KittyVonCatsington · 07/08/2014 20:37

Bless you Katy -am unlikely to be successful this month as I've gotten used to failure Grin and feel part of the furniture but I always hope!

December is a scary thought isn't it English ! Positive thinking -
WE CAN DO IT!!!

KittyVonCatsington · 07/08/2014 20:28

It's been a long sale process for you MrsE - I hope you complete soon as the stress can't be doing you any good. Hope you have the campers on ice when you do!

EnglishGirlsReturned · 07/08/2014 20:24

Thanks kitty, yeah I have joined but don't honk we will be trying to be honest.
I can't believe how fast it's gone. It will be December again before we know it!

Big hugs for you, enjoy your drinks and don't worry about them affecting your temps - just have fun! :)

KittyVonCatsington · 07/08/2014 18:45

Hi Katy Get whatever you feel will help you, rather than add stress for you, so if a CBFM gives you the support you need, go for it. Nothing wrong with the cheap OPKs either of course, but it's totally up to you. I'd say something else alongside checking CM, would be better than the guess work the apps give you. The apps don't know what's happening with your body-only what you input Grin
This cycle, take a breather and aim to DTD every other day or every two days till about CD22 or so (just in case you ovulate late)
For most people that is fine and you'll soon find out if you are "most people" or not and what works for you Smile Give your DH a big hug and a kiss and talk about his day for a bit and see where things lie. It will help you feel sooo much better.

Treacle a huge hug and a squeeze-so sorry the bitch appeared. Miscarriages truly mess with your cycles as well as everything else. I see you have joined the September bus how did we get to September already, it was December a second ago so just see September as getting baby ready xxx

Just did an OPK and the second line is close but not close enough-I just don't know if the LH surge is on it's way out or in! Will keep an eye on those temps but might well have a drink this weekend which could confuse things anyway (I'm heading south to Brighton this weekend MrsE!) so I'll just keep initiating DTD as well. I've been very uncomfortable today so I hope something positive is happening! Just can't believe it's CD12 -yay, as normally I'm waiting another week before something even starts to happen. Long cycles suck-Grrr!

Katybear123 · 07/08/2014 16:48

Thanks blueberry I know ur right I just want it do much. R the cheap opk's any good? I was going to get a clear blue fertility monitor but I know a few folk on here don't think they r that great?

Pubroast82 · 07/08/2014 16:29

Hello ladies, newly and nervously boarding the bus as 3 days late but still BFN... good luck to all esp MrsExtraOrdinary and Pikz who look to be in same boat. Stats 32, cycle 7, ttc No 1 xxx

Siarie · 07/08/2014 15:17

Blueberry haha 10DPO is a good call but I am really feeling quite certain about not testing early.

Oh interestingly I noticed last cycle I had a fall back rise after ovulation also, so I guess it's all normal.

Has anyone else had the same with their temps? FX my temps go up.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 07/08/2014 15:07

Ginger its remarkably fluffy today Wink but I think I'm nearing the end if limbo with slightly darker cm. please please please just get on with it! Grin

aprilray I'm planning to go down to 4 days a week if nothing happens in the next month or two - I think it's a really good idea if it's feasible.

blue hope it isn't AF and it's just your body playing tricks!

I need advice ladies. Does lots of EWCM mean you are ovulating or that you are about to ov? and is it likely to be in the next 24 hours? ive just got loads, DH is away til late tomorrow - we're stuffed aren't we!

Aprilray · 07/08/2014 14:31

Ooh, good news that it looks like you're going to ov before your DH goes away Sunbathing!
I go through phases of hating my job too...I hate my commute too even though it's not as bad as a lot of people. I have just gone down to 4 days a week (feel free to throw things at me!) as DH and I thought it would help if I had more time to relax - fx! My best friend and another close friend are both on maternity leave and I am so Envy

xBlueberry88x · 07/08/2014 14:19

Afternoon ladies,

Im a little down today as it feels like AF is on her way 4 days early as I have had cramps all day booo!!!

Chandlers I have no idea how long my lp is because the is the first month ive had confirmed ovulation (I wasnt ovulating, but believe I have been for about 3 months).

Kitty Fire boobs is and interesting one!! What did dr google say? Lol at used your DH haha

Pikz Sorry about AF

Katy The apps are all different annoyingly it would do you well to use opks (get a load of cheapies on ebay), but dont do them until afternoon to give the LH time to build.
Do try and not get to stressed it really is early days for you and stress does not help when ttc. Also try not to pressure DH men are a lot more sensitive than we think, my dp finds its hard sometimes it fairly normal!!

Kurama you do find some amazing pictures lol. Hope the bleeding in implantation!!

Detective It depends how long your lp is but that still leaves you with a long enough one I believe

MrsE limbo sucks!!

Genni sorry its still flashy!!

Siarie good luck on poas lol I vote 10dpo lol

Sunbathing I would say thats almost positive, the instructions say the line has to be darker or the same as the control line to be positive.

Had a nice lay in today before starting work at 1pm I definately needed that!!

Sunshinesaz86 · 07/08/2014 13:58

Your welcome, FF had me down as oving last cycle on CD14 as it was my 1st proper and i ended up oving earlier this month at CD12 it seems so get jumping DH as much as possible between now and then and good luck!

Now i am unsure whether i am being ridiculous, but i am 8dpo and im getting a dull ache at the bottom of back/legs/bum area similar to before AF and i looked at my boobs today (i never take notice of my boobies as theire falsies, so hard to feel what is going on) (tmi) but i have spotted some blue veins, they could of always been there but i dont think they have been, or i am making it up into my sympton spotting madness!!! eeek so long before i can poas!!!......and breathe!

MrsGingerbread · 07/08/2014 13:58

Sunbathing that is the most positive opk results I ever get, so looks good!

1dpo here (yay!) and my hair feels nasty. Will have to change shampoo (and spot it as a symptom even though it is far too early! )

MrsE How's your hair looking today?

Hi sunbathing they look like same opks I used and I got my positive on cd11 and it looked like that the next day completely clear!! Have tried a few more since just to check and nothing! So I would suggest treating it as positive and just keep DTD over next few days and keep testing also just to be covered!! Good luck!

Thanks sunbathing at, genius bugs and mrs extraordinary. I am pleased I'm not along on hating job snap on it being stressful it doesn't very often let up! Going part time isn't an option sadly. I have a head hunter contacting me and I really want to spk to her but if I leave I would have to delay kids and I don't want to.

Re ov symptoms apart from full aches no others I can see. Cm is creamy but not stick and no ewcm but I didn't get any last cycle either so maybe I guess I don't get it.

Don't temp dh found that a bit stressful with the buzzer first thing in the am. Think will test ov next month my prob is I always wake in night for a wee I drink a lot of water I guess it's usually 4am should I just save that wee? And do I need to know the time?

Re dtd we did it cd 9, we were shooting for eod. In fairness to hubbie he tried it just didn't work :-(

Sunbathing thankyou needed a hug Smile

Definitely don't leave it another year. The one thing I didn't regret was having my children, even if they chose to come at the most inopportune times. I hope you don't have to wait too long. Being a mummy is the best thing in the world.
