I know its waaay early for a November bus to set off but AF arrived today kicking me off the September bus and with DH away next month the October bus is not an option. Anyone fancy joining me in the long wait? I don't expect much action on this thread for a few weeks but it would be nice to have some company. My stats are below:

iamevan, 35, TTC#2, cycle 6, BFP due 7th November

*pubic bone! Not public bone!

wanttobeamummyin2015 · 30/10/2014 12:59

Hi toots! I am having the mittel-whatsit today. I have it literally centrally, where my pubic hair is... Hmm right behind the public bone? But I have had 'ovary pain' before, kind of low down on the left, like where your knicker line would be :S

I agree about dtd! Might be cos I am also off the pill... But before, would just do it couple times a month and if tired not really bother. Now we have to, I thought it would be hard to get in the mood, but like you say, the more you do it the more you want to! It's brill, DH lasts so much longer too Grin. He is loving it atm, I think it is even too much for him Wink He half doesnt want me to get pg so we can carry on dtd so much!

StowFrenchy · 30/10/2014 12:48

Hey toots for me it is about the same level as the hipbone - hope this helps!

On another note - I am supposed to POAS on Nov 14th - anyone else is planned on the same day? Just trying to find some 2ww sisters!! X

tootssw17 · 30/10/2014 12:31

Can i ask, where do you all feel ov cramps/twinges ... i know on a pic where my ovaries are but if i am one of those who feel the mittelthingy where is this sensation? about the hip? above my bikini line?

yes i am clueless but i didn't even do GSCE Biology - am more a numbers girl.. working in the city being all accoutantingy.

TheProofIsInThePudding · 30/10/2014 12:19

Hi toots I understand exactly what you mean. I think DH and I are in a really good place at the moment (apart from the hiccough on Tuesday!) and it's partly to do with HAVING to DTD so often when before we'd not bother if one of us was a bit tired or whatever. Both of us have suffered/suffer from depression and that's a real libido killer and starts a vicious downward spiral. I'm glad things are going well for you too toots Smile

tootssw17 · 30/10/2014 12:10

Fx blueberry am keen to do another celebration boogie. its my only exercise :) as work is mental.
want hope DTD was fun last night! Fx eggy is looking flirty for some swimmers!

Looks like POAS party for 14th nov is now in doubt, I had had another flashing smiley with FMU.. ugh. and the ic opks have not even registered any lines at all though it is probably in vain doing excessive DTD this week, After a few years of hardly any DTD as i broke my back in a road accident, we are enjoying having some structure as life is so busy you can just get too tired to stop and snuggle!

They do say the more you do it the more you can or want to do it :) ... Does anyone else feel like this ? I feel so much closer to him, even though he is clearly suffering from TMI about my cycles something he himself said he literally was a) in denial b) grossed out by before is now relevant to him!

MaMaPo · 30/10/2014 11:49

Oh. Just been baby-bombed as well - a v close friend. So so happy for her but still had a little cry later. Just a little one.

Anyway. Back to the tww...

Aprilray · 30/10/2014 11:37

Glad you're feeling better today Genni. There is still time for a BFP before Christmas Smile that's what I am telling myself. Last Christmas I really went to town with things you can't have when you're pregnant/breast feeding as I was convinced that I wouldn't be able to this year.

Yay for all the +OPKs!

Ooh, FX for Sunday Blueberry! I may well join you, AF isn't due until Wednesday but it is our first wedding anniversary and if there is a chance of a BFP then it would be the best present ever. and if it's a BFN I can tell myself it is too early anyway and won't be that upset

MrsExtraOrdinary · 30/10/2014 10:55

I'll keep an extra virulent eye out from Sunday blueberry Wink

xBlueberry88x · 30/10/2014 10:48

mrse id like to not poas until Tuesday but may give in sunday which will 13dpo so it should show up if I am

gennibugs · 30/10/2014 10:45

Morning all.

Thanks for all your lovely messages. I'm ok today, it is what it is and there's nothing I can do about it now except keep trying til January. Christmas will be hard with all the social occasions and chatter of pregnancy and kids but we'll get through it. IM made of tough stuff!! Grin DH is still down today. He struggles with the darker days anyway so it's probably magnifying everything for him.
I think I'll try to arrange something for us to do this weekend to cheer him up.

spinning I can't decide whether to try acupuncture or not. The reflexology clearly wasn't a success lol. Your appointment must be coming up?

blueberry keeping everything crossed for you so tightly.

