I still have murderous thoughts towards flashing smileys genni Absolutely soul destroying when you get them day after day and no solid arrives. I completely understand the pressure to keep DTD in case "tomorrow" is the solid smiley day Sad
It is programmed to keep showing flashings until an LH surge so your first oestrogen surge may have led to nothing and you may not have had a "second go" yet. Go easy on yourself and switch to some non ClearBlue OPKs (cheaper!) if you can or at the least, save yourself for that positive xx

ohlordyplordy · 06/08/2014 10:39

Sorry to hear your news mademoiselle. Reading all of you brave ladies posts makes me realise what a huge step we're taking, and that it could be a long emotional journey.
I had thought I'd come off the pill and just let nature take it's course, but I'm already tracking temp and cm, reading tciyf, stalking mumsnet! It's so easy to get obsessed.

KittyVonCatsington · 06/08/2014 10:38

Hi Bobsy! Wow, 19 cycles...hopefully this bus will be lucky for you

Creamy CM is a good sign Chandlers. You have every right to feel some real hope Grin Mmmm craft beer...def want a drink this weekend!

EnglishGirlsReturned · 06/08/2014 10:01

Mademoiselle, you seem very positive. It tools two weeks exactly to get a negative hpt after erpc at 11 weeks, so I'd imagine yours might take a little longer.
Don't worry about the extra weight, just take it easy, it'll come off. Just lol after yourself. ThanksThanks

MademoiselleG · 06/08/2014 09:48

Nnwaaaawww thank you all for the big fuzzy welcome, feeling a bit better now after my early morning wobble! We have just come back from 2.5 weeks away and there's heaps to do! Thankfully I'm on holiday still, poor dh had to march straight off to work. Amongst the things on my to do list as soon as we got home was to pee on a FRER just to make sure and sadly, it's still positive, so I'm actually not quite on the ttc wagon yet...ah well, it'll happen eventually I'm sure and then everything will go very fast abs we will look back and still find ourselves saying "where has all that time gone!" - at least that's what I'm hoping.
I'm also annoyed because -trivial matters ahoy!- I actually managed to put on a stone while pregnant and haven't shifted it at all (holiday drinking and eating didn't help!) so if I do get pregnant soon or before shifting the weight, I'll just end up mahoosive! I KNOW that in the big scheme of things, it's irrelevant, but still.Hmm No cake for me! Three loads if washing and then I'll be off to the gym I think. Or maybe I'll catch up on OBEM first...whoops!

Big hugs to all those who got negative results here. Take it easy and be kind to yourselves ThanksThanks

spinningirl10 · 06/08/2014 09:33

Hi Bobsy and welcome Grin

Ooh Chandler, I have fx for you!

spinningirl10 · 06/08/2014 09:29

Oh Mademoiselle, I remember you from before and I'm so very sorry to hear you sad news. Sending you a big hug and i hope you get a sticky healthy bean soonThanks

gennibugs · 06/08/2014 09:26

chandlers I am keeling everything crossed for you! Do you normally get cramps etc pre AF?

Here at chez genni I've got my ten millionth (well it feels like it!) flashing smiley. Will soldier on dtd. Except DH is away tomorrow and sods law I bet I get my fixed then. grrr Angry

gennibugs · 06/08/2014 09:23

mademoiselle I am so sorry to read your news. what a brave lady you are, I can't even begin to imagine how hard that all was. I hope you get your bfp soon.

angelaham · 06/08/2014 09:13

MademoiselleG sorry to hear about your last pregnancy, wishing you well and hoping you move forward to a healthy happy pregnancy x

ChandlersFarang · 06/08/2014 08:49

Mademoiselle you are a strong lady, hugs to you for what you've had to go through. ThanksThanks Best of luck back on here, the Bus of Lolz! We're all in it together.

Hugs to all of you that are out for this bus - don't forget now this one's out the way, you're one bus closer to your BFPs as Kitty once said. Smile

So after my giant sulk/consolation Magnum/surrender yesterday (including ranting to DH, and drinking a load of craft beer/Stout!!!!!) following my usual AF cramps turning up at 9DPO, it's now late afternoon in Bangkok on 10DPO and still no AF? Last cycle, she was there waiting for me first thing in the morning on 10DPO. Am on major CrotchWatch now, but just getting creamy CM. Had the odd poky feeling, but no more cramps. This last few hours might LITERALLY be the closest I've ever felt to maybe actually something happening for me (!!!ShockGrin!!!) but am also now VERY aware of how nobbish this sounds so early and setting myself up for a fall. So am going to chill quietly, keep hawk-eying the underwear for AF, and enjoy your chat until I potentially bust out a FRER tomorrow. Fuck!! ShockShockShockShockShockShock

BobsyBoo · 06/08/2014 08:42

Can I join the bus please?

