Now on cd18 and I am still waiting to ov I think. No temp rise yet, lots of ewcm for the last 4-5 days and a positive opk Friday. I normally ov cd 14-16. Had a stressful weekend and now ill with a cold so maybe that's delayed things a bit. Will hopefully keep going with dtd eod but hoping that this isn't an annovulatory cycle.

Been to see GP today's as its over 6 months TTC with PCOS. Got to carry on doing what I'm doing (charting everything I can possibly chart!) and have a day 21 progesterone blood kit (which won't be day 21 as my cycles are irregular so I don't know why they call it that!!). So will pop into the hospital 5 dpo. Fingers crossed that progesterone is high!!

Caved and tested with a clear blue digi and got not pregnant on 8dpo, so really should have waited but getting periods type stomach aches and still have a week to go x

Blood test negative, hcg

I'm now cd24 and have no symptoms so just waiting to see when AF decides to arrive this month. Been having pelvic cramps for ages now so I think it's just my body sorting itself out I guess.
This will make me into cycle 5...

Hi bobian. Great to hear your line is getting darker :)

I had a blood test on Thursday and should get results Monday. Still getting either bfn or very faint line on frer - only ever using FMU.

Keeping my fingers crossed but trying to prepare to be told it's a bfn too.

Thing is, if I'm not pregnant then I find it quite concerning that my body has gone so insane!!

Cbdigi test was negative opk just now but think has to be FMU. Oh well, shall check tomorrow.

alien def check if you're ovulating late! Seems odd but you never know!

My line is getting a little darker but dh and I are still being so cautious so there's no "whoo hoo" moment as yet.

Well I had positive digital opk few days sfter AF but I'm going to test tomorrow morning to see but I guess it's a possibility '! Dtd thurs but will need to jump dh ASAP if it is !

So I'm on cd22 and have (*tmi alert) lots of ewcm. A symptom? or should I just accept that's normal before AF rears it's ugly head. 7th nov would be 28days and 14th 35 days.

I confess I did do another at lunchtime and that has a similar line to my first, so hoping it's not two random evaps.

Have been feeling quite sick the last couple of days but put 80% of that down to anticipation!

OK. Let's see if this works...it really is insanely faint and hard to get it to show up on camera. We can def see something IRL though!

Tested with FMU and i think there is a very very faint line. DH can see it too, and he never gets line eye! However, it did appear after about 20 mintues I reckon so am concerned it's maybe an evap. I guess this is the downside about testing before AF is due. Last time, I had DH confiscate the ICs until the day AF was due, then i got a nice clear line. Now, we're holding it up to various different lights and squinting a lot...

Guess I just have to wait until tomorrow

Aw, thanks so much for all the support. You guys are great. Am thinking I might need to do something really impractical next month as a sort of reverse jinx, if that makes sense?! When we were trying to conceive DD and nothing was happening, I went out and bought a bike and signed up for the London to Brighton bike ride - I think we conceived her that night!

martian I'm pretty sure DTD every day is fine unless there's known to be something amiss with DH's sperm? I totally understand where you're coming from - I'm in month 3 and we've always DTD every day...if I don't fall preg this month I'd be tempted to review the process! However, I would say DTD every day is just fine.

There maybe someone along with more scientifically researched advice though

I'm roughly 11dpo and POAS earlier (not FMU - slapped wrist). I absent-mindedly shoved the strip in my jeans pocket and found it again a while later. There is the faintest of lines (real squinting job) but I believe this is because the IC got a bit mangled in my jeans.

So i've now given myself a glimmer of, probably, false hope. Will test again first thing tomorrow to see if any luck. x

Mooley defo continue the ranting as much as you want, this is such a worrying time so you need to vent somewhere.

I have a bit of a dilemma. I have had loads of EWCM today and am starting to get my normal ov skin breakout but no positive OPK yet. We dtd last night. I am tempted to miss tonight and go again tomorrow as I think that I will ov on Saturday and hopefully will get positive opk tomorrow.

The reason I'm tempted to miss today is to give dh's swimmers a chance to refresh. We dtd every day over ov the last 2 months with no success so maybe it's time to try a different tactic?

The thing is I'm worried I'm thinking too much into it and I shouldn't waste today's copious EWCM! I'm terrified of doing the wrong thing and of missing the boat.

With DS we only dtd twice, 3 days before then the day before ov.

I am sat here staring at my opk willing it to get darker. I'm really not happy unless I'm staring at a piss covered stick am I?!
