Great stats ohlordy that is some serious commitment to dtd, you both must be exhausted!

Sorry you are feeling so awful MrsE keep warm and hope it passes soon.

biscuit I have everything crossed for you that this one sticks and you get a nice strong line on the next test.

ohlordyplordy · 16/10/2014 12:24

Good looking charts treacle, terrys and spinning, fx your temps stay up nice and high x

Good (well not exactly good but you know what I mean) symptoms broody, hopefully your bfp is around the corner - some people don't get +ve hpt until well after af x

ohlordyplordy · 16/10/2014 12:20

ooh forgot to congratulate tranquillity and biscuit.

Ok, so here are my stats:

34, ttc1, cycle 4.
Since coming off the pill I've had 28, 28, 26 day cycles.
We dtd LOTS this cycle: cd3, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18.
Supplements taken: folic acid+vit d, omega 3, manuka honey 16+, royal jelly, cinnamon, boots version of berocca, cranberry (to ward off UTIs). EPO from start of af to ov - ranging between 1000 - 3000mg/day. I've also been adding aldi manuka honey to herbal tea sometimes, and had the odd glass of pink grapefruit juice (I also eat regular grapefruit every day for breakfast anyway). I didn't bother with cough syrup this cycle.
DP took fake berocca daily.
I use ic opks and think they're fab.
I think that I ov'd cd 13, due to +ve opks on cd 12 and cd13, and temp rise. I didn't notice any ewcm this cycle (but I have previous cycles).
We used conceive plus (the pre-loaded applicators), but not every single time. We also used soft cups for the first time this cycle, and despite being scared and putting off using them last cycle, I think they are absolutely great - don't be scared of the size! Legs up in against the headboard and bum on pillow for a while post dtd too.

So the new things this cycle were the soft cups, manuka capsules and in tea, royal jelly, cinnamon.... and of course the mega rutting season!

Symptoms:
I noticed a tiny bit of blood when I removed the softcup on the morning of cd 14 - it may have been ov blood or that the softcup scratched me.
4dpo I had a mild stitch on and off left side lower pelvis.
5dpo felt bruised where the stitch had been and occaisional stitch again.
8dpo twinges where the stitch had been.
Nipples have been a bit sensitive, but they are now and then on other cycles.
The odd headache, but that isn't unusual for me.

I've got a squinter on an IC and a +ve on frer at 9dpo.

I phoned the surgery and was told I don't need to see the doc, they don't usually do pregnancy tests if you've already done a home one - they just gave me the midwives phone number and said to contact directly. Phoned and she said call back when 8 - 9 weeks. Is this normal?

Good luck ladies!!!!

broodylicious · 16/10/2014 12:11

Hey all. Happy Friday eve!

Well, I've not had a rant for a bit and I'm going mad so I apologise for this self indulgent post..... I'm 13dpo, very nauseous, headachey, gassy, spots (never ever get them, only time has been when I was pg with dd, all nine months and then some) and tmi my stools are looser than normal. All good symptoms.

Yet bfn.

I just hope AF hurries the chuff up and gets the inevitable over with.

spinningirl10 · 16/10/2014 12:02

Somesort, the cb digi showing 1-2 weeks is a good signGrin

Thanks English I'll give them a call and see if I can change it. I've just been reading about conception and the full moon as I think I ov'd when there was a full moon, fx that's a good sign Grin

EnglishGirlsReturned · 16/10/2014 11:43

some sorry you're having a bit of a worry, I'm sure it's all fine. Will keep my fingers crossed for you. Why don't you ask your consultant/dr. And 21 day test should be done 7 days after ov so maybe book in for early next week?!

Spinning - it should stay up yes, it's the progesterone which keeps it up. If AF arrives your temp will start to dip just before it arrives.

TerrysNo2 · 16/10/2014 11:02

somesort yay for the CB Digi 1-2 weeks! You're only 12 or 15dpo right? That would add up then!

Reading everyone's posts has made me realise that when you're TTC you think only as far as getting a BFP but then you start worrying again about all sorts of stuff! All I can say, from my experience (in this order: 1DC, 1MC, 1DC, Ectopic PG) that no matter what we do, what will be will be, so as I think someone else said upthread, why waste time worrying about what might happen - even if its only for a few days just enjoy being pregnant because, lets face it, it won't make us feel any worse if it doesn't stick and maybe for a couple of days we got some peace from all this!

For anyone who is interested, here is a pic of my chart. I am getting really impatient with the 2ww now!!

Pregoween is approaching! Time to grow our beans into Pumpkins - all aboard for spooky bfps!
SomeSortOfDeliciousBiscuit · 16/10/2014 10:51

Hmmm. I have a 'Pregnant 1-2' on a CB digi, using FMU. So I'm not out yet. Last time when I got a weaker result on a FRER, the digi gave me a 'not pregnant' result.

I'm going to step away from all tests now for 48 hours and see if I get a stronger result then.

