Anyone else still waiting?

Just wondering if anyone else is still in limbo?! Now on CD35, no sign of AF, bfn on test (I think, hard to wonder if I imagine these shadows of lines on the ICs). Loads of symptoms but don't want to let myself get excited in case AF shows and it's all in my head. Anyone else in the same situation?

Wow MSMB That's wonderful news!! Congratulations honey :) :) Flowers. I caught DH looking at the boots baby event today... I just can't work him out, we'll see :)

Right Beaver, impatience... Us next. Don't worry about the bfn today impatience, just a minor bump in the road. I have 3 tests upstairs that are calling me but I'm not testing until late next week. Well that's the plan. I was thinking next Friday or even the Monday after? Can I really wait that long?

What are today's symptoms anyway?
Here's mind:

  • tiredness.
  • nausea
-sore knifey nipples and boobies
  • strange stabby pelvic pains
  • headaches
  • backaches
  • tonnes of creamy white cf, cervix high and closed
  • bloating

Good looking symptoms, let's see what next week brings.

Have a lovely day! Xxxx

Day 41 in the big baby cave

NEGATIVE

I have massive water retention, no sign of AF... slight pulling in the baby cave last night but didn't feel like menstrual cramps at all.

Toying with idea of going to the docs but really don't to waste anyone's time? What do you reckon?

ImpatiencePersonified · 03/09/2014 21:23

Ahhhh huge congrats my darling girl! Right then Cherry... Us next. Right? And you Beaver!

Beaverfeaver2 · 03/09/2014 20:29

Congratulations MSMB

I was feeling quite down today about being CD64 but it does give a glimmer of hope.
(Unlikely I know!)

MSMB · 03/09/2014 20:21

Ladies today I had my BFP! Yesterday a pristine negative and today a positive I'm so happy and it shows there's hope! Good luck cherry pie I'm sure your husband will be chuffed if you are! Impatience I think 40 days can still be early my pharmacist told me it took her 3 weeks to get a BFP xxxx

CherryPie3 · 03/09/2014 11:14

Yes it's an absolute PITA! Men have it easy...

You have some cracking symptoms though, keeping fingers crossed for you! xx

ImpatiencePersonified · 03/09/2014 08:52

Yep know that feeling, I lasted until 9pm and then headed to bed.

This is just a total mind f*ck aint it?

I'm never at the docs, rarely ill, and here I am starting to say "oh that left eyelash is looking a bit wonky... PREGNANT! I MUST BE PREGNANT!"

Worse still is my other half's face when I walked downstairs this morning and said it was another BFN.

My symptoms, imagined or real are;

  • lethargy/tiredness
  • tender boobs (more on the left side)
  • A weird feeling in my boobs, like there's just SOMETHING Going on with them.
  • Fartilicous... more gas than a hippo after beans
  • Waves of feeling... just weird

The thing is strange things are afoot because:

1 - normally a week before my period I know, because I start cramping but nothing this month at all.

2 - I've been doing Slimming World for 13 weeks now, lost over 2 stone and I lose every week without fail - even at period time. Last week... I maintained and I had been amazingly good.

The ClearBlue ovulation thingy I was using told me I was fertile on the 8th of August. We went for it on the 8th, 9th, 10th... but my periods are all over the place. 41 days is the longest I've gone, today is day 40... is there STILL a chance that its too early?

I WISH I'D BEEN BORN WITH TESTICLES INSTEAD!! (not as well as ovaries, that would be odd)

CherryPie3 · 03/09/2014 07:32

Oh impatience, bfn here too! The critically acclaimed super drug own brand.

I nearly told DH last night that I thought I was pregnant. Chickened out in the end, it would freak him out since his meltdown... I definitely feel different, so tired! I was asleep by 8pm last night and the night before. Hoping it's just too early to test with my dodgy cycle this month, I think it's only a week since ovulation so I'll retest in a week.

Those super drug twin pack tests are buy one get one half price by the way... Four tests for just under £7.50!

Have a positive day ladies xx

ImpatiencePersonified · 03/09/2014 07:05

Why oh chuffing why is it still negative? DAY 40......
Clear Blue 3 - Hormonal Woman 0
I feel differenter, I'm sure I do

Maybe it's just trapped wind

2 days till that 300 mile journey.

I need that BFP!

CherryPie3 · 02/09/2014 11:22

Forgot to add my sore boobs!

They've been sore for a few days now, nipples were especially sore in the shower last night, like knives!

I reeeeallly want to test but it's faaaaaar too early.

CherryPie3 · 02/09/2014 10:15

can't

CherryPie3 · 02/09/2014 10:14

Morning ladies :)

Thanks to you impatience I'm stocking up on Swiss rolls. allyourfault Grin
Good for you flushing the fmu away! I have deliberately not bought any tests, if I don't have them I can pee on them. I will buy one next week though.

beaver sounds like something's going on for you hun :( CD63? That's bloody crazy! Hope something conclusive happens soon so you can move forward.

I said I wasn't coming back to conception boards after my dh's u-turn, but I can't stay away. I'm starting to crazily believe I might be pregnant. I'm not even a week past ovulation so I'm obviously delusional. don't care

Symptoms for today, cd42.

• no af

• increased creamy cervical fluid. I mean loads, I'm flooding...

• nausea, no sickness but really thought I was going to chuck up multiple times yesterday and this morning.

• hot flushes/chills. Seriously, I can't keep my internal thermostat happy!

