Teacher, 'pregnancy symptoms' can very often be symptoms of progesterone levels in the 2ww: tender or swollen breasts; fatigue; loss of appetite; increased appetite - even nausea. If you have been POAS regularly and have not had a bfp you can be happy in the knowledge you haven't had a chemical.

PurdeyBirdie · 29/01/2015 09:57

Teacher, I am sorry for your disappointment, it is crushing Sad

Haribo, it sounds like you had a cp Sad

teacher1984 · 29/01/2015 09:55

I've had the dizziness upon standing all week too.

It's very encouraging you've had positive opk. I've not tried that.

Just done my 3rd test and still bfn - felt very emotional this morning (not sure if hormones or because of bfn) and am now feeling like eating chocolate which is a massive AF red flag for me - starting to accept its not my month.

Could any fertility experts answer this - I've had a week of pregnancy symptoms / they've now eased off. Could I have conceived but there's a problem and the process of miscarriage is starting? Bfns but no AF. ???

HariboBrenshnio · 29/01/2015 07:38

Teacher - it's so stressful!! I got a positive opk and a very faint line 2 days ago yet a negative the day AF is due with fmu?! I've felt sick and dizzy all week.

teacher1984 · 29/01/2015 07:27

Haribo - I'm in the same exact boat as you. Just poas for 2nd time, AF due today & got bfn but I am still 95% convinced I'm pregnant! Am I mad? I swear I have a dodgy pack of tests. Going out to buy more today.

This waiting game is literally mental torture. Think I might have to take a month off next month if it turns out I'm not pregnant. Not sure I can take much more of it! NONE of my usual AF symptoms but a ton of pregnancy symptoms, yet still getting bfn! ConfusedConfusedConfusedConfusedConfusedConfusedConfusedConfusedConfused

xBlueberry88x · 29/01/2015 07:22

congrats to the bfps!!

Sorry to anyone the bitch got!

HariboBrenshnio · 29/01/2015 07:14

*though no regular AF symptoms

HariboBrenshnio · 29/01/2015 06:57

I got a negative test this morning and AF due today. Not feeling good about this no regular AF signs.

MrsCrumbtious · 29/01/2015 06:52

Reaching for the big red STOP button, AF decided to show up a day early....the bitch!

MissMrsMummy · 28/01/2015 19:48

Oh best of luck teach! I would love to join you and poas but think I'm out. Still, you never know! Will be checking in for your good news Grin

Mrscat, I'm so sorry for your disappointment, but you'll be preggo before you know it

MissMrsMummy · 28/01/2015 16:46

I feel just like you catlady I'm sure she is about to arrive but clinging on to a thread of hope! Don't know why I'm hopeful as these symptoms are the same as every month. Dreading AF as it's always really heavy! I'm feeling very sorry for myself too and just want to cry/whinge to anyone I see Sad

OP posts:
catlady87 · 28/01/2015 16:42

Aww MissMrs, thanks for your positivity. Lovely lady.

Think I'll be joining you on Feb bus ladies! I feel AF is just being cruel and will strike at any second.

Feeling sorry for myself today, anyone else? I almost wish AF would come so that I can open a bottle of wine!

XxxX

BowiesJumper · 28/01/2015 16:09

Aw sorry mrscatmad. I'm sure mine is imminent, so we can both move to the back of the Feb bus together!

MissMrsMummy · 28/01/2015 16:06

Oh no mrscatmad I'm really sorry Thanks at least you will avoid the 'ooh, honeymoon baby Wink' comments for the rest of your dc's life!

OP posts:
mrscatmad31 · 28/01/2015 15:58

AF arrived :-( no honeymoon baby for me

BowiesJumper · 28/01/2015 15:13

Well Purdey, I have been known to consume alfalfa sprouts, but I also like a cheesy wotsit or two. I'm at home on the streets (not in a prossy way) and the high class cocktail bars (again, not in a prossy way).

MissMrsMummy · 28/01/2015 14:48

Sorry your temp is going down letsdothis

Thanks everyone...poor DH still thinks we could be pg but I'm sure we can't. I will see if my temp goes up tomorrow but a dip today is my usual pre-AF pattern Sad

After 12 cycles I guess we are no longer in the normal fertility range! Off to the docs soon and DH will be doing his SA.

marmite you are so strong!

haribo I agree with mustbemad

Sorry bowies and nevlet

catlady you're not out until AF arrives! Hang around here and the Feb bus as well if you like!

How is everyone else?

PurdeyBirdie · 28/01/2015 13:39

Marmite, I have a strong feeling you're pregnant.

Marmite27 · 28/01/2015 13:04

Living in limbo land here. Temp up a tiny bit more today. I'm staying strong though, no testing until Saturday.

PurdeyBirdie · 28/01/2015 12:29

Bowie, if you're going to bring middle-class Waitrosey fodder on t'bus you can feck off up to t'top deck wiv all the other weirdos vegans and foodie types. Oysters
