lucie your poor friend I couldnt imagine ever starting again and im 26. I was only single for 6 months after my previous partner and we were together for 5 years and engaged and it devastated me when he ran off with someone he worked with.
My dp now refuses to marry me which will always worry me but we've been together 6 years in may so I guess he loves me lol

Hopping aboard!

Oh dear, that sounds strange with af spinning. Hopefully you can get cracking on next month though without the soy.

9dpo... no symptoms so convinced I shall be out by the end of the week. nothing to do with the fact that i poas this morning after seeing broody's bfp and got an ebfn (extra-big-fat-negative)

angelaham · 09/11/2014 13:50

Sorry to hear AF has got you spinning, think the best thing to do is stop the soy and give your body a break from it, maybe continue with any conception its that you might be taking as just go from there, i know its been a really short cycle which means you get to have another go shortly, put your feet up and indulge in something naughty, and be cosy on the sofa, my cycles have been all over place each month, i am trying vitamin b complex to see if that helps in any way, il keep you posted and that could be another route too x

MrsExtraOrdinary · 09/11/2014 13:37

Gosh spinning 17 days? That's crazy short. I agree completely throw the soy in the bin. I think if it was me I'd have a month off all extra sups. Just give your body a rest. The good news i guess at least it was 17 days and not 47 days and you'll soon be into the next cycle. Has soy done that to anyone else? I know a few were trying it? Confused

middles809 · 09/11/2014 13:36

I agree lucieloos! I was single for a very long time before I met my OH. Never thought I'd be in this position now. I'm actually very happy thinking that if we aren't fortunate enough to have kids and I had to share my life with one other person then I know it's him.

Hopefully we'l be parents soon though.

broodylicious · 09/11/2014 13:33

Oh spinning, so sorry to hear AF got you xx

A friend told me today that she has split up with the guy she has been seeing for a couple of years, she is nearly 38 and now having to start over which must be really hard as I know she would like children someday. It just made me realise how lucky I am. I remember going through the whole dating game for years and how hard it was but now I am happily married and have a lovely dh. Whilst all this ttc might be hard work it just reminded me of how lucky I am to be in a position to actually be ttc even if it doesn't happen straight away or we have to seek assistance, at least we are in a position to be doing something. Just sat here in the sun having a little moment and thought I would share lol.

Really sorry AF arrived spinning Hmm I really think that you did ovulate just really early this cycle which is why you missed the opk, it can happen apparently. If you look at your chart the second half is really similar to the one of your cycle before in that you have 2 dips (although this cycle they weren't as big as the cycle before) and then 3 days after your second dip af arrives. I definitely think give the soy a miss from now on. I am also finding that my cycle has settled a lot more this month since stopping the epo. My acupuncturist has recommended agnus castus/vitex which is meant to help balance cycles and hormones so that could be something to look into once things have settled down a bit ThanksThanks
