Rainy- I heard about Maca Root from Purdey ( I can't find her great info on it now though but hopefully she'll update us again.. )
From what I hear its another great supplement to take

Purdey I'm on number6. But I started young and it was much easier in my early 20s. I had 4dc with my first hb, then 3 mcs, then ttc 20 mts post mc and finally had our first Ds with new hb, then was on the buses for 10 mts ttc number6. I'm sure the company, inspiration from others, top tips, laughs and stories helped me along the way. I was on my 2nd cycle of soy isoflavones too this time. But was also taking vitamin d and calcium complex and magnesium. Both Dh and I were taking them and dh took extra zinc. We were hoping to girl sway the stats. Tbh I really wouldn't care now if we were having a boy ive been so Poorly, such a relief all was ok. But also knew I was vit d deficient.

Love stalking reading the Jan bus and watching all the BFPs you girls have had!! I can confirm the Feb bus doesn't smell of wee (I'm sure someone cleaned it after last years POAs!) and is quite nice - if not a little quiet. And it's my first bus

purdey ha ha ha a dinosaur!! Indeed! She is! Ok . That's the good vibes I need to hear!!! Mentally I feel This is the way to move forward, if I don't have a plan and do something to progress forward then I'll focus too much on what might have been.. Which isn't healthy either!!!

Spinning Mmm my local epu just said it may be infection and to go to gp.. Which I did. Today. And she tested my urine but no infection. I've been having cramping pain around ovary area and around abdomen all throughout and thought it was easing but then tonight have same quite sharp pains in ovary area and around hip.. Feel I'll just need to put up with it as none of the doctors seem very bothered about it.

purdey I'm the lady who was in Jamaica, back home now :-)
Due on on Thursday and got sore nipples.. but trying not to get my hopes up!

What does Maca root do?

Blue - i have been taking 30 mg, mine is from Holland and Barrett it does say on the bottle you can take 2 x 30mg a day but I'm just sticking to one a day

Interesting reading on the Q10 supplements. What dosage is recommended ?

Sparkly, I don't think I had any pain after the bleeding but my mc was over a year ago so I might not remember. If you have pain or are concerned then I would speak to the doctor. A lovely midwife phoned me from the epu to tell me my blood results and that I was miscarrying. She was so kind. Maybe if you're doc isn't very good you could try and speak to epu or a nurse at docs surgery.

sparkly, your doctor is a dinosaur (a Dicklodocus) and knows not of what he speaks. Women get pregnant immediately after miscarriage; they fall pregnant first cycle after giving birth; they get straight back in the saddle after reproductive surgery. The 3-month sabbatical is supposed to give you emotional respite in case the devastation of mc has left mental scarring. You should go with your heart

Aww spinning thank you so much for that.. Ok so conceive plus is good to go then. I have a little preseed left. They said u was 4+3 so I hope mine goes back to normal quick too.. Did you have pain even after bleeding stopped if you don't mind me asking? Sorry you and your dp had to go through that, it's such an emotional roller coaster. Hope you are ok xx

Sparkly - i am waiting to ovulate, cd10 at the moment, think the concoction is going to make me ovulate later than normal, had a bit of spotting last month but was only on a small dose of b complex , this month I'm using the high strength to see what happens,
I think you know your own body and if you want to try straight away then go for it, I am on the Feb bus but still feel i like to come back and speak to you all

Spinning - Q10 promotes blood flow to the ovaries, creates great quality eggs (especially age-related egg-decline), helps prevent miscarriage (so take throughout pregnancy).

Sparkly, pre-seed and conceive plus are both recommended when ttc so either is fine. I've used both but got pre-seed at the moment. Regarding ttc again, you must do what you feel is right. We left it a month but only because dp was so upset he wasn't sure if he could go through it again and didn't like seeing me so upset. There isn't any reason why you can't start right away. I had my early mc at 5+6 and my cycle returned to normal straight away, I really hope this is the case for you

Aww Rainy I had wondered where you were!! We won't quite be cycle buddies anymore! So you are on feb bus?? I should really be there! I must make a move... Thanks for kind words but really I'm probably just rushing along here trying to forget.. I don't know. I just desperately want this so much. People keep saying I should let my body recover and at least have a cycle before trying again but I'm just being lead by my heart I think
How are you? What's the state of play just now? There some concoction you have there!! So so hope it works for you!! Do you recommend we all bite the bullet and jump over to the feb bus?!
