Thought I'd set this up as 'take 3' is nearly full! Come on board and mark your places!

Aww, thanks for being nice about the Clomid (Nomio, Nomio..wherefore art thou, Nomio?) I am definitely not allowed to double dose today, so I am simply going to have to take it CD3-7 instead of CD2-6 It's rather exciting taking my life into my hands Grin

Shiny, listen, the madness of the 2ww is really beginning to send me batty. Would you believe that, this cycle, I got a bfn at 11dpo, my temps plummeted from the same day onwards and yet...still I wondered, as the alien string of blood slimed out of my vagina, whether it was coming from the piles in my arse instead and maybe I really was pregnant....and this is over three years TTC and knowing full well that bloating, wrecking ball tits and weird taste in mouth means absolutely not preggers! Hmm

catlady87 · 25/01/2015 16:04

2 days before AF due and I have a LOT of creamy CM (sorry). Feel like I've peed my knickers (sorry). Am I being mad? Yes probably...

PurdeyBirdie · 25/01/2015 16:00

Sammy, here are my pregnancy charts (Jan 2012 ended with mmc at twelve weeks; June 2013 was my successful IVF). I will leave it up to you to decide if that is a sneaky little implantation dip on the 2012 chart...Wink

Good luck with that, Catt. I tell myself that every month!

catlady87 · 25/01/2015 13:18

Thanks MrsMummy - I'm sending myself a bit mad this cycle with symptom spotting. Finding it really hard to distinguish what's new/different and what's usual PMS. If this cycle isn't the one, next month I'm really going to try and relax... She says...

Nomio230 · 25/01/2015 13:03

A go, not ago!

Nomio230 · 25/01/2015 13:02

I have tried half heartedly doing the visualisation thing, but might give it more of ago.

Purdey, I wouldn't worry. As Bovyn said, lots of people take it days 3-7 or even 5-9. I am sure you will still ov.

I am amazed that I A-remembered to bring mine with me & B-remembered to take it last night. (Babysitting all weekend & very tired!)

MissMrsMummy · 25/01/2015 12:56

I'll give it a go sparkly yes I'm sure not everyone would believe in it!
catlady sounds good! hope AF stays away!

Hey everyone. Sorry to all of those who are disappointed today. I really feel weird - cramps and sore back, but this morning I had to tell DH that his porridge smelt of Bovril. Yeah. Very odd. I still think AF is going to appear. Keep you all updated xxx

Sparkly123 · 25/01/2015 11:23

Missmrs some may disagree, it's just whatever works for you I think. I did it all- the whole process including the positive test etc! I totally channelled my thoughts down that route of positivity. I'm hoping to do the same this cycle, it can't hurt!

MissMrsMummy · 25/01/2015 11:19

Thank you sparkly that is very encouraging! I will definitely try it then! Hope you are ok x

Purdey can't help with clomid but just to say fingers crossed, hope it's totally fine!Cake

Dojo hope you feel better soon from the rubbish cold!!

Sorry for bfn babs it's all about the February bus!! BFPs all round!

Missmrsmummy I have no idea whether this helped or not or whether I even believe it could but I did tonnes of visualisation last cycle when u got my BFP. Tonnes!! Even when doing AI itself I was visualising! I think it can't do any harm as it's puts you in a positive mindset anyway and that's a good thing. Id go for it. To me, although it sets you up for a fall if it doesn't happen each month.. You are going to have that fall anyway and it really enhances your positivity doing it. Grin

dojo123 · 25/01/2015 10:31

shiny thanks, no I haven't been exercise recently, can barely breathe with this cold. However I think you're right about possibly getting a bit hot and sweaty in that area.
I have spent most of this week in lovely cotton pjs under a duvet feeling sorry for myself. Yesterday I felt a bit better so decided to put jeans on but still proceeded to sit on the sofa with a blanket when I felt shattered in the afternoon. DH also lit a lovely fire so I was warm and cosy. I think that all combined I got too hot a bit too sweaty in the nether regions and by body has decided to tell me not to do that again by giving me a rash, not so dissimilar to nappy rash I suppose!
Anyway I have decided I am going to waft around in a long skirt today to make sure I keep the area cool. fX that sorts it! ShockWink

Bovnydazzler · 25/01/2015 10:29

purdey I wouldn't worry, it's not like you have missed one its just a different start date. Loads of people are told to use it 3-7 instead of 2-6 anyway.

spinning sorry for AF, and babs sorry for BFN.
I'm still waiting on AF but sure it will come today/tomorrow. I was half expecting it yesterday as 1st clomid cycle I had a 12 day luteal phase, although cycle before (non clomid) I think I had a 16 day luteal phase (although not sure I ovulated!) so it could come any time in next 3 days. I got a really early positive I think with my DS so Defo trusting the BFN for my own sanity!

MissMrsMummy · 25/01/2015 10:09

Sounds good marmite! Roll on Friday!

babsbunny · 25/01/2015 10:01

Marmite, hope u get your bfp, sounds like you are having lots of good symptoms.

babsbunny · 25/01/2015 09:57

Cycle one. Shouldn't be too cheesed off. Onwards.

Marmite27 · 25/01/2015 09:47

Sorry Babs :(

My appetite has really disappeared I had told DH I wasn't hungry last night, and I'm still not this morning. I'm eating because I know I need to. I also have heart burn this morning.

I need it to be Friday so I can test!

MissMrsMummy · 25/01/2015 09:45

babs really sorry for your bfn and spinning for AF Sad

sammy there is not always a temp dip for implantation/you may not have implanted yet

shiny yes I know exactly what you mean!

Does anyone practise/believe in positive visualisation? It has worked for me before so I'm wondering if I imagine telling people I'm pg it wil actually have an influence? clutching at straws

Thanks Purdey Smile

mustbemad71 · 25/01/2015 09:43

Spinning and Purdey no idea when I ovulated as not been testing or temping - just bonking! Purdey, hoping being late with the Clomid doesn't make any difference - surely a few hours can't matter?

Sorry to hear about the BFNs/AF. I'm on manic pant watch now. Going to do another test tomorrow or Tuesday and hope for a darker line.

shinysparklythings · 25/01/2015 09:11

dojo have you been doing anything physical? I had that earlier in the year when I had been doing tons of cycling and the are was getting hot and sweaty and it was that. I was told to use canes ten on it? Might get the same problem if you are making loads of cm?.

Sorry that af has arrived babs at least it has and its onto the next cycle rather than limbo.

Congrats mustbemad!!

I have started spotting today so hopefully it's af showing up a few days early. Does anyone else almost feel relief when af arrives and that tww limbo finishes?. The roller coaster of emotions I have felt this month is bonkers and this is only cycle#1 I tip my hat to those of you have been trying a while and hope that you get your bfp's very soon.

dojo123 · 25/01/2015 08:55

purdey I too know nothing about Clomid so sorry unable to help you there. There isn't anything in the packaging that advises you if you missed a dose. Does that mean you might double dose today (this morning and this evening?)

PurdeyBirdie · 25/01/2015 08:54

Sammylou, just recharging the battery on my camera and then I'll post photos.

Dojo, can't help with the rash but the blue veins are promising, although swollen boobs or tender nips are more than usually attributed to progesterone levels in the 2ww (as is increased appetite, zits and fatigue).

babsbunny · 25/01/2015 08:46

Thanks girls. Pretty disappointed. But now off to do some serious work out in an effort to try to find af. Why would the cow choose this month to do a bunk? Super regular to 25/26 days usually.

Purdey, I can't answer 're Clomid. But if you've taken it straight away this morn, it can't be too bad surely? Ps I'm clueless sorry.
