Hi ladies, sorry didn't catch up yest, crazy busy before I go away!

One-welcome! It's a great place This board (sorry that you are and for your losses) but you are amongst a bunch of like minded/experienced ladies who know just what you are going through! With similar SILS it seems!

Trying-nuts about AF early and most of all sorry you are seeing her ugly face I was so positive for you!! Looking back through my cycles the ones I had that were a load shorter were timed exactly round super stressful times (just before my wedding was a 24 dayer, had major stress with an event I was doing, 26 dayer and I was generally 32 dayer!) of course being ill will do crazy things to your cycle...on the plus side you are closer to another ov although that's no consolation.

Sunny I agree it's too difficult to know what to as so much contradictory info. Dh and I took the view that we would do what our expert advised for as long as we could so when/if it wasn't working we could go back and say so...what next we are doing as we are told kind of thing!

Hope/trying - decided not to have scan before I go away (unless anything bad happens before then). Checked with Louise and that's fine. I am trying to be a bit philosophical/relaxed about it all (basically digging head in sand). Plus I am so busy trying to get everything done before I go it's more anxiety on top of too much anxiety I already have!! Hardly sleeping which isn't good! The scan won't change anything, the EPU or Dr S can't do anything if it going to happen it will happen so I am travelling prepped for every eventuality!!

Hopefully u will have ur DH results by then?
I asked him about the asprin when I first met him, he strongly believes it doesn't interfere with getting
Preg. Who knows! Prob him better than us but I couldn't help but feel paranoid!

I was saying same thing to my DH! A lot of women have said asprin caused problems, seeing as u have followed the plan perfectly maybe omit that one step?
Next month I'm doing the pred as prescribed and being a good patient . After that I have no idea what I'll Do!

My early Period not taken them in 3
Months! I am going to take them again next month though and keep everything crossed!

Yep, bmi can def have an impact. Ur doing ww anyways and had lost some weight. Just keep going. I suppose that's one thing u have in ur control so that's empowering.

Glad u enjoyed the acu dildoos. And yes loads of people have found it helps! I think hope did it a lot the month she got preg. It never did anything for me but Im still going with it! As it does relax me.

Thanks hope, yeah I'm quite sure it was the flu and also I think a few days here or there don't mean much. I just prefer them being perfectly timed! But it does mean ovulation falls over a weeks now whoop-much better than the week after work etc.

Really sorry to hear that trying but try not to worry about cycle length. I had always been 28 days but started going from 24 to 32 in the months before I got pregnant. Think lots of things can send it off - you are probably right about the flu. Now you can get ready to go a little earlier than you expected this month.
determined I agree with trying on the scan. It kind of depends how you feel about these things. Six weeks is a hard time for a scan because you might or might not see a heartbeat. I'd either go right away when you know you won't see one (but might still be reassuring) or when you are back from hols when you know there should definitely be a heartbeat. How are you feeling today?

Tried first acupuncture today, was really relaxing and have booked as recommended weekly for next 6 weeks. Hoping it will form a miracle.

I came back to the thread before because we were just having a conversation about getting more vitamins tomorrow. I then googled my consultant. He is on Facebook and lists his email address. I can't believe I just googled him and found loads of information,he seems really knowledgeable.

I'm so sorry onefoot. It's so hard. Come join us with the crappy sil-we all have them! I've recently just had a big whine about mine on here.

It's a really tough road and so sad, but time will heal it a little. It generally carries a good prognosis so hopefully it will work out in end. Only a few consultants do nk testing, we are under mr shehata here. Dr quenby in conventry is another choice if that's a route u want to go down. (It's controversial but seems to explain a lot of womens problems).

I only started trying after being married for 3 years, (now married 4.5) we were enjoying travelling and being married and generally hanging out together! for me I wanted to wait till I had a few years with DH and I had finished all my awful exams. This meant I was at the end of being 28, which I thought pretty young but turns out I'm 30 and nowhere closer! I started trying when none of my friends had babies and now they all do/are preg at least.
What can u do, just got To keep going and hope it works out (first hurdle getting preg!)

Thanks for advice re questions.

I live on the Wirral so I am going to start of at the local nhs fertility unit. The consultant I am seeing also does work at the local private hospital as I have already looked into going private so I am going to give it two months to see what happens.

I am just on my first period and feeling really crap ,I have had a hard and emotional Christmas.my last mc wasn't very pleasant as I was in hospital overnight as some of something was stuck in the neck of my cervix and I had to have surgery,it was horrible,this also meant telling close but not that close family as we needed help with ds. My sil isn't very nice and said we had to have a toast as she had an announcement to make and I had to leave the room,it turned out it wasn't that she was pregnant just some drivel but I just feel she was doing it to upset me, I feel like my dh doesn't understand why it upset me or am I being dramatic.if I see something in the news about children I cry.

I actually don't really feel like I have started to deal with it emotionally ye,I'm also scared to as well. I feel if I start crying I won't stop and that won't be fair to my ds.

Trying, sorry your feeling so rough! Too much thinking time is never good for our souls. What a shocking time you have with people not thinking about what thy say? They should think hmm it's been 5 years there may be a reason and that I should shut my mouth! Grrrrrrr I feel or you.

Sorry about the stupid comments you keep getting, if people had any brains they might stop and think maybe there is a private reason and asking could be really insenstive. Welcome onefoot - so sorry about your losses sounds like you ve had a terrible time. Which rmc are you going to ? I would def make sure that they will check for immune issues as rm after a live birth is classic for that but not all places will check.
