds like your so chilled about it all, that's great. So hoping for a great result for you!

lucieloos · 23/04/2015 21:19

Laura definitely do it. You won't regret it. They are so professional and you could eat your dinner off the floor at the clinic it's so clean lol. I'm so happy we decided to come here. There's a big group of us on fb as well so I've made friends and met up with other people out here at the same time. I'm loving it! Kind of takes a lot of the stress out of it.

Lauraqc · 23/04/2015 21:15

Evening all - Mama and Lil you're both fabulous. Inspirational.

Lucie I'm still watching with interest as I think we've decided to do the CR thing - probably late summer after our holibobs! Gives me a bit of time to shift some lbs too ;)!

Vic I can imagine just swapping one set of worries for another but like Lil has said you have no control over what will be...

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 18:59

Thanks Ella and mrschatty! It's comforting to be with you all despite the circumstances!

mrschatty · 23/04/2015 18:39

Ella bella were pretty much on the same page- just sent off our referral and now on m 19ttc cd 18 of 29 now and promising myself this 2ww will nit be a symptom spotting one!!!
Mama welcome back love xxxxFlowers

EllaBella1 · 23/04/2015 17:58

Hi ladies, cd1 today. After 6 days of brown discharge I'm glad! Dr doesn't think brown spotting at 9-14dpo is a problem as long as AF doesn't arrive. Anyway once we have hubs SA it's back to find out exactly yhe figures of my bloods and then ask for the referral. A year and a half down this ttc road and I feel pretty defeated today. Sorry I need to snap out of it!

Mama sorry to hear about what's happened.

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 16:56

Crotch watch never ends....no matter what stage we are at...constant knicker checking is a recurring theme....

victoria401 · 23/04/2015 16:51

I'm getting queasyness already, I'm hoping that's a good sign too! My tests are nice and strong. Didn't even have implantation spotting. I worry though if I feel 'wet' I'm straight to the loo for a look!

Vic I'm on another thread where the mantra is "today I am pregnant". keep saying that to yourself. you have no control over what happens and the best you can do for your bean is stay calm, be healthy and be positive. we're all rooting for you xx

Mamama31 · 23/04/2015 15:45

Vic the worry just never ends does it?! I never felt I could enjoy finally being pg as I was so worried and spotting started at 5 weeks. But if your feeling good and no spotting then try to relax and I'm sure things will be ok. Easier said than done though but it's good you have a hol coming up that will help you to relax and take your mind off things x

victoria401 · 23/04/2015 15:38

So sorry you've gone through this crap mama, life is unfair. Fingers crossed you will have a healthy pregnancy very soon x x

Lucie good luck with the transfer and I hope the 2ww passes quickly for you.

I want time to speed up until I can find out little one is safe. Its such early days, 5+3. I'm refusing to feel happy or excited because I'm aware of the odds. This is not how I wanted it to feel :-(

Glad you lot have supportive dh's x
