Everyone react differently to all the supplements, I think it's a case of trial and error sometimes.
Testing Thursday Mademoiselle - although very temped to test tomorrow if my temp is still up!

Don't worry too much dozy, everyone is different. I don't know that it does cause spotting but just that I have never had spotting apart from the two cycles I have been taking epo. It may just be a coincidence or just something to do with the way my body reacts to it. Sunbathing and plenty of other people on here have got their bfps whilst taking epo

All these vitamins and what not are so confusing it's hard to keep up. Without taking anything I have been having spotting prior to AF so now I'm trying things to prevent the spotting although hopefully I'll get a BFP so it won't matter but it's like a mind field. U hear different things about all the different things. I took EPO this month but perhaps I shouldn't have if it causes spotting :(

I have been having issues with spotting for a while but with the epo it was really bad, I'm taking seven seas trying for a baby and it has b vitamins in it , but one of my friends had issues with spotting and she took the b complex and she said it helped

Did you notice that the spotting stopped when you stopped taking the epo Angela?

Thanks Angela, I have been taking vitamin b6 this month to try and lengthen my cycle but might invest in some b-complex instead as I have read that b6 and b12 work better together x

Lucie I think when I took epo the same thing happened to me I had a really short cycle and started spotting two days after ovulating , what about trying vitamin b complex, that's meant to regulate your cycle and it may lengthn your luteal phase x

No it's definitely not implantation, there has been more spotting and it's too much for implantation. A 9 day luteal though is really not good I can't understand what's gone wrong the last couple of cycles as sometimes I ovulate on different days but I could almost guarantee af would arrive on 13dpo. I'm definitely going to try and stop the epo and see if that helps this time around as that's all I can think of that I've been doing differently. Pretty gutted though it just gets harder and harder. Sometimes I think it will never happen for us

I am 9 dpo , not to sure what to think I brown spotting only when I wipe, Ovia suggests that since I have no cm AF may be on its way, got a bloody pounding headache, fingers crossed she stays away x

I think I'm going to get off October bus I've had a little more spotting and combined with the temp dip and the same thing happening last month I think it's the end of the road for me. Will still hang around and cheer on those remaining though.

i think AF is finally on its way! heavy sensation and pink cm....

FX af stays away lucieloos. EnglishGirlsReturned, it sounds good that your temp would normally drop by now. Hopefully it isn't due to the soy.

In my case, I have been looking over my charts but a bit disheartened to notice that for the last two cycles my temp dropped then rose again before af. Added to that I have also noticed that I am nowhere near as bloated now .

Sounds very possible to be implantation, especially with a dip. Mine dipped two days in the trot in December last year before a BFP 2 days later. Sadly that was a mc but had nothing to do with the dip.

Normally my temps would have begun to drop now, but the high temps could just be the in teased progesterone from the soy...

It would be perfect timing for implantation but I can't see it really with the big temp dip. I will keep hoping though but fully expect AF to be here tomorrow
