Just wondering if anyone else is still in limbo?! Now on CD35, no sign of AF, bfn on test (I think, hard to wonder if I imagine these shadows of lines on the ICs). Loads of symptoms but don't want to let myself get excited in case AF shows and it's all in my head. Anyone else in the same situation?

It is something in the air... HORMONES. Whether its too many or too little I have no idea but I'm like a coiled spring! I'm shit with uncertainty.

As for the car, bonzer idea... upgrade yours.

My lovely blokes in the kitchen preparing supper, hard to believe we're getting wed in a few weeks time. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH I COULD HIGH FIVE HIS FACE... WITH A CHAIR.

Seriously, that's how messed up my emotions are!!

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 16:19

And I'm sorry you're feeling cranky today too. Must be something in the air xx

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 16:18

Thank you impatience :)

I needed to hear that. I'm considering the chocolate cake Grin He's heading for a Clio Hmm I'm trying to talk him out of it. As long as his has 5 seats and can seat him plus 4 kiddos, that's fine really. We'll just upgrade mine to a 7-seater. Actually that makes more sense anyway thinking about it! Lol!

ImpatiencePersonified · 10/09/2014 15:59

I feel like I could punch a lamb today so totally feeling the tired and cranky shit Chez.... SOMETHING NEEDS TO HAPPEN

You should be very grateful for your three wee blessings indeed but you don't stop wanting new pants when you already have some...... so don't talk yourself out of something that feels important to you, sometimes, you just want more pants.

As for cars, well he aint gonna get the three young uns in that is he? Compromise on a super fast big un, and promise him untapped sexy time (and chocolate cake, I stand by the chocolate cake).

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 15:27

Welcome koko :) I read your post and thought 'PCOS' too, like the lovely impatience. Something to perhaps mention to your doc?
Hope your af is due before 18th February chicken, that would be an immensely long cycle! Wink

impatience, I love your optimism hun, I think I need to just be grateful for my 3 little blessings. I'm very lucky to have any children so if DH says no I've got a feeling it will stay that way. Plus he's eyeing up new cars and it's gone from looking at 7-seaters to boy-racers... Think he's having an early mid life crisis. He's only 27! Hmm

Think I'm about cd 50 or thereabouts today. Wish the witch would just show up then I get on with getting over it!

Sorry to be a misery today. Just not feeling it, I'm tired and cranky and sicky. Boo!

ImpatiencePersonified · 10/09/2014 15:04

Hey Koko,

Course you can join us darlin, although I always say that and then remember it aint my friggin thread.

Anyway.... those cycles need looking at I think sweet cheeks. I went to see my doc yesterday and she couldn't have been better. I have blood tests a go go booked in for Monday... after only ttc since Jan and mine only generally vary by about ten days (although this one is taking the piss at day 47 to be honest). I think they can do it when it suits them, it just doesn't often suit them!

I would maybe have a wee read up on PCOS and see if anything sounds familiar, I don't want to scare you but it is one of the most common causes of irregular periods. I have three friends with PCOS and they have 7 kids between them so its in no way a show stopper but its just really useful to know whats going on.

If they symptoms do sound familiar, get back to the docs and demand a test for PCOS. (I can put on my best stern voice if that helps).

They can be total arseholes at times can ovaries

xxxx

KokoLoko · 10/09/2014 14:37

Hi ladies!

Can I join you please?? If you're looking for ludicrous long cycles I'm your girl! My cycles this year have been:
67 days
34
71
And I'm currently on CD33..

I went to see the doctor on CD70 last cycle but she said they wouldn't look at me or run any tests until we'd been TTC for a year, which they count from February despite not having used anything for 25 months (When I had DC2). He stopped feeding at 18 months (February), which was when AF returned.

I took Agnus Castus this cycle to see if I could reduce my cycle length and according to my OPKs I oved on CD28 so I'm expecting AF on ~18 February (so a 42 day cycle).

Aargh! Just wish I was regular so we had more chances to try!!!

Good luck to everyone waiting, hope we all get BFPs soon!! And congrats to those who already have Grin
Koko xx

ImpatiencePersonified · 10/09/2014 14:27

Seduce him! Chocolate cake all over them lovely norks of yours and he'll be like putty in your hands AND he can have his cake and eat it Grin

Sorry it aint a conclusive BFP lovely, only a matter of time I'm sure.

How are you feeling about the docs tomorrow Beaver?

Everyone else alright?

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 14:19

I wish I could orange, everywhere local to me is sold out! The only clearblue ones they have is the blue cross ones and I don't fancy those.

I don't think I'm pregnant anyway, just wishful thinking lol :)
The test with the 'half line' the other day was probably a faulty test I think, if I was pregnant surely the line would have been full length.

Hey ho, will just have to have words with the husband I think, see if I can change his mind maybe? :)

Orangeisthenewbanana · 10/09/2014 13:55

Can you get hold of a clear blue digital one? At least you won't have to faff about with lines then! Can't see the picture clearly I'm afraid to offer an opinion Sad

When you do head over to the antenatal boards soon, you must pop back and say hello! We'll miss you otherwise!

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 13:37

Well girls, here's today's test. I swear there's a line but it has proved tricky to photograph so I think it's an evap line :(

I need to think of something else I think, I keep stalking the ante natal boards wondering when I can join one :(

Hope you're all having a nice day x

Anyone else still waiting?
CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 11:59

Crikey, even after 12hrs sleep last night I'm yawning my head off and could sleep on a washing line!