Foxtrot7459 · 16/10/2014 10:35

Hi ma I think you have to set it between cd1 and cd4 and it will ask for first stick on cd6 if I remember correctly, hopefully it will come in time.

MaMaPo · 16/10/2014 10:32

Just dropping really quickly to ask about the advanced CBFM. I've just ordered one that will be delivered next week but I'm wondering whether I have to start using it from CD1? I'll probably get it around CD9 or so. Would that be too late to start using it or will I have to wait until next cycle? Thanks

spinningirl10 · 16/10/2014 10:32

Foxtrot, how frustrating, hope you find out one way or the other soon.

Somesort, keeping everything crossed for you that you have a sticky bean there.

Thanks English, should temps stay high for a bfp?

MrsE, ff puts in the red lines, I think after 3 days of raised temps.

I've Got a weird feeling I my stomach which I've had for a couple of days, kind of bloated/full feeling. I know it's too early for sensible symptoms and it could be caused by the soy I guess.

I'm due for 21 day blood test next week, due to early ov will this still be ok or should I try and get it slightly sooner?

Foxtrot7459 · 16/10/2014 10:07

I have no news for the stats as on cd34 with no AF but bfn - think my cycles are still being affected by mc, I am around 4 days late now based on how my cycles have been since mc, have been testing on advanced CBFM for past 4/5 days, getting frustrated now just want an answer either way x

Tranquilitybaby · 16/10/2014 09:59

Oh no some I really hope you're wrong. Thinking of you and hope tomorrow brings some better news x

Tranquilitybaby · 16/10/2014 09:58

Ooh spinning looking good!!

SomeSortOfDeliciousBiscuit · 16/10/2014 09:57

I think this might be another chemical. Sad My temp was still above the coverline this morning but the line on the FRER I did is much weaker than yesterday's with FMU.

I'm going to carry on temping and if I get a massive drop again, well, that'll be it.

I need to stop getting my hopes up. I think I might be 'catching' the eggs that are too damaged to develop, that wouldn't implant in most women. I'm wondering now if this is a side-effect of having taken tamoxifen, because I'll have a thicker womb lining than most? I don't know who to ask about it though.

Tranquilitybaby · 16/10/2014 09:57

I've got to work now and I feel sick - help!

Ah thanks jackie x

Jackiebrambles · 16/10/2014 09:52

OMG yippeee Oh Lordy and Tranquility!! So exciting!! Congratulations xxx

spinningirl10 · 16/10/2014 09:50

MrsE, pleased to hear you've gone back to bed. What is it with men! He'll be in that pond soon Grin

It's my first month temping so still getting to grips with it. I only entered +opk on cd9 this morning after ff said I'd ovulated.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 16/10/2014 09:48

Spinning how does that chart compared to previously? Or is this your first chart? Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 16/10/2014 09:46

I've gone back to bed and am resting. Dh has trotted round to the old house to let the oven Man in. If he dare say he's in and out like a yoyo! Try being me?! He is just completely stupid and insensitive currently. Angry

EnglishGirlsReturned · 16/10/2014 09:44

Well done Spinning!! Looks good!

MrsE - I completely understand where you're coming from - sometimes it's all more worrying having all those types of tests and scans, just makes you more anxious, when in reality what will be, will be. Just make sure you rest up. Smile

MrsExtraOrdinary · 16/10/2014 09:37

Cor look at that chart spinning! I've never looked at a chart properly before. So it the red line where you think ov took place?

spinningirl10 · 16/10/2014 09:26

Ah MrsE I can't believe they wrote and told you about the still birth, that's shocking! I'm quite sure you know your body best, the independent midwife sounds like a fab idea, you must be about 6 weeks now? Do you even need to see a doc or could you by pass him and go straight to midwife?

Yay I posted my chart, feeling very clever Smile

spinningirl10 · 16/10/2014 09:22

Hopefully this will work!

Pregoween is approaching! Time to grow our beans into Pumpkins - all aboard for spooky bfps!
MrsExtraOrdinary · 16/10/2014 09:07

I don't really want an early scan. I think my body is just a bit knackered. I went through all that last time. Was told I was having a phantom pregnancy. Then they started doing bloods. Your levels are supposed to double in an allotted time and yet mine didn't because the bloods were taken too soon. Was told to expect a miscarriage. Then they wrote to me telling me I was high risk still birth. It was a load of worry and it didn't affect the outcome of actually a perfectly healthy baby. It just affected me and my stress levels. If I was showing signs of ectopic Id be down there like a shot. I'm not, I've just got a knackered uterus that's protesting. I've had miscarriages and I do know a scan doesn't prevent them. It's life's rich pattern just have to ride it out badly I get bad periods anyway, due to endo, but usually take anything up to tramadol to manage them. It's like that for the last 3 wks without respite and of course haven't taken pain relief.

Dh has under protest taken the boys to school. I just want to curl up and die.
