So 8dpo and had a huge temp drop this morning (not below cover line but roughly .4 degree drop) BUT took it an hour late and after a few sentences of conversation with DH - should I discard? Xx

BabyBumpHopeful · 26/01/2015 00:43

..someone tell me this is what "morning" sickness feels like so at least I have something to hope for.

It's late at night here and I have this feeling right below my ribcage, like indigestion. I'm burping occasionally and I just generally feel unwell. It's like I'm hungry but I just ate soup and 2 sandwiches about an hour ago. It's been like this a couple of days.

I'm going to have to see a doc soon if this nausea doesn't go away and I'm still getting neg HPT's...

Sparkly123 · 25/01/2015 23:40

Baby, interesting about the cervix dropping down when pregnancy occurs. I wonder how early this happens? 2ww?

PurdeyBirdie · 25/01/2015 22:13

*wouldn't!

PurdeyBirdie · 25/01/2015 22:12

Victoria, I would talk to the Queen about my alien slime trail of menses but I'd probably regale Harry with it. The problem is I do tend to overshare and I am a tad infantile with a smidgeon of bonkers thrown in. I wouldn't want to make anyone ill though Envy Grin

Baby, oooh! a link! Thank you so much.

butterflygirl1515 · 25/01/2015 21:55

Hi Teacher,

The pains are sharp twinges in both my overies and period cramps but much stronger than I usually get before my period and have lasted 6 days so far which is much longer than I usually get them so that made me get checked out at the doctors.

Speaking to new mums at work one said she has no symptoms before finding out she was pregnant and another said it felt like her period was coming on. My mum said she felt like she had the flu for the first 3 months of mine and my sisters pregnancies so it seems everyone is different.

Homeboddy49 · 25/01/2015 21:27

Still here!!
Af due tomorrow but it will be late as I've been so poorly this month.

Not entirely sure but my guess is 10/11 dpo
No symptoms whatsoever of af or anything else Shock

Congratulations butterfly

loopylou1984 · 25/01/2015 21:16

Thank you Purdey for posting your charts.... My laptop won't work and I can't see them on my app so will have to look later! Xx

teacher1984 · 25/01/2015 21:15

Butterfly - what pains have you been having? As this is what I'm experiencing now (haven't tested yet). Pains have been 2-3 days so far, due in 4 days, never get lower abdominal pain prior to AF. The doctor said some people experience this in early pregnancy??

BabyBumpHopeful · 25/01/2015 21:11

Purdey Here's one of the links: www.conceiveeasy.com/get-pregnant/what-does-cervical-mucus-look-like-when-first-pregnant/

butterflygirl1515 · 25/01/2015 21:07

Thanks ladies.

This is what Ive read online about yellow discharge after conception -
"- During the 1st week after conception vaginal discharge may change, which is associated with the physical transformations in your organism, caused by the hormonal reorganization. Many women note, that the amount of cervical secretions increase after conception. Such discharge may be whitish or yellowish in color."

Again best of luck to everyone who is TTC. x

victoria401 · 25/01/2015 21:03

Congrats butterfly!

purdey I LOVE the way you are so graphic! I would love to talk like that in real life but its just not socially acceptable, I talk to dh like that tho, he just raises his eyebrows at me....

MarysPrayer · 25/01/2015 20:51

Thanks for the info. I'm 37 too so it's great to read your stats. Smile

I'm on 13dpo and still testing negative, but full of imagined? symptoms. I didn't have any probs conceiving dd so maybe it's just not my month.

Congrats again and all the best for the next 9 months!

PurdeyBirdie · 25/01/2015 20:45

I'd love to know what yellowish cm is all about; a few people have reported that, no?

tessiegirl · 25/01/2015 20:44

Massive congrats butterfly!

catlady87 · 25/01/2015 20:43

teacher1984 · 25/01/2015 20:41

Congratulations butterfly!!! And thanks for all the info x

PurdeyBirdie · 25/01/2015 20:40

Oh, Baby, yes, that makes total sense that the vagina would flush out perilous fluids to protect the embryo early on. Thanks for sharing your readings, I love learning new stuff about this game after all this time (plus it gives me renewed hope when the floodgates open in the 2ww!)

Oooh, Butterfly! You jammy bugger..first time! And you're no spring chicken either! What a great poster girl for the late-thirties Smile

Sparkly123 · 25/01/2015 20:34