Orangeisthenewbanana · 10/09/2014 10:18

Morning ladies!

Yes R0ck, it is Destiny DH is playing! Don't really mind, he doesn't like football so it's not like I have to put up with that 9 moaths of the year Smile.

Wow Cherry, twins! How exciting. My BIL and SIL have identical boys who are about 2 months - I am in awe of how they manage, especially as they also have a DD who's not quite 2! Quite relieved it wasn't an inherited twin pregnancy, not sure I could cope! Confused.

Have a lovely day all, better get back to work!

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 09:36

Well if you're clutching at straws impatience then so am I!!! Thing is though, it really is possible, who's to say it won't happen to one of us? That link is very interesting, it's happened to so many people.

I also went to bed very early yesterday, about 18:50. I was asleep before the kiddos and didn't get up until 7am! That's unheard of for me but I was up at stupid am yesterday morning so that will have a lot to do with it.

I forgot to tell you guys yesterday too. At 6am yesterday my cousin was messaging me on fb, she said she just had to tell someone.... She's having identical twins!!! :) :) :)
She found out at her 12wk scan on Monday. She had a scan at 7wks that only showed one ickle baba. And now there's 2 ickle babas :)
So happy for her, and not even the tiniest but jealous cos she's so so lovely. :)

I'm all smiley today haha x

Morning Fab Fannys (another name for our group, I've just decided)

Well I fell asleep at stupid early o'clock last night, and am literally not long up this morning... I've chosen to work at home so I can stay in my jammas but I am feeling as heavy as a stone and could easy crawl back into bed.

I was looking at all my dates again this morning and there really is no way I could be pregnant unless my body isn't producing enough HCG to show on the tests; so gearing myself up for a missed or very very late period - which is why I reckon I'm so tired.

But this wee voice in my head is just telling me this aint normal. I dunno if its baby not normal or body not normal... but summits not right. AND I keep reading all these things of jeffing google about women who don't get their BFP's till wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy later on.

I'm clutching at straws aint I?

CherryPie3 · 10/09/2014 08:39

Goooooood morning!!!

So, how are we all today??

R0ck, my DH could feel the strings to the Houdini coil when I first had it put in but they softened after about a month and he couldn't feel them at all. Of course it could have disappeared by then... I have no idea when it vanished, I never checked the strings. I must have a welly top Grin

I have a day of staying in today and waiting for deliveries. That's fine by me, I've got a huge pile of clean washing that needs sorting and putting away. I might iron a few shirts for DH, I don't normally iron at all!
Hey I might even tidy the kids rooms.

Have a glorious day everyone, the sun's out :)

R0ckCh1c · 09/09/2014 22:32

Hey Orange, my POAS buddy Smile I wish I came off BC earlier too, but as you say what will be will be. Never thought I'd become so obsessed with wanting a BFP!!

My other half got a new game that came out yesterday too... Let me guess... The new game is called Destiny?? So I'm currently a XboxOne widow until he completes the game lol. But if were to say time to DTD... I'm sure he'd be off the xbox in a flash Grin

Night all, sweet dreams x

Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 22:05

Yay R0ck! POAS buddy! Smile. I hadn't planned on using them this early into ttc but when AF arrived, I just thought that I don't want to waste any more months fannying about and guessing what's happening. I'm already kicking myself for not having my coil taken out a few months earlier! Ah well, what will be will be.

Am nicely tucked up in bed trying to decide what to watch on Netflix. Some new computer game came out yesterday so I am currently a PlayStation widow Hmm. Good timing though with AF being here. DH can enjoy playing that for a week or 2 before I start waving ov strips under his nose and pestering him to DTD - not that it takes much pestering! Grin.

Night all!

R0ckCh1c · 09/09/2014 19:36

Orange - I think I will join you and start POAS addiction Smile I just got some cheap & cheerful ones from Amazon. Been taking the 'Pregnacare Conception' tablets too with the other half. Wishful thinking & hoped they'd help to regulate my cycle, but hasn't been the case as yet.

Cherry - OMG how funny is that... your coil fell out & you didn't even realise, lol. Could the other half feel it inside when you had it? I've always worried about that so went on the pill. I have the ultra sensitive preg tests from Amazon 10mlU... But am worried that some of the reviews have said they aren't very good. So you'll have to let me know how you get on with yours Smile

Impatience - Glad your doc was lovely & let's hope you get a BFP on Sat Grin so you don't have to go through tests.

Beaver - Hope your appointment goes well too. Smile

Cherry - My symptoms are much better today... Headaches & stomach cramps gone & so has that horrible metallic taste in my mouth thank god. Just occasionally feeling sickly. It's amazing what hormones can do! I saw a funny clip on you tube about what men would be like if they had periods/pms, really made me laugh Smile

How's everyone else been feeling today? x

Beaverfeaver2 · 09/09/2014 18:37

I'm so glad she was good for you.
And hopefully you won't need their help but at lest the steps are in place if you do.

Fingers crossed mine is as nice and helpful as yours!

ImpatiencePersonified · 09/09/2014 18:29

Yeah she was brilliant..... still kind of hoping I won't need her help though!

Mental I know...

xx

Orangeisthenewbanana · 09/09/2014 17:41

Glad the doc was helpful Impatience Smile. Great to feel like something's actually being "done" I bet!

CherryPie3 · 09/09/2014 17:26
