Foresight preconception

Hi all

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy with a much wanted pregnancy. I contacted foresight preconception charity to try and get healthy in the off chance that any future problems could be minimised. I was hoping for a friendly thread of people's personal experience from using the charity's service and how long they had to wait before ttc etc?
