The Rules...

(1) A lady may only POAS on a Friday.
(2) Friday means the day that everyone calls Friday in the time zone where you spent the night.
(3) Rule (1) does not apply to POA-OPK-S, UNLESS they are being illegitimately used as surrogate HCG detectors, in which case Rule (1) most definitely does apply
(4) Rule (1) does not apply following a BFP because if you want to waste £25 a day POADigiS that's your prerogative
(5) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady is POAS in an attempt to get a BFN to prove she can start DTD with intent
(6) Rule (1) does not apply if a lady wants for unknown reason to pee on an actual stick, like a twig or some such, if that lady is unexpectedly caught short whilst tramping in the forest looking for bears.
(7) These rules (including Rule (1)) are subject to the change at any time if the ladies of the Posifrickentivity thread decide on a whim come up with empirical evidence to prove that it is luckier to POAS on any other day of the week
(8) Violators of Rule (1) shall be subject to fish throwing.

And as a grand finale, why not pledge to NEVER POAS before 14DPO?

Oh wow daisy that is the best news. Something to Smile about! Here is hoping for more good news in July. It may not be bfp's all round but it could be AF returning, ovulation etc or just feeling a little more hopeful!! Fingers X for is all!

Daisybell1 · 01/07/2014 15:14

Ooh shiny new thread! Scan done and there's a heartbeat. Am stunned.

broodylicious · 01/07/2014 15:07

sal I'm on the Boosh diet - it's working for me. Similar to cambridge but nicer and cheaper. Lost a stone in two weeks xx

Lou07708 · 01/07/2014 14:54

MrsM Welcome. The best thing about this thread is you probably thought you were alone and slightly insane then you read our thoughts daily and realise, those crazy thought are actually normal. 10 days is still really early and hormones will be up and down. one day at a time and the fear and anxiety is NORMAL.

Littlelady33 · 01/07/2014 14:30

Hello ladies thanks Sal for the new thread! All quiet over here on cd 4 and feeling positive about July!

Boozle80 · 01/07/2014 14:29

I've just eaten ice-cream for the third day running. Need. To. Stop!! Not sure I'm the best to give advice on diet!at the mo! It tastes so good though!

Mrsm14 · 01/07/2014 14:29

Hi all, wanted to drop in and introduce myself, although I'm a bit all over the place when I think about ttc again. Mmc and erpc ten days ago and I'm still off work at the moment. Feeling sad, pissed off and lacking all motivation and keep worrrying I should be doing better, or that I am too anxious to get pregnant or have a safe pregnancy now. Aargghh. Sorry, I'm just a bit of a mess. Really want to be pregnant again but terrified of another mc and that I won't be able to cope with all of this. Hoping some good news stories will help me feel a bit braver x

tannyLoo · 01/07/2014 14:28

Dulcet sounds like your homework is going well. I've counted the first day of full of bleeding as day 1, like in a regular cycle. I've had days of spotting or on/off bleeding before, so it can be tricky to calculate for certain.

tannyLoo · 01/07/2014 14:25

Tiny! Nice to see you here...

TinyTear · 01/07/2014 14:15

For me the ERPC days I considered CD1... and with the medical management, it was vaguely correct the main day as CD1...

DulcetMoans · 01/07/2014 14:13

Ah, I should have waited a couple of hours to jump on the new one - afternoon all!

Sal - the diets and plans didn't work for me either but I did get referred to a dietician who helped me see the really bloody obvious things, plan out my diet and sort out portions. That and upping the exercise helped me lose 5 stone. Did they offer you any kind of support?

I understand the first cycle after a MC is the WTF cycle (see, I did the homework!) but is there any clue as to what should happen? Is the MC considered CD1 or anything? I'm confused already!

TinyTear · 01/07/2014 14:04

Not 21 dpo - cycle day 21!!

TinyTear · 01/07/2014 14:01

Hello, Can I join?

Currently 21dpo

Just started progesterone prescribed by prof. B in Coventry where I am also waiting for my NK cell results...

Had 3 mc prior to DD and 2 mc since... Can usually be found in the recurrent miscarriage thread...

Treaclepie19 · 01/07/2014 13:57

Or even *setting myself up for a fall. Did I mention I'm tired? :p

Treaclepie19 · 01/07/2014 13:56

Similar to me then brummie :)

I've been doing ever so well for like 4 days :p now today I'm obsessed over symptoms. Feel sick, tired, lots of cm and had sore boobs.

I'm letting myself down for a fall aren't I?!?

greysar · 01/07/2014 13:55

Marking place! July will be our month too Smile

Sal, calorie counting is the only thing that really works for me (I'm trying to drop a few lbs again to hopefully make getting upduffed easier...) and SparkPeople is the best way of counting I've found- lots of resources and you COLLECT POINTS as you go so it feels like you're achieving something!!

Foxtrot7459 · 01/07/2014 13:55

Hello everyone....

I'm currently in the wtf cycle waiting patiently (believe that and you believe anything) for AF to make an appearance. Two weeks post mc and decided not to dtd straight away. Days are passing so slowly.... But hopefully will get upduffed soon!!

My goal is to be pregnant enough to tell people by Christmas.

ZebraZeebra · 01/07/2014 13:53

Fingers crossed Brummiegirl!!

Hope26 · 01/07/2014 13:51

hey ladies , lovely to see new thread!

Brummiegirl15 · 01/07/2014 13:35

Ooh hello ladies - fancy seeing you here on this nice new shiny thread!!

Thanks for sorting - was worried we were going to drop off the end of the other one.

I'm on 2ww - am on 4 dpo and I admit to feeling a bit damp er down below and sore boobs!!

Praying for a BFP...

tannyLoo · 01/07/2014 13:33

Hmm, Sal not sure it's all it's cracked up to be!

Treaclepie19 · 01/07/2014 13:30

It is a sign zebra! I had that last time.
Think its starting again but I'm only 5 dpo so maybe im making it up.

Lou07708 · 01/07/2014 13:30

Phew, found you all

sal LOL at crack-whore suggestion!!!

Just back from my first councilling appointment. Shocked to find out that there isn't a limit how much I see her AND they will continue through next pregnancy. I think I seriously lucked out on my hospital. Any way she seems to think I am doing really really well. I reckon it is all of you that have helped me out soooo much!

I am on the 2ww now. Feeling pretty relaxed about it all but that is because it's way toooo early.

ZebraZeebra · 01/07/2014 13:28

Lol at becoming addicted to crack to lose weight and get pregnant ??

ZebraZeebra · 01/07/2014 13:28

Marking place. Just googled "increased vaginal mucus in early pregnancy" and apparently it's a sign! It's a bastard that it feels like AF starting though. Argh. Hate this.
