I've been really itchy for days. I know its a pg symptom but is it also just a pre af symptom? It's driving me cAngryazy!

I'm 10 dpo now and got + opk. Finding it such hard work with DH though. Last night I got a bit upset as wanted to DTD but I always feel like I am keeping onto DH to do it and the onus is always on me. He wants children just as much as me but it's always me that has to initiate things. I know that I know what's going on timing wise better than he does and sometimes I try to tell him that this is the week we need to be DTD but its just awkward and unromantic which he often comments on. How does everyone else manage this? We would be lucky to DTD once a week under normal circumstances so this is really upping our game. Any handy tips welcome please!

Quick question - do any of you get spots on your chin around ovulation or af?
Im currently cd21 on 1st cycle after the pill, so not too sure what is happening. I stopped using the cb opk after 9 days of flashing smileys, then yesterday used a ic opk and got a strong line but not quite as dark as the control line. Did another one today and there is no line. Have had af style cramps for the last couple of days and have got a couple of spots on my chin - I have distant memory of this meaning af was imminent - but it seems a bit soon??

I'm wondering whether af is on the way. No spotting or cramping just manic cleaning! It always hits me the day before af a bit like nesting. All very strange! Blush I'm just plain odd. But it's always been the same. Think it's like that coz i always seem to get so wiped out by af I'm incapable of standing up sometimes. Sad

kitty i think it was you saying about libido. mine seems quite high at mo Blush but ive been to tired to do anything about it! im normally like that during af Blush
I am around 4/5dpo and feeling rather upbeat and hopeful right now. the books for dh have arrived and now im waiting for the paper to wrap them in. ive started reading them and they seem very helpful and funny!
just hope I can give them to him soon.

katy naked upside down peddling (nudp) is very popular, same as a pillow under your hips and staying in bed for 20mins to help the swimmers get to their destination.

I'm having one of those nights where I keep randomly bursting into tears. It dawned on me I shouldve been approaching the 20 week mark - Wednesday.

Also I have a lump in my throat and it's very uncomfortable!!!

sunshine I agree I waa told it could take up to a year for it to get out of my system my periods cane back after 7 months and we started ttc a few months after 16 months and im only just ovulating. Ive asked gynae and my normal doc and neither think its the depos fault.

pikz I can't see a line sorry fx it gets stronger!

hetty sorry about and the time off but treatment is to important

katy if your comfy dtd with the cm why not it cant hurt

Oh Hetty I am so sorry. If it's any help I had DS after 2 coloscopys, lap, hsg, adhesion removal and tube clean. Fell preggers 4 weeks after the final op.

I completely agree MrsE. Will pick up something tomorrow. Only keep cheapies until I get a hint as stops me becoming a maniac

Pikz I can see a line but I'd really like you to test on something a bit more sturdy. I'm a bit dubious about these cheapy tests. I've had a few false positives. I really hope it can be reinforced by something else tomorrow with fmu. X

I'm afraid my bus pass is no longer valid - AF arrived one day earlier than expected today, stupid cow, so I've had a few tears which I'm now mopping up with chocolate.

I don't think I'll be on the buses for a bit - doctor says we have to use contraception until after my colposcopy as they wouldn't treat any nasty cells if there was a chance I was pregnant, and any treatment will require a 4-6 week sex ban afterwards to minimise the risk of infection. So no September bus for me and probably no October/November bus either. I feel very sad :-(

In the nicest possible way, I don't want to see any of you ladies when I come back - I want you all to be firmly settled on antenatal threads with all this CM, OPK, temps nonsense a dim and distant memory!
