Cariad I know the feeling ive lost a lot of 'friends' because we havent got kids yet its just not fair! Its the main reason I havent told everyone were ttc (I only told my mum after we had been to first appointment with gyane doc) I just feel like a failure. I know its very hard but you have to try not let it consume you, depression is something ive been fighting a lot recently but it will not help while ttc. Ive been trying to take some time for myself recently and enjoy myself a bit.

Think Af is finally buggering off its been so easy this month only had one heavy day hopefully they stay that way or I get a BFP lol

Cariad do your friends know about the ectopic and TTC? They might not realise that you are upset if you haven't talked about it with them.

You're not a failure. It's just one of those things. You will get your family one day through whatever route and I'm sure it will be worth waiting for.

I'm packing for my sunny hols tomorrow - conceive plus and opk's are already in the suitcase! Lots of dtd next week for sure.

I don't think I've got any particularly convincing symptoms so far, although I was in bed really early last night and I'm usually a night owl. I suspect it was because of a busy week though!

Sorry ov is proving to be elusive Spinning - hope you get a positive opk very soon.

Got baby bombed last night by my best friend over dinner. I am utterly delighted for her, but the news was also tinged with sadness as her baby is due a day after the EDD for my ectopic. The news also means that DH and I are the only couple within my close group of friends who don't have kids/ aren't expecting. I've already noticed that we haven't been invited to gatherings involving our friends with children and I can only imagine this getting worse. Feel like a complete failure. It's as though everyone else has been granted access to this exclusive members only club, and DH and I have made it as far as the cloakroom twice before being denied entry.

Sorry for the me me me post. I'm going to try and be more positive - I promise.

Agree with frolic, those don't count as bfn's as it's far too early! . I simply can't keep any in the house or I'd get through about 3 a day! I need some sort of secure box to keep my new POAS in, with a Krypton Factor style puzzle required to open it!

On second thoughts, maybe not first thing in the mornings when I'm hopping about, desperate for a wee!

Morning all! 8dpo here... Cold easing off but still blocked nose. Was weird cos only felt actually unwell for one evening, have cold but feel fine! Just blocked up nose etc. symptom? trying I hold out testing il fri 14th when I will be 14dpp bit DH wants me to wait until Sunday which is day after af due. Don't think I can wait hat long though! Sorry for the bfns let's hope it is jut too early

BFN of course! I will be a good tooth and refrain from anymore poas action until at least Wednesday 13dpo!

Felt like a kid at Christmas waking up this morning haha! But alas a bfn from me, I'm only 9dpo so probably to early to tell even if it has happened. I think I will now try to wait until the 14th before I test again if AF hasn't arrived by then! Good luck tooth I hope you get better news!
