Yay Genni, hope its good news for us bothGrin

Nordic, MrsE has done a good job of explaining but if you want further info if you put soy into the search bit there's been two threads in conception this week about soy and there's lots of info there. Sorry I can't copy and paste.

MrsE I'm keeping everything crossed for you that you get your injection tomorrow.

Frolicacid · 19/10/2014 19:15

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday!
Still no period for me! Just tried dtd to see if a good orgasm brings it on. Now off for a pub supper to keep me away from google!

mrsE, I hope they give you that injection tomorrow.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 19/10/2014 18:52

Thankyou everybody, you're all so lovely. It's so good to have your familiar voices in my head coz at the moment I'm finding it hard to be thrilled as I'm so ill. So I need you all to think iton injection vibes at 8.45am! Grin Come on the power of positive thinking should surely make the Dr realise 3 years of untreated aneamia is only going to get worse this pregnancy without them. Only other option is a blood transfusion and I'm not dead keen on that.

Nordic I was on soy 2 months and it worked second month although first month got me in a really good pattern with the ups and downs of a cycle. My only worry for you is that it would make your already heightened symptoms even worse. So first month I chose days 3-7 of my cycle. Tesco own brand, starting at 120mg-rising so that the last day was at 200mg. The second month I brought it forward so I did days 2-6. Same again 120, 120, 160, 200,200. But you can take later to hopefully mature an egg ripening. Think the idea of earlier is it might release more than one so more chance of catching one. What cd are you? I bet kitty is watching she will be along with the facts! Grin

gennibugs · 19/10/2014 18:20

lucie I hope you ov soon. Ttc always involves waiting of some sort! Thanks for updating my stats.

spinning we have the same bfp due date now. FX!

english sounds like an early night is in order for you! I hate hangovers.

Good to see you nordic. I've yet to try soy but think i know there are some soy experts on here!

Katybear123 · 19/10/2014 18:19

Wow I'm popped, manic gardening, house cleaning, and cooking day. Now to veg on sofa :-).

Ma g sorry it was a bfn
Ohlordy and mrs e I have all crossed for u both, please rest up
Sunbathing gd luck with ur midwife, I hope all goes well :-)
Here I keep vary between thinking I have a symptom to giving myself a right telling off for thinkin it. I am trying to stay hopeful. Ur realistic this cycle, we did all we could i know that much not sure if that will make it better or worse it I don't get a bfp. Cd23 here 6dpo.

Nordicmom · 19/10/2014 18:09

Sorry been AWOL since my latest disappointment ...
Sorry for bfn and af .
MrsE hope you'll feel better soon!
Lordy got fingers grossed for u that things work out !
Wanted to ask those who have used soyaisoflavones how much and which days they took it ?!
I've read the info posted on it earlier but still a bit ? My pills didn't arrive until the other day so missed this cycle . Couldn't find them in our Boots or Holland and Barrett so did Amazon. They're 50 mg ones. Should I take 100 on the first days and then 150?
Btw since I suspect I might have a problem with the imp stage I just read interesting article on them now " glueing" the Ivf emb on the uterus ?! Might ask about that when I get that far ...

spinningirl10 · 19/10/2014 17:29

Yes please Grin

lucieloos · 19/10/2014 17:21

Yes no problem spinning what would you like me to change to? 25th?

spinningirl10 · 19/10/2014 17:16

Ooh that's spooky Genni, you popped up just as I was thinking of you! I'm going to try and wait until Wednesday as well, the single line on the hpt is a killer. Pleased you enjoyed Berlin, I've never been but my student is from there.

Lucie, my bfp/af date is wrong due to very early ov this cycle I think it's due next weekend. If you update again maybe you could change it for me,thank you Grin

EnglishGirlsReturned · 19/10/2014 17:14

Lordy, try not to worry hun, I'm sure all is fine. With my first mc, it stayed red, but I wasn't in any pain. I think if it's already gone brown it's more than likely it's just your little bean burrowing deep!

MrsE I'm sorry to see you're feeling so awful. I hope the haematologist gives you the iron injections.

Sorry to those who've had bfns.

I've been really suffering today, worst hangover ever! Can't wait to go to bed!!

lucieloos · 19/10/2014 17:09

I'm good thanks genni, just waiting impatiently to ov at the moment! Have changed your stats, there are quite a few of us due our bfps towards the end of the month so fx!

gennibugs · 19/10/2014 17:06

Hi lucie how are you?
Yes please! My cycles are a bit all over the place so if you can put me down for 25 October as based on last month I think that is when AF/bfp is due!

Hi Genni glad you had a lovely time in Berlin! Do you want me to update your bfp due on stats as got you down for tomorrow! Smile

gennibugs · 19/10/2014 16:58

Hi spinning I am back today. Had a lovely time and didn't want to come back or go to work tomorrow Grin . I'm 7dpo so think I'll poas on Wednesday...but I'm going to try to hold off as long as I can as I just find bfns so crushing. How about you - when will you poas? just had a quick flick back and things are sounding promising for you fx! Smile

spinningirl10 · 19/10/2014 16:48

Oops Terry, tell dh to keep his hands to himself before the right timeGrin looking good though if it's still high.

Genni, how are you today? Are you home from Berlin and when will you poas?

English, hope you had fun at the wedding yesterday.

Treaclepie19 · 19/10/2014 16:42

Glad you've got the same midwife. Gosh 7 weeks.
I really hope this is it for you :) xxx

I want to test!!!!!!! :p hate the 2ww.

TerrysNo2 · 19/10/2014 16:30

Spinning it was really annoying because for whatever reason DH, whilst asleep decided to stroke my arm at 5.30am and as I'm such a light sleeper it woke me up. So I temped then and my temp was 36.49, which is still way above my coverline of 36.16. I'm hoping I can get a better reading tomorrow as Saturdays was also a skewed one at 4am.

spinningirl10 · 19/10/2014 15:47

Magrat, so sorry it's a bfnSad totally sucks that your cycle has been so long. Really hope you're out of is limbo land soon Thanks

Sunbathing, pleased you've got the same midwife, it means you haven't got to go through explaining it all to someone knew although I'm sure it's in your records.

MaGratgarlik1983 · 19/10/2014 15:27

Well ladies I caved and tested = BFN :( Totally. So it's either another chemical (which I don't think, as last time the positive was strong enough to be positive on a CB digi) or what I suspect is that my cycle has gone a bit haywire. CD1 for this cycle was September 5th...arggh!! Actually really want AF now as I really don't think I'm pregnant no matter how much I try and convince myself otherwise. Just want to start another cycle and get closer to that sticky bean!

Treaclepie19 · 19/10/2014 15:16

Sunbathing I hope the midwife is helpful. How many weeks are you now?

spinningirl10 · 19/10/2014 15:01

Mzzzf, just wasted half an hour looking at the symptom site you linked to. I find it interesting that so many women experience early symptoms despite numerous websites saying it's impossible until after implantation.
Waiting for ds who is at a party, was supposed to go to the gym but I'm too tired so sat in coffee shop eating cake Grin

Lucie, fx for +opk later.

Sunbathing, sorry to hear you've been worried. I'm quite sure it's normal to be worried after a loss. I hope your midwife can put your mind at rest and the blood test sounds like a good idea.
