2 week wait. anyone else impatient?

Due AF today and my tests are sitting on the table. 1st month trying and I have a 5 mth old and 2 yr old. Always feel terrified to test...like I'm afraid of the result either way.

Congratulations g0ldie, and hello to newvioand returnees! Well I am now 13 dpo, BFN again today. Lots and lots of symptoms, am logging them all carefully in case they're pms, so I can remind myself next time. But I've been pregnant 6 times before (2 dc, 4mc) and have had very early symptoms in some of them. So who knows!

Totally impatient here, can I join? POAS this morning even though I'm only 10-11 dpo, and BFN. (Also yesterday and BFN then too!) AF is due on Wednesday or Thursday next week. I have had some symptoms, lots of dizziness and cramping a couple of days ago, but not sure if it is all in my head. And a sort of metallic taste that comes and goes.

AF due on Saturday. I'm going to test on Friday as going to a wedding and want to test before I hit the bar just in case!
I have symptoms but I keep thinking that I must be imagining them, confirmation bias + wishful thinking! The last few days I've had constant low level nausea, I've been incredibly windy and also tired, OH had been taking the piss out of me falling asleep on the sofa like a granny. I had cramping for a few days but that's stopped now. OH and I did a lot of shagging around my ovulation date because it was valentines day and I bought some lacy knickers.

So I'm back in the game! TWW cycle 2 starts today! BD'd 4 out of 5 days this week and timed everything as best as I could so here's hoping!

This time last cycle my boobs hurt but nothing this time, not sure if that's good, bad or indifferent!

So bfp and due today! Excited but have had two mc so very aware this is very early days.
Came off the pill in jan 2014 but for life reasons couldn't start trying till jan this year!
Don't think I have the confidence to join the pregnancy board quite yet!

Does anyone know how long after ovulating in a five week cycle I can test? If you can test with FRER at 10dpo on a 28 day cycle should I wait until 14dpo?

I might get some cheap tests, don't want to waste the expensive ones but poas is so tempting!

BFN this morning, 10dpo. I only keep doing this because of the pile of Internet cheapies, they're too inexpensive to resist.

I remember the 2 weeks wait. My first time i really thought i was pregnant. Then this previous cycle i just could not wait. I drove myself crazy. I tested at 9 dpo and bfn. Teated at morning of 11 dpo and bfn. Tested evening of 11 dpo and faint faint positive. I am now 5 weeks pregnant. The best thing to do is distract yourself as mich as possible. Do not allow yourself any fown time. When i was at work i was so busy to count the dayS. But as soon as i hot home the agony of waiting drove me up the wall. Beat of lick to you ladies.

Well, I'm definitely out but thank fuck! I feel like a human being again now the raging hormonal madness is over!
Today I spoke to a mate at work about my symptoms - cramps at odd times, weird sensations, peculiar discharge. Total hormonal insanity... And she says "welcome to the menopause! You've got another decade of this to look forward to!"
At 41, it's not a total surprise but I thought I had a couple of years left. I'm not too downhearted. It's still not impossible to get pg, I guess. But I don't currently feel too bad if I can't. Although that may change when the hormones kick in again in a couple of weeks...
I already have 2 DC with my exH. My OH doesn't have any, but he needs a job - after getting the sack yesterday - more than he needs kids right now!

jen that's awful. He should be as invested as you are in the ivf process. From what you've said so far he sounds like a pretty crap husband.