BobsyBoo, 38, TTC #2, Cycle 19, BFP/AF due from around 19th August.

Good luck everyone Smile

cinnamongreyhound · 06/08/2014 08:38

MademoiselleG I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through. Hope that it all happens quickly for you and helps you to move forward Thanks

Sorry for all those with bfn's this morning too!

Wineandchoccy · 06/08/2014 08:22

Hi mademoiselle, I'm really sorry to hear your sad news I hope you get a BFP very soon and have a happy and healthy pregnancy.

KittyVonCatsington · 06/08/2014 08:21

Mademoiselle Of course I remember you and am truly upset you have had to go through hell Flowers You made such a brave decision, I am in awe of you. We all welcome you back with extra wide open arms and will be here for you. Praying you are super fertile this month xxx

And Pikz BFNs are gutting to see Sad Treat yourself today

On my end, my BBTs have risen again after being super low whilst taking the Soy Isoflavones. Hope this isn't a bad sign that they have had no effect.
Could so do with a night out this weekend-I'm off to Google how alcohol affects ovulation...

EnglishGirlsReturned · 06/08/2014 08:20

Mademoiselle I'm so sorry to read your news. And I know your desperation to be pregnant again. I hope you get there quickly. But do take the time to grieve.
I waited 5 weeks for my first AF and convinced myself I was pg in that time, when AF arrived it was like being run over by a truck. Although the waiting isn't what you want to hear I think it allows you to heal slightly. Sending you big hugs.

Treaclepie19 · 06/08/2014 08:18

Hi mademoiselle,
You have dealt with all of this so well. Sending big hugs and I'm so glad you're feeling well enough to ttc again.

Spotti · 06/08/2014 08:17

Made - I was thinking about you just yesterday. Sending you a ginormous >>>virtual squeeze

MrsExtraOrdinary · 06/08/2014 08:14

Nordicmom · 06/08/2014 08:11

Mademoiselle , I'm so very sorry about what you've had to go through :(!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 06/08/2014 07:59

Mademoiselle how completely and utterly gutting. I'm so very very sorry for your loss. Thanks

But you are right we are all mad as a box of frogs over here and you are definitely in good company. Fx for you it's not a long wait this time Wink

Bfn again for me too so like Pikz, sorry Pikz, I think I must really be out now. I think I must have oved after the last ewcm now perhaps. I think that was Wednesday 20th. I can't imagine with packing for holiday on the Thursday we dtd then so it must have been the Wednesday. So maybe I oved about Friday. Which would account for why af hasn't turned up. Didn't dtd at all until about Tuesday so I must be out too.

I think this is a lesson that I don't learn month after month....I'm stopping dtd too early! Shock

I wonder what the lightening crotch was? Odd! Just plain odd!

So still waiting for af, not even spotting yet. Although been cramping on and off for about 10 days. Next month will be taking kitty vits, testing ov, intent crotch watch from cd12-cd24, in the hunt for ewcm.(I think this is a better indicator than anything for me) And I'm going to dtd a whole week after I think I oved. Dtd bit is going to be the hard bit!

Morning all!
And back in the ttc bus I go...
It's a long story but sadly, our baby was very ill and we chose to terminate the pregnancy on July 15th. I was 15 weeks pregnant.
So now, although I feel like my heart has been ripped open, all I can think about is getting pg again. And what better place to share the manic compulsive obsessive POAS addiction than with my trusted Penis Dragon ladies?!
So here I am, finally getting negative pg tests (who'd have thought I'd ever say this?) although I was using ic tests and will probably do a FF today to be sure. Mw advised to wait until I've had a period but it's just so they can date accurately, so I'm ignoring that advice; I'll be a nervous wreck by the time I'm pg again anyway and probably paying for extra scans every other day (only mildly exaggerating!) just to feel reassured!

So here are my stats:
MademoiselleG ttc#3 cycle 1 CD?! DD1 2.5years DC2 TFMR at 15w

Big waves to all the names I recognise from the march/April buses Wine

lp2014 · 06/08/2014 07:39

Cycle day 29 for me. Will test at weekend if no af xx
