Bfn clearblue digital day before period...

I usually spot about 2-3 days before my period starts. Period is due tomorrow. No spotting. Bfn on pregnancy test taken this morning (but not first thing..). We are ttc number 2... I thought I was out after the negative digital test but with the no spotting it's keeping me on tenterhooks! I'm also on holiday at the moment and not sure if I should be drinking or not (not held back but not gone crazy...) what should I do? Test in a couple of days if no period? I figured a negative on the day before your period meant you are definitely out though? Sorry, really overthinking things....

Phew glad I'm not alone in the few symptoms! Were you the same with dd?it still hasn't really sunk in for me yet.don't like wishing my life away but want 4 weeks to fly by for booking appt then goodness knows when scan would be!

You will be fine skiing alien, baby still small and tucked away then, but take it easy and lots of hot choc breaks, no speed demoning! ;)

I feel pretty symptomless too, weeing quite a bit but maybe that's all the water I'm drinking, feel a little tired -but I do most days anyway!!

Yes I'll be 10 weeks! My last one was at 8 weeks. Hoping I'll be ok skiing , did it last time 8 weeks pregnant but tiny bit worries especially as I spend most of my time on my butt haha.
It's so so dragging for me also I can't seem to do up my jeans now- how?!
How r u? I have no symptoms still x

Have you got your booking appointment already? I've just been to docs to send off self referral form. I remember last time it was about 8 weeks? It seems like an AGE until scan at 12 weeks doesn't it?! Am hoping life being more hectic with the DDs this time round will mean it goes quicker for us!

Yes I agree! Although I told my first person today a very close friend who knows all about us ttc . She guessed as soon as she saw me!
My booking appt is sooo long away. I had my last one at home and onto just remembered that. I'm going to ask them if there is any chance they could do it at my home as much easier with dd as she can play in her playroom! Fingers crossed they could do that for me..

Thanks frusso! Alien - That's great you had so many scans last time, must have been so reassuring. I had an extra one at 31 weeks too, not sure if I will this time. I work full time so not sure how will bluff the time off, hoping its on a Wednesday when I work from home as will be easier!! Will have to do that for booking in appointment and scan, sigh - so much easier after 12 weeks when you can tell people!

poppy I'm the same it hasn't sunk in and worried more this time - how odd! With dd we were part of a trial at the local hospital ( living in different county now) and we had scans @12, 24,28, 32 and 36 weeks . She has a whole book of scans as had about 25 photos in total!
No reassurance scan will be happening here what will be will be. Just hoping the scan will be when dd is in pre school as I know lots of places don't let children in. The good thing is I've just heard from her pre school that she'll get first dips for pre school sessions from sept so we ll be choosing them soon Smile

Ps I think your DD at 4 will love having a brother or sister and helping out! My DD will have turned 2 in the August so god knows what she will be like!

Morning alien! Glad you saw doc in the end and got edd Grin how exciting. My edd looks like 30 sept. Going to pop into my docs tomorrow, apparently I can just fill in a self referral form to the midwives at the hospital. Really hope there are real babies in there yes! Trying to ward off desire to have a private reassurance scan in a few weeks...still doesn't feel real though, 5 weeks tomorrow, sounds so early! Still terrified something will go wrong Confused like you said I seem more nervous this time round!

Wooo poppy my Digi said 2-3 this morning too :-) what's your edd?
Had a good chat with hd about how to approach no.2 arriving. We are going to do a lot of things differently! For a start he's going to sleep elsewhere in the house so that I can relax and not worry about baby waking him when he gets up early for work. And he ll be more refreshed.
Eeeek it's scary and so exciting! How I'm going to look after 2 I don't know! Thankfully dd will be 4 so will be a great little helper :-)
Roll on 12 week scan to see if there is a little bean there

Yes finally seen 40 mins late! Lovely doc,5 min appt. edd 25.9/15 dd 28/9/11!

Feeling odd as scared of all the hard work! First time around never knew it existed haha.
We want this sibling for our DD just feels different as know our life will be on hold for few years again.

Oh no alien! Hope you have been seen now? Don't worry about the pan fumes, I'm sure they haven't harmed baby alien. I walk to work in central London everyday and probably do far more harm!

I hate doctors! My appointment was half an hr ago... We walked here as a family and dd went to library with DH now they re about to walk home for dinner and I'm still waiting . Booo! Really worried about the plastic fumes- am I just being stupid?!

That's great poppy Smile I'm okish , I burnt saucepan lid this afternoon and the inhaled plastic fumes are worrying me.... Have docs later. Done couple more cheap tests & still positive

Did another digi at lunch at work today (I know I was supposed to wait till tomorrow morning but there were 2 in the pack and I am impatient!) and it came up with pregnant 2-3, so feeling a bit less anxious about things.

How are you alien?

poppy my period was due same day as yours and Digi said the same. I wouldn't worry at all. Have you got the 2 pack? I'm going to do another next week if still no sign of AF or anything else

Just did a digi and positive but said only 1-2 weeks, I was expecting 2-3 as period due last weds...very worried now Hmm anyone else had this experience and it been ok?i did it middle of the day but shouldn't make a difference?

Worrying more about this one than dd. Will call docs tomorrow and see what they say re appts . Funny as saw doc last week and she said to come back in two months for tests to see why not conceiving!
