Does anyone have a nice story about getting upduffed rather quickly in their 30's to cheer me up 😄

As the title suggests ... Looking for some inspirational and uplifting stories about mums in their 30's managing to get preggers rather soon after deciding to ttc Smile

I got married aged 33 (was a virgin) and returned from honeymoon pregnant. Had 3 kids between age of 34 and 38 (plus 2 miscarriages at 12 weeks) so was almost continually pregnant for those 4 years!!!

I got pregnant in one go at 33 and twice again at 35.

There's no guarantees for anyone, though.

Yeaaahhhh sadly that has been somewhat lacking this month unfortunately .. Used to get loads of it when I was on the pill... Sod's law strikes again !!

Lol .. I so wish I had the energy for that bikerunski but sadly both me and dh are lightweights in that dept after 11 years of marriage Grin... This thread definelatly gives me hopepresto... Let's hope we're posting our bfp's here soon !! Xx

Um after taking 10 cycles at 28
Knocked up by accident at 30
One cycle at 34 (miscarriage)
Pregnant next cycle after that
One cycle at 40 (damn you, spur of the minute mid life crises)
Obviously we were doing something wrong at 28 (much less healthy lifestyle).

This thread provides such hope, congrats to everyone. I have just turned 38 last week and I am on my 3rd cycle, have CB monitor and will need to start it properly when I get my AF.

I must join a bus here.

We just shagged pretty much every night for a month. My cycle has never been that regular. We had the odd night off. Did the job though.

Ds conceived first go at age 36.

Dd conceived at age 40 (almost 41 really), but had a mc a couple of months before.

I'm not the one to ask about constant shagging, as I just worked it all out and did the deed and was successful, amazingly Grin

Thanks girls Grin just a quick question... How important is it that me and oh dtd tonight as well ( got my positive opk on weds morning) dtd weds night and Thursday night) just wondering how important it is to dtd tonight as well coz tbh me and dh are a bit shagged out lol

Dc1 took 12 months of ttc at 32 but Dc2 at 34, took one accidental moment of passion! Grin

Yep 38 first attempt.
I have also conceived 5 other times all within 6 months max and all above the age of 36... Only 2 kids mind, but that's another tale

With my second child, aged 33, I got pregnant in the first month of TTC.
DH's cousin got pregnant aged 34 very soon after starting TTC (I presume - child was born nine months after wedding and they had not been together very long before getting married).
I also knew someone who conceived very quickly aged 38ish.

Dc3 aged 36, dp and I agreed to ttc, honestly must have conceived days later ! I am 17 weeks now :)

At 32, got pg after 2 cycles. At 34 got pg with twins, valentine sex supposedly with no chance of getting pg as just finished period (hadn't had sex in months). That was a surprise. The pregnancy and the twins!

Yep, 36 and 39. Didnt even have a period with either of them, first one was straight off the combined pill, second straight off the non hormonal coil. Both kids AOK and healthy as horses.

Pregnant in 6 weeks at 36 (Just before my 37th birthday)

Friend did it in less than a cycle at 34 and 38.

I got pregnant at the first time of trying with both my children, aged 30 and 32. Have a friend who tried for years and had a number of miscarriages who got pregnant after four years, and then pregnant the one and only time they dtd in the twelve months after the child was born. Also have a friend who tried for 8 years in her late twenties/early thirties and who'd basically given up, who then got pregnant. It does happen, and I truly hope it will happen for you too Flowers

Have 2 DC. Hot pregnant within the first month of nit taking contraception each time. First time, I was 32, second time 36.