StowFrenchy · 30/10/2014 10:44

Thx blueberry - keeping my fx for you and all the ladies presently on the bus!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 30/10/2014 10:37

Blueberry when will you poas? I like to mark my insomnia around passengers poas! Grin >says very quietly, wouldn't it be fantastic

xBlueberry88x · 30/10/2014 10:32

cariad the distraction on busy work might be what you need to get pg

stow yay for positive opk!!

Argh well with extra sore boobs and cramps im not sleeping well which is annoying. Cramps dont seem to be going away on and off like they were now its constant
feeling nauseous today aswell

wanttobeamummyin2015 · 30/10/2014 10:27

Proof I had another ops opk this morning too, slightly stronger than yesterday but both are pos :S maybe I will ovulate tomorrow morning then? DH out late this eve and he has friends coming for weekend from friday lunchtime. Will have to stay up late and dtd tonight as wont have a chance on fri or weekend! Argh back to the tww all over again!

victoria401 · 30/10/2014 10:19

Wow its so busy in here I can't keep up! About the stats thing.... Each couple has a 20% chance per month so I guess it makes sense that 20% of us as a group get BFP each month?!

Sorry you're down genni. I guess I'm lucky that most of our friends have remained childless even tho we are mid-late 30's so we are not alone. I did get hurt a while back when we were waiting for our referral and in a really bad way. My friend had an unplanned 3rd pregnancy and had a termination. I wished I could take that poor sticky bean and nuture it in my belly instead. She didn't tell me as to not upset me but a mutual friend assumed I knew and mentioned it to me :-( that was my hardest point. I'm fine with it now, she did what was best for her.

Excited for you blueberry! When are you due af hun?

StowFrenchy · 30/10/2014 10:11

Hi everyone, just wanted to share i've had a big nice smiley OPK today - every step counts so thought I'd share the joy! :) xxx to everyone

spinningirl10 · 30/10/2014 09:23

Proof, pleased you and dh have made up.

Whit, welcome and fx for youGrin

Genni, sorry to hear you're down. You will get your longed for bfp, it's just slower coming than you would like. Have you been able to get an appointment with the acupuncturist?

Cariad, hope you're feeling a bit better today Thanks

ohlordyplordy · 30/10/2014 09:04

Eek the talk of twins is terrifying! Just the one at a time for me please.
Sorry to hear the lurgy is doing the rounds - last thing you need right now. Get well soon ladies x
If you haven't been checking back on the oct bus there is some fab news there!
Question for ladies with cp in the past - did your next cycle go as normal, or did the stress put your ov back?

whitwoochantelle · 30/10/2014 08:56

Af was due yesterday*

TheProofIsInThePudding · 30/10/2014 08:51

Morning!

DH and I are friends again - phew!

Sakura I'd DTD again for the next couple of nights just in case.

want it looks like we're in sync because I got an OPK that looked just like that yesterday too! We DTD last night and plan to tonight and Friday too as per SMEP. I'm quite relieved that I have had a positive!

On the topic of twins, I'd rather not! Seems like a heck of a lot of hard work to me, plus the added complications with pregnancy. I think I'll stick to one at a time!

I hope the ladies who are feeling ill get better soon. Rest up and take care of yourselves.

whitwoochantelle · 30/10/2014 08:49

I'm boarding please I was af yesterday. But having problems with ovu and didn't test at all this month! Had bloods took a week ago Monday just gone 10 days does that make it? My periods a're so irregular so was a hit n miss test doctors words! So going to give it bit longer before I test, no symptoms as of yer other than feeling af in way and itchy boobs think there dore from my prodding though stats are 25 ttc#1 cycle #8 mc March total time. Ttc 32 months!

Treaclepie19 · 30/10/2014 08:40

I had the same predicament cariad, we've just gone for it.
I figure that we've been trying so long it probably won happen but equally, the one month we aren't sure about trying ill get pregnant.
Haha.

Cariad2014 · 30/10/2014 08:34

Thanks for your kind messages Treacle, Purple and Terrys. Feeling marginally better as my sore throat seems to have subsided, leaving me with just a hideous head cold to contend with. I'm really hoping that if I get plenty of rest over the weekend, I'll be back to my normal self by next week.

Still undecided about whether to ttc this month. Currently super busy at work, and part of me feels that stress, long hours and illness probably aren't an ideal ttc combination, which makes me wonder whether we should wait until next cycle. Still only CD7 though, so I should have another 3 or 4 days to make a final decision on this cycle!

Misty - I hope you're feeling better. Fx it's still too early for a BFP.

Blue500 · 30/10/2014 08:11

Morning all, 9dpo here and I've got af style cramps this morning - really hope it's not turning up early to spite me Hmm I'm clinging onto the very faint hope that it may be implantation cramping but I'm not convinced
