What were your signs if a chemical pregnancy?? It miscarriage... I'm just not convinced that my period was just late, you know? :( feeling rotten this evening :( x

Hoping I can join you all. All reason and rationale have escaped me this cycle. 2nd month ttc, cp on first cycle. Waited two cycles to try again. Currently 7dpo and used opks, also tried the smep. Feeling nautious for two days but only in the morning and tingly boobs.

Congrats to the bfps on this thread and sorry about the bfns. Hate this tww business. Ttc number 2.

Shockingly managed to get straight in to see doc this morning and other than not being impressed at my blood pressure she was very helpful in making me all excited again and there was me thinking I was going to get accused of time wasting....

I'm not brave enough to go over to the antenatal threads just yet (will wait a week) so hope you girls don't mind me grinning around on here for a while?

Awww Strawberry..... I have heard (just on the grapevine) that some UTIs can cause false negatives? I wonder whether deadly-stomach-disease-causing-excess-saliva can do the same?!

Ok just fished it out of the bin and it's just a plain bfn. Now thinking I must have some kind of deadly stomach disease causing me to suddenly have so much saliva, but Anyway roll on next month!

I havent tested since the 31st - BFN. But the last few days, ive had a slight temperature - 37.7 and the nausea has really ramped up. Crampy, dragging, tight feeling lower down for the last 48 hours too with some light brown discharge, but thats it... Gonna test after the weekend if no AF. :(

Thanks Strawberry! That's why I like cd digis to me it makes the BFP that much more lovely when it has a number next to it. (ok, I'm a bit of a geek like that)

I tested again this morn, pretty sure it was a bfn. Feel so silly but was seeing a colourless 2nd line, tried wiping it off to see what would happen (cheap test strip) and it disappeared!! Any thoughts on that strange and ridiculous occurance?

Well I have a BFP this morning! !! says 2-3 weeks on cb digi. Last month's only said 1-2, so I wonder if that gives me a better chance of making it through the next week....

Both months I've tested when AF 3 days late. She turned up one week late last month (4 days after my BFP) if I was being really paranoid I'd wonder whether that tiny bit of colour when I wiped this morning was spotting already, but that really would be paranoia wouldn't it?

I wonder what my chances of getting a docs appt today are? He did say to come straight in if I got another BFP. (although he didn't quite phrase it that way )

Some unpopular advice here :( If you can, try to avoid testing early.

I had so many 'positive' early results only for AF to arrive. Some times it's better not to 'know' :( We had been trying on / off for a year, 6 months consistently and I know the 2WW very well :(

I got a BFN 4 days before my period was due. I spent 4 days being really upset and thinking a BFP was never going to happen for me. That was 20 weeks ago now :) I used to read posts that this and think 'oh well that's great, but please do off dear!' but truly the best advice I've read on here has been to not get your hopes up, enjoy the time with your partner and stop testing early. Just take your time and go easy on yourself if you get a BFN, especially at this time of year x

Bfn on New Year's Day that's 5 days before af. Know it's not over yet, have weird potential symptom of saliva overload in mouth, as well as headaches - but hard to have any kind of hope in the face of bfn.

hmmm I can't count (dodgy brain is meant to be a symptoms isn't it?).... cd30 not 29...

cd29, still no AF.... still no symptoms either though. I suppose expecting AF to be normal after last month's cp would be expecting too much anyway wouldn't it?

So confusing! If I did ovulate later, I'm definitely not pregnant as husband was away...

Even my sister thought I was...! I am having the exact same symptoms she had - couldn't even face a dominoes last night - made me feel queasy!
I reckon I ovulated late and this is just a long cycle for me :(

If no AF by then (due today) I will be POAS on Friday. Not really any symptoms here though so not holding my breath just yet

Mrs g if I had your symptoms with the wine and everything, I would think I was pregnant. Do you know when af is due?

I'm planning to poas on New Year's Eve, that will still be really early though, 6 days before af, so there's prob no point. Still in 2 minds about symptoms, nausea has subsided, but having a bit of trouble sleeping, which is very unlike me, has anyone else had that?

1strawberry I came off everything in August to try and combat my endometriosis symptoms - it worked, but I now live in permanent "am i pregnant?" fear haha
Not really sure what we want.. its like a "errr, do we dont we, good god what are we doing" kind of situation.
and YES!! I had a glass the other day and felt completely obliterated then slept for 12 hours...

Purplelilly it all sounds so complicated and difficult to know what to do! I hope you can resolve the dilemma in a way that makes you happy.. Sorry about af loopy . Mrs g I think your symptoms sound pretty promising! Or are you not ttc at the mo and that's why you're doing pulling out

I actually have had some proper and not imaginary bouts of nausea. On the other hand, I've been drinking wine with no unusual effects, and with last 2 pregnancies, at this stage, a couple of glasses of wine had quite dramatic consequences - I felt like someone who had downed a bottle all in one - so in 2 minds, finding it quite torturous. What is the earliest you ladies would dare to poas??

Hello ladies.. Hope you are all coming down from the Christmas excitement...
Not entirely sure what my cycles are up to.. had unprotected (kind of - pulled out last minute and/or put a condom on last minute) over a week long period where i should have ovulated. Should have been due any time in the last week - but nothing happening.
Boobs still so tender, heavy and veiny - had to take my pens out my top pocket as they rubbing on my nipple and were so sore.
Been having waves of nausea for about a week now.
SO bloated someone actually asked me if I was today!
Still having vivid, vivid dreams and sleeping ALOT.
Also... some barely there spotting this morning and slight cramp on the left hand side.

But thats it.

Bowels before AF are usually constipated and I cramp for a few days before, never have sore boobs... but bowels are working fine, slight cramp ths morning then nothing and tender tender boobs!
Driving me mad.

I agree, what a complete arse for you Loopy! I have PMTish cramps today so I expect I'll see you on here when we're back in a couple of weeks time. Although I did think that a week before last months BFP too (I'm trying my hardest not to get my hopes up unnecessarily).

Currently at ILs talking holiday photos while typing this so cross-talk is high risk I'd better get off and make the coffee before someone puts caffeine in mine again. SIL looked me in the eye and queried the decaf last night. Not sure she believed the high blood pressure story