• abdominal something's. They're not cramps, not stomach ache, sort of pulling, stretchy sort of funny feelings.

• mood swings. My poor DH. Blush

• starving to off all food in 0.17 seconds.

• craving odd (for me) food. Cheese spread and butter on toast? Nothing out of the ordinary but usually I'd be like,

So there we go, so going these symptoms it's obvious what's going on... I need me a straight jacket.

Have a good day ladies. Hope something happens for us soon xx

ImpatiencePersonified · 02/09/2014 09:09

Thanks a squillion... well CD 39 in the big baby house and still no show of AF. I have more symptoms than a hypochondriac at a plague party and absolutely no signs that AF is about to make an appearance but determined not to do a test today - yesterday was a BFN so I can't see it changing overnight (or can it?). Plus I made sure my FMU was flushed away... no temptation and no option but to wait till tomorrow.
GAHHHH
Beaver you sound exhausted lovely lady, try and get some rest xx

Beaverfeaver2 · 01/09/2014 20:03

Welcome impatience!

Fingers crossed you get bfp 300 miles away.

My update is no news and am now on cd 63.
Took today off work as I'm exausted still and it's not getting any better. I slept until noon after going to sleep at 10:30 the night before.
I've got a bit of a runny nose and constipated so think I'm just coming down with something.
Getting really angry at my body as I hardly fit into my clothes without rediculous muffin tops and was hoping to blame it on pregnancy.

It just seems that I'm getting fat on my own doing though.

Finding it hard to stay positive.

I've never been skinny but I life to at least stay a size 12/14 and I'm struggling.
I'm
Only short too so it doesn't sit well

ImpatiencePersonified · 01/09/2014 12:22

Hah!

There was cakes but I threw them on the floor and am currently rolling around in them. I heard somewhere in the deepest darkest rainforest that rolling in swiss rolls can increase your fertility and at this point will give anything a shout.

I really do hate waiting...

LuceLondon · 01/09/2014 12:18

Im in the exact same boat! im on CD35, tested on CD33 with BFN and had pink spotting this morning - is that period, or IB? :S

CherryPie3 · 01/09/2014 12:16

Welcome impatiencepersonified

You're in great company here, we have not the slightest idea what's going on with us either! :)

Hope you brought cake!! Wink

ImpatiencePersonified · 01/09/2014 10:44

Oh thank gawd I found you girls..... I thought I was the only one going mental in this whole friggin journey.

I have no idea what half the letters you're typing actually mean so its been fun finding this post and trying to work out what the bejeebus is going on but I think I'm there - and you should all be honoured; this is my first ever post - HURRAH.

So I'm staying to imagine symptoms I'm sure of it but I have erratic cycles since coming off the pill in Jan, (you'll need to excuse my ignorance in jargon here) and so far my cycles have been 21 days, 33 days, 39 days, 36 days and last month 41 days. I swear my ovaries hate me.

I'm on day 38 now and have convinced myself that not only am I pregnant, but my imaginary child will be announced when I travel the 300 miles to see my inlaws at the weekend. Unfortunately the preg tests and I disagree with another negative this morning.

IT AINT OVER TILL THE EGG ESCAPES!

CherryPie3 · 01/09/2014 10:23

And I was on the pill!

CherryPie3 · 01/09/2014 10:22

It had been a while - not a whole!

CherryPie3 · 01/09/2014 10:21

Absolutely live in hope Beaver! You just never know. :)

Sorry your DH is being, well, like mine. What strange creatures they are really eh?

How I wish I didn't know so much about ttc, then I couldn't symptom spot. With dd (my first pregnancy) I didn't even know I was pregnant, or late on af. I just thought one day that it had been a whole since af, DH (dp at the time) suggested getting a hpt - did it in the toilets of KFC. Bam, 2 lines. It was Friday 13th too, 2004! We had just booked our wedding reception the day before and all I could think was "my dad's gonna kill me". Grin

MSMB · 31/08/2014 22:59

Live in hope Beaver you never know! Keep us updated! Fingers crossed! Xx

Beaverfeaver2 · 31/08/2014 21:01

I can relate cherry.
This would be our first but DH says that although he's happy to TTC he would be equally fine if we didn't.
He knows I have been wanting it badly for years and that if we do it's the right time but I know not to push him on it.

Makes it worse whe I am worried that there are issues with me as I don't want to discuss it much with him.

He did notice u was sad yesterday and I told him how I was feeling and he was very supportive but he wouldn't feel upset if I couldn't.

I'm symptom spotting all the time.
I'm exhausted, saw throat, runny nose, itchy head, greasy skin and hair and bloated the whole time.

But people keep telling me that there is no chance I'm pregnant with 2 negative hpt.

I know they are probably right but I still live in hope

CherryPie3 · 31/08/2014 20:03

Thanks Beaver. In all honesty I think he got scared. If we had another child lots of changes would have to be made, from car size to bedroom arrangements... Financially things would be very tight but ok.

I'm 99% sure he doesn't want to try anymore though. :(

And the strange thing is I've been having strange symptoms the last couple days - extreme tiredness, heart palpitations, nausea, headaches, unable to catch my breath/breathe deeply, mood swings... All hopeful symptoms but I will just wait and see. I'm barely even hopeful although the symptoms are promising. xx

Beaverfeaver2 · 31/08/2014 19:52

Cherry. Hope you feel more positive soon.
I'm sure your DH didn't mean to come across in the way he did.

Men am have a strange way of showing their feelings sometimes.
