I'm a newbie - TTC number 3, i'm CD27 today, BFN this morning. Been TTC for 3 months, have a DD and DS from previous relationship. New partner does not have children (yet!). I have PCOS and raised prolactin, day 21 tests showed progesterone as 3 (crap) next lot of tests due tomorrow. BFN was this morning with cheapy ebay tests. Not holding out much hope for November!

mrschatty · 06/11/2014 13:10

Hi ladies love reading all your posts havnt really got involved before! Ttc #1 since Dec last year decided to stop charting temping stalking etc this cycle currently cd#30 of 31 but tested this morning bfn! I'm not loosing hope until af comes though...suffering insomnia sore boobs and had very light spotting 10 and 11 dpo...xx

Boobear1983 · 06/11/2014 13:10

Just catching up...congrats ced, any news? Well AF is due for me but no show as yet. This is first month ttc so too scared to poas, not looking forward to the first bfn ??

Joey0805 · 06/11/2014 13:10

15 DPO, CD 33 and still no sign of AF. After 2 BFNs I'm not using to POAS again; might do it on Saturday but given the total lack of symptoms I'm not expecting anything other than another one.

Adore Frolicdog!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 06/11/2014 13:08

How rude a whole paragraph deleted!

taps foot and waits for all the late ovs, calling all eggs, come out come out wherever you are

MrsExtraOrdinary · 06/11/2014 13:01

Boo! How are you all getting on? Grin !!

Well I have just discovered I was nominated for an mn secret Santa! I'm really overwhelmed someone would do such a kind thing for little old me! I have my suspicions!!! Thanks Thankyou it really has made my day to know I've made someone smile enough to take the time. Grin

TerrysNo3 · 06/11/2014 12:16

Just save my chart as a bookmark! Grin

Aprilray · 06/11/2014 12:15

If my temps stay high for the next two days I will POAS on Saturday morning. Would probably wait a little longer but due to go out on Saturday night for a friend's birthday celebrations.

Ooh, great effort on the DTD front Terrys Smile

spinningirl10 · 06/11/2014 12:14

April fx for you Grin

Terry, haha I don't know how to stalk you!! I agree my temp is very high so maybe I've ov'd. Think maybe I should stop epo just incase! Cd10 would work out well with the dtdWink I didn't get any outward ewcm but thinking about it I was quite wet inside, iykwim!! And soy can make you drier. I don't check cervix, I know you explained it to me but I can't get to grips with it.
Your chart looks good. Fx for everyone else with a funny cycle and waiting to ov

TerrysNo3 · 06/11/2014 12:04

April when are you going to POAS?? It sounds promising for you.

ceds I hope everything is ok and you got another BFP today :)

Just had a nosy at frolicdog, does she just do ovulation or is she also a BFP charm, just wondering if I should try my luck with her now I have ov-ed or not Wink

spinning I am chart stalking you now, another rise today. Although before I was also in agreement that ov was still to come for you, those temps are really high so I am wondering if you missed your LH surge and actually ov-ed on CD10? You also had a temp dip there which could be an ov dip? Did you do any other monitoring, CM, cervix etc to help FF cross check? Of course, we don't know for certain so keep DTD! Oh and congrats on the job offer!

I love it when a plan comes together :) ... slight temp rise this morning (mine usually takes a few days for a big increase) and -ve OPK just now. We have DTD on CD11, 12, 14, 15 and will do so again tonight. If anyone is interested, here is my chart.

lucieloos · 06/11/2014 12:04

They are really good temperatures April!! Really hope it stays up tomorrow Smile

Aprilray · 06/11/2014 11:43

Thanks Lucie Smile I don't, I didn't temp this cycle to try and take the relaxed approach. Only started temping the last three days to see if AF is on her way as had all the signs. Temps have been 36.82, 36.77 and 36.92. I have been waking up an hour early every day so really they would be higher but then we had the clock change a few weeks back Confused

If I get a dip tomorrow I will be gutted but trying to brace myself just in case, what will be will be and all that.

Mrs. G - I'm sure medication will increase your temps. I know that alcohol does as it has caused mine to spike in the past.

lucieloos · 06/11/2014 11:30

Ohhhh April that does sound promising, got my fingers firmly crossed for you. It's definitely your turn. Do you have a chart we could have a look at?

MrsGingerbread · 06/11/2014 11:19

Hmmm cd 5 today and my temps have been really high the lastcouple of days, not nice and low where they should be.

I suspect it is down to the thumping headache I've been having, or the drugs I've been taking to lose it!

I hope it isn't really indication of an anovulary cycle. :/

Aprilray · 06/11/2014 11:15

Congratulations Ceds! Great to see the BFPs rolling in!
And congrats on your new job Spinning.

Frolic, I am not normally a dog person but your dog is adorable, I skim read the thread last night before bed and saw that she was lucky so gave her pic a wee stroke and got a temp rise this morning Grin

Trying not to get my hopes up but am on CD30 and no temp dip yet! Last two cycles were 30 days and had a temp dip from CD28. AF type cramps and lower back pain seem to have eased off but no real symptoms to speak of. Please let this be my month, please, please please!!

OP posts:
lucieloos · 06/11/2014 10:11

Cd10 here and still waiting for my positive opk. Really hope my cycle goes back to normal this month and I don't have another delayed ovulation. We have dtd cd6 & 9 so far but my hearts just not in it this month. I'm tired and bored of ttc.

lucieloos · 06/11/2014 10:09

Morning all.

Congratulations ceds that's fantastic. I hope you got a lovely line this morning.

Maybe I'm a good luck charm....I join the thread and there's a bfp Grin

Wrap up warm today, my car temp was 0 on the school run Shock it was at 18 just a few days ago!

symptom alert .... I couldn't drink my coffee this morning nothing to do with it going cold it was gross.

Dozygirl · 06/11/2014 09:32

So so cold all of a sudden!! Lucky for me I get to cozy up in bed and go to sleep while everyone gets up for work. Getting into bed after a nightshift is literally the best feling in the world. Night night mumsnetters!!

spinningirl10 · 06/11/2014 09:26

Genni it's freezing out!!

I don't know the name but a free trial sounds good, certainly wouldn't pay £100 for it unless it has a 100% success rate!

Quietlyhopeful81 · 06/11/2014 08:56

Congrats to the ladies with bfps and to Spinning on the job! Smile

gennibugs · 06/11/2014 08:50

Is that the stork? Think there is a trial for it on here. I think someone said their acupuncturist recommended it too. But then you might as well use soft cups! unless it's a free trial

ohlordyplordy · 06/11/2014 08:44

Eek spinning that sounds like the stork. There's a mumsnet trial for it I've signed up to but haven't heard anything so don't think successful.

gennibugs · 06/11/2014 08:44

Morning all.

ced congratulations!!! Hope you've got another nice line this morning.

Still no positive opk here. My chart looks rubbish so wondering if I'll ov this month now. I think if we don't get a BFP this month we'll also take a break from ttc until January and just really enjoy Christmas without worrying!

It's cold today brrrrrr. Glad I'm working from home today so can have lots of Brew to keep warm. Must. Have. A. More. Productive. Day!

spinningirl10 · 06/11/2014 08:39

Ohlordy, your comment re softcups reminds me, when I saw the fertility doc she said that she'd seen a couple that were using a cap type thing that you insert after sex to keep the semen close to the cervix......I said I'd heard of that but then she said it had cost them £100 just for one and it's not reusable!!!! Wish they'd still been there, I would have pointed them in the direction of soft cupsGrin
