Pie and mashed -mine lets me test whenever in a cycle so long as it's in the morning testing window. are you sure yours wouldn't test after a bfp?

I'm somewhere in the tww but not sure where. Cbfm thinks I'm about 8 dpo but all symptoms put me at about 10dpo. Hasn't stopped me poas mind, all bfn. I don't know what gets into me, after the disappearing bfp last month I promised myself no more early testing, I've done it twice! Think af is due at the weekend so will try not to test for another week, torture! But you could test chunder!

Hi chunder it's frustrating isn't it! maybe it missed your peak? Day 17 for me and still highs, had high everyday this month, first test at day 9. Hoping I get peak in next couple of days, fingers crossed!

Well I am on cd26 now and the 18th day of testing and my 17th high this month!!!! Unbelievable.... I have no idea what is happening! DH reckons I might be pg but given the absolute bitch of an AF I suffered I just don't think that is possible! So confused and fed up! How is everyone else getting on?

Promise it works! Only one thing, once you get a bfp, you can only test once for that cycle... Good luck xxx

Im getting a bit pissed off with my CBFM. So much for identifying the 4/5 most fertile days. Yet again I am on a run of highs, 8 so far. Not got to the time of last months peak yet and very surprised that it is late in my cycle. Day 20 last time.

CD 16 today and so far dtd on 11, 13 & 15,- guess we just keep going on the eod strategy.

AF due around 7 Oct I think...pretty irregular tho so who knows...add cd 24 to that list

Hey ladies af arrived this am so on to cycle 5. Cycle 2 using cbfm. Doesn't want test till cd9 owing to my last peak being cd17 I guess. Fingers crossed this cycle brings me more luck with the swimmers as we timed dtd perfectly with the peaks

So I am think the monitor may have missed my peak this cycle (2nd using the monitor)... I've been reading high since cd11, its now CD 24 and still high! Got my peak last month on cd21....all a bit strange. Based on physical symptoms I think maybe I I'd around cd18-19....very difficult to tell though as have no o pains and very little cm. I think maybe I have a very short luteal surge.

We have DTD on days 7,8, 9,10,11,14,15,17,19 and 21 so far... hopefully we are covered

I used two different batches this month as I had 4 left from last month. Monitor didn't seem to mind. I guess it might if you muddled two batches together though. I went for sticking the same stick in each day after peak this month. Although I think it may gave got my peal wrong this month so I'm not sure whether doing that confuses it somehow?

Thanks for all your help in this thread. I had one low (day 6) and then all highs until day 25 (day 20 of testing). I'm hoping for something more helpful next cycle although my cycles are long (36 days) so I guess that might compromise results.

You all seem to have a good handle on how the monitor works.

My next question is, some of you have mentioned saving on sticks after a peak (as the machine is just on autopilot and not really reading).

But is there not something about sticks having to be in the same batch of ten? Can someone explain that part to me please? Like if theoretically I got a peak on day 14 of testing, would the 6 remaining tests be usable the following cycle?

Use the urine that has been 'held' the longest. Using fmu is supposed to get the most concentrated version of your urine so going for the pee which has been held longest applies the same principle.

Hi ladies quick q for u. I drink a lot of water a regularly get up at least once sometimes twice in the night.

Do if I go to sleep at 23.00 wake at 2.00 to pea, wake at 4.30 to pea and then get up at 7.30 to pea which is the right pea to use?? I'm confused? Also I sometimes only wake once what then.

newbie after your first peak you will automatically get another peak, then a high then back to low. It's frustrating as it's not actually reading the sticks and you may as well just put the same stick in (which is what I did) to save on them.

Got my high day before yest, yest got a peak and today was also a peak BUT I also tested on a normal CB digi test today and got an empty circle So.....does the monitor automatically give you 2 peaks when it first gets a peak or is one of them wrong? So confused!!!! X

No, it doesn't ask for pg tests. Just test when you want to

Quick q for those using the monitor, in cycle 1 if u got a peak does the cbfm tell u when to do a preg test? I have 2 more fertility tests left to go taking me to cd25 assume it won't ask for more then, but does it then kick in to estimate when af if due?

Hi ladies cd23 here, been low since cd 20, it wants 2 more sticks and I guess then it will ask for a preg test or af will arrive. No idea what to think this cycle it was great to get a peak and that made me really hopeful and we dtd both peak days and 2 of the 5 high days so we will see. No idea if to early for signs at 5 dpo but no cm at all and lots of ladies seem to have creamy cm before they find out so I guess that's not a good sign :-(

Hi guys, weirdly got a peak today, was so sure I had missed it this month. All other signs were pointing to weds or Thursday having been ov time. More dtd tonight then, poor DP thought he was having a night off.

Oh chunder, hopefully all that dtd up to now will do the trick. Ttc seems so easy until you start doesn't it x

Hi all, glad to hear of the highs and peaks...I am having almost the opposite to last month-it cd21 now and I've had highs since cd14, no peak yet...hoping will get peak tomorrow or Tuesday. DH is away tomorrow again tho may have to do some early morning DTD if I get my peak. Things are a bit quieter in normal life now thank goodness but am feeling so desperate lately about TTC. Am trying to be more positive but it's just so hard

Cycle 2 with CBFM and stick peed on as requested today (cd9). A high..... is it bad to say that I wanted to see a low?? I had 14 high readings before peak last cycle so this month we are pacing ourselves. No dtd until at least day 11/12 unless the machine tells me otherwise.
