I definitely advise epo (evening primrose) for the clomid ladies it made sure I had plenty of cm when needed! Also used conceive plus!

Rainy34 · 23/01/2015 21:02

Hi all I'm still stalking the Jan bus, i am on the Feb bus too but i still enjoy chatting to you lovely ladies,

Sparkly - I admire your positivity, I am so pleased for you to be wanting to try again as quickly as you can, I so hope next time you will get a sticky bean

Bovny - i have been into Holland and Barrett at the start of the month and i have bough shed loads of supplements, a friend that got pregnant recommended some, i am taking Busy bees vitamin b complex, Selenium, L'arginine,Vitamin D, CoEnzyme Q10, Evening Primrose oil and pregnancare conception, i am so hoping all of these vitamins help me, i am physically rattling in the morning after all that

Purdey and Pulpi really sorry for your Chemical pregnancy , hope you are taking care of yourselves

Sparkly123 · 23/01/2015 20:59

purdey what are your thoughts on that three month thing?
Ps I could ask my husband to do doublers on the samples if you want and send it over free of charge. No make prossies needed?! Wink

PurdeyBirdie · 23/01/2015 20:37

How many tots you got, MrsE?

PurdeyBirdie · 23/01/2015 20:37

Hey! Where's the lovely emma? And where's the jammy get lady who holidayed in Jamaica?

MrsExtraOrdinary · 23/01/2015 20:35

Thankyou missmrs! Smile I'm getting excited about pink things now as it will be 15 years between my girls with an awful lot of boys in between Wink

MissMrsMummy · 23/01/2015 20:33

Thank you mumwannabe - I'll be watching for a drop in the next couple of days then! X

loopylou1984 · 23/01/2015 20:26

I just had to ask dh to explain the gladiator joke ??

PurdeyBirdie · 23/01/2015 20:23

Sorry for potty mouth.

PurdeyBirdie · 23/01/2015 20:22

Mum, thanks for that. I don't know if I feel better or worse for knowing 22 utter jammy twats ladies got their bfps.

Bovney, I had to hold two fingers up whilst watching Gladiator and frowning deeply for about six minutes before I got that joke. I do, however, have a teeny baby and therefore have been poleaxed in the intellect department.

Oh, and Bovril, did you know ewcm is notoriously absent for all us Clomid Crew? I would just use Pre-seed if I were you.

Sparkly123 · 23/01/2015 20:20

Great news mum well deserved!! I hope I don't have to start from scratch again with my months.. I got my BFP cycle 4 there before I mc, hoping for a quickie next time not to sound impatient!! But I know it will happen when it happens.

Bovny we used preseed too but I now have concieve plus. Don't know which is best or if I should re order preseed instead.

Mrsextraordinary fantastic news thanks for letting us all know how exciting a gorgeous baby girl on route!!!! Sorry to hear you haven't been very well, bet that scan made it all worthwhile x Flowers

PurdeyBirdie · 23/01/2015 20:15

Catwoman, I can't touch alcohol. However, I may shoot up with some smack

Bovny, that is a canny concoction and not ott in the slightest. Co-enzyme Q10 is a must-have and I am reading more and more about the benefits of maca (the root, not the Beatle). What is EPO? Clomid is not of nutritional benfit at all, it is simply a drug that shuts down the production of LH and then artificially ramps up ovulation. The supps in your list have proven benefits in terms of regulating amino or fatty acids, the pituitary gland and various vitamin deficiencies. If I could afford it I would buy all of the above and pay for male prostitutes to come and fill me with spunk spermz on CD 13, 15, 16, 17 and early morning 18.

Marmite27 · 23/01/2015 20:15

I have a jar of soy isoflavones in my wardrobe, if DH sees them he will really think I've gone obsessed.

I'm on CD6. My temp was a very slight drop this morning, which looks fricking huge on my FF chart. But I'd been awake about 10minutes before the alarm can that make a difference? mild cramping still in evidence.

Yay for staying put on this bus :)

Mumwannabe82 · 23/01/2015 20:15

Thanks catlady87 Grin Grin Grin

Mumwannabe82 · 23/01/2015 20:13

hi perdey I counted 22 BFPS and 25 afs this month so far so not much in it at all Smile

Mumwannabe82 · 23/01/2015 20:11

hi Sammylou Smile my temp dip was at 7dpo but it was still way above cover line, that was possibly because my temps post ov were much higher than normal xx
sparkly, I'm 32 and first time ttc, it's took 10 cycles to get here which is about 8 months due to the old shorter cycle Smile

Bovnydazzler · 23/01/2015 20:07

sparky you're probably right, maybe I'll just stick to EPO as a new thing as I know EWCM seems to be an issue (I did use preseed last cycle).

Friday night wine talk...
A Roman walked into a bar and stuck up two fingers. "5 beers please."

catlady87 · 23/01/2015 20:07

I'm a newbie but congratulations that is lovely news. Wishing you a healthy and happy rest of pregnancy xx

MrsExtraOrdinary · 23/01/2015 20:05

Hello everyone! Looks like it's been quite a cracker of a month for bfps. Wishing the rest of you lots of luck. Not recognising so many of the names any more, but on the stats list I can see some old timers still lurking, so especially good luck to you.

I had my 20 week scan yesterday and although ive been quite poorly, ive somehow managed to grow a little girl! Was a bit of a fluke! Wink??

MissMrsMummy · 23/01/2015 20:01

What a roller coaster of a day on here... Thanks for AFs and bfns. Congrats to lucky!

I need a slap. I am stupidly feeling really excited and positive about this cycle, as if it's 'the one' and I will surely be disappointed. Cd4 today.

Bovny wow that's a lot of supplements. Unfortunately I have absolutely no knowledge on all of them!! Sorry!! Maybe all at once may be a bit much?!? Really really hope round three is lucky for you!!!!!!

Sparkly123 · 23/01/2015 19:55

Urgh purdey bugger. How does that even happen!!! So annoying. Away get a bit of that cake I spent hours slaving over and collect your thoughts! Ha ha Cake Cake Cake

Bovnydazzler · 23/01/2015 19:54

I reckon to buy all of those will be about £50, but considering that any treatment after clomid will be self funded as I've got a DS already, I'm thinking that's not much to pay!
