mamapon- sorry to hear about your granda,

Dozy - il keep you posted, if you get to the doctors can you keep me posted too as i think we have similar problems

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 05/11/2014 06:22

Mamapo so sorry about your grandfather. Would be lovely to carry on his name for one of your dc. Fx for BFP.

For those still with no AF and a BFN. Don't give up hope yet. With every pregnancy I have had my BFP between 4-7 days after my Afs been due.

We managed to dtd yesterday. Cd 20. AF due in 12 days. I'm hoping for a smiley on my cb ov stick this morning. DH is working away now so that's it for this month. He is back at the weekend and we have a fireworks party but it will be too late in my cycle by then. Grin

MaMaPo · 05/11/2014 04:00

Yes, I'd love use his name so I really would hope for a boy. I'm the youngest and none of my siblings used his name, and I think this will be our last child... but still. We will remember him regardless. It's not a name that can be used for a girl, unfortunately, and there are plenty of girls in my family!

Dozygirl · 05/11/2014 03:33

mamapo so sad to hear about your grandfather. What a lovely idea to continue his legacy with his name. Fx for a boy BFP for u!

Dozygirl · 05/11/2014 03:27

Thanks angelaham let me know how u get on. I think taking vit b6 may have made me ovulate late as well. Will make an appointment for docs tomorro and see if they'll let me have progesterone tests.

TerrysNo3 · 05/11/2014 00:31

I'm getting very excited at the moment as I am sure I can feel ovulation twinges on my right side, that's the good side!! I am Mrs PMA this month... Positive Mental Attitude!!! Grin

I love that there's a peeing party scheduled for Sunday.

Rubbish, rubbish time here. My darling beloved grandfather passed away yesterday and so life is now a whirlwind of trying to book flights back to NZ on Sunday for the funeral (I'm in Aus so not so far to fly), trying to wrangle how to take my toddler with me but leave DH at home, plus am hosting a big party thing this weekend that we can't really get out of which involves a whole lot of organisation and work, plus i have to work an extra day this week and I don't know when I am going to get a chance even to pack for NZ and... I'm just feeling rubbish. No idea what dpo I am - 7 or 8 maybe - and AF due on Sunday so I'm going to be a big mess. Plus it's our 5th wedding anniversary on Friday but we won't be able to stop for more than a moment to celebrate it.

Anyway. I will pull myself together, the next week will happen and I will make it through. I am now hoping and hoping that we conceive, and that it will be a boy (we already have a girl) because if we do he will have my grandfather's name as his middle name. In fact, I decided on this when I was pregnant with number 1 (didn't know whether boy or girl) and am now feeling regret that I didn't tell him that we would use his name.

Grief is a really fucked up thing. Sorry for bringing down the thread with completely unrelated stuff! I hope everyone else is having an OK time.

Boosk · 04/11/2014 22:14

And spinning, sorry I missed you. I thought you were a day ahead of me for some reason.

Looking forward to cheering you all on at the party on Sunday. Fx till then.

Sorry to those with bfns today Thanks Thanks

Boosk · 04/11/2014 22:11

Broody I had everything you described for the tww but sadly it was a no for me fx its a bfp for you

I really need to get bk on the exercise and healthy eating band wagon but im so wiped out at the mo!

Frolicacid · 04/11/2014 21:34

Giggles at cock alley lordy. I think way may all be living there at some point this month Grin

Cauliflower in a curry is fab spinning.

Glad you are feeling better toots. Fainting is horrible. I hope you are going to get yourself checked out after that?

I'm planning on throwing myself into lots of work and cooking as a distraction from my 2ww coffee. I went a bit crayzeee last cycle and don't want a repeat!

Sounds promising broody. Fx for you.

Thepurplegiraffe · 04/11/2014 21:31

Broody I had quite a few cramps this month, can't remember when they were but think some started quite early.

CoffeeOne · 04/11/2014 21:20

broody I had strong cramping around implantation in my first pregnancy, it felt very much like AF was arriving a week early. Not sure about sharp prods but anything that's unusual for you could be a good sign :)

broodylicious · 04/11/2014 21:16

Ladies, what do we think to implantation pain? Is there such a thing? I've had a fair few sharp prods in the ovary region today (4dpo), as well as heavy feeling, tender boobs and incredible fatigue and dizziness (so much so, I'm going to docs about the latter as I thought I was going to pass out in Pets At Home or, even worse, on the M1 back home Hmm).

CoffeeOne · 04/11/2014 21:12

Evening all. Doing a better job of distracting myself this month although at CD21 I'm waiting impatiently for my ovulation pains to tell me we're on track. Dtd every day for the past few days and probably until the weekend. After that I'm hoping to put my energy into something, anything else so I don't end up obsessing like last month!

spinningirl10 · 04/11/2014 21:06

Frolic, I like the idea of adding cauli to the curryGrin
Your new dinner sounds lovely, I shall have to google.
