Yes, thats what they were...sadly there were expected complications and we had to let go of them...have never really forgiven myself for that...but have tried the best to move on...i am really hoping things go my way this time! :)
i can see many of you have your stories too! here's to our resilience and faith!

I'm probably the least patient person I know, so waiting is driving me mad, I obsessively count the days off on calendar every morning and probably once or twice in the day because that helps me to focus on the fact that days are actually going by. It's mad I know, but works for me. Luckily as I've got quite a bit of waiting to do still.

zoobaby · 09/07/2014 13:08

Good luck indiangirl (sorry, didn't intend to be insensitive, wrote my last post before realising there was a 2nd page of posts).

zoobaby · 09/07/2014 13:02

What is everyone doing to occupy their time? I'm considering testing on Friday but will probably wait til Saturday so DP can get the result with me. It's so bloody hard to wait man!

nomdemere · 09/07/2014 12:33

Indian - I just googled and found 'mono amniotic twins' which I'm guessing is what you meant. That sounds very tough and I am wishing you lots of luck this month.

Good luck indiangirl - I don't know what 'momo' means with respect to your twins, but very sorry about that, it sounds a difficult experience.

I have just done this quiz to work out if spotting is implantation bleeding or not. It didn't seem to think mine was, grrr! but seems quite informative.

I have worked out that tomorrow is the earliest possible day I could test and get a positive result. Of course, I then went and did a test today anyway, and got a BPN. It wasn't even the first wee of the day, so don't know why I did that, but feeling slightly deflated. Roll on tomorrow!

Hello ladies. I'm now 2dpo so just starting the 2ww. First month trying for dc2 but I remember really hating this bit when trying for dd, must have spent a mortgageable fortune on tests so this time I'm determined to not have test in the house until af is actually due. Give me strength!

nomdemere · 09/07/2014 09:42

Sorry about that London - but could it still be that it's a bit early to test? Maybe try again in a couple of days time?

OP posts:
LondonBlondie · 09/07/2014 08:56

Sorry to hear that Didyouevah. Better luck next month!

I tested again this morning and BFN. Still no sign of AF but I guess she must be due at any moment. Pretty disappointed as this was my first time ovulating on Clomid so my expectations were up, but fx that next cycle brings better news.

Plus I'm off to Italy at the end of the month so now can enjoy drinking lots of vino there!!! Every cloud..!

Didyouevah · 08/07/2014 20:23

Definitely AF. I'm out. See some of you next month! Good luck to the rest of you x

Didyouevah · 08/07/2014 19:47

15dpo. Cd26.

Didyouevah · 08/07/2014 19:47

Well I think AF has arrived. Might be implantation bleeding I suppose. Will wait and see in the morning.

LondonBlondie · 08/07/2014 18:14

I have PCOS and taking Clomid to ovulate so I've never really had normal cycles unfortunately, but my FC said that 14 days after ov should be the first day of my period... Think I'll hold off til tomorrow morning and then test then to be sure...

nomdemere · 08/07/2014 13:44

Do you know how long your cycle is normally, London? Then you can count from the first day of your last period to see when your period is due again, and test on that day. If you don't know how long it is, or if it's quite variable, try counting 28 days - that's what I'm doing (though I think my cycle is a few days longer, so if I get a BFN, I'll try again a few days later).

although I am going to throw caution to the wind and start testing 6 days before AF is due since my cheapo Internet tests say they sometimes work that early

OP posts:
LondonBlondie · 08/07/2014 13:20

Oh I'm so confused! I counted 2 weeks from ovulation, which was Monday, but actually I think my period is due tomorrow (Wednesday) so I guess I should wait and see if AF turns up tommorow and then test again? Or would results be accurate today?

I don't think my brain can cope with too much testing and BFNs!!

Fingers crossed for you nomdemere!!!

nomdemere · 08/07/2014 09:42

Yesterday's spotting was only a small amount and seems to have stopped. 4 days till testing...

lilyp2014 · 07/07/2014 23:11

Im sure creamier discharge is a good sign?! FX!!

LondonBlondie · 07/07/2014 22:42

I think AF is due anytime early this week... No sign yet so I'm still in althoughy discharge tonight is a bit creamier than usual, sorry TMI!!

I'm also heavy and bloated in the evening, gahh!! What is all this stress doing to our bodies?!!

lilyp2014 · 07/07/2014 21:21

I really didn't think waiting 2 weeks was going to be so bad.... how wrong could I be!

Sorry you didn't get your BFP London, but there is still time for you! When are you due AF?

I think your spotting could be implantation nomdemere. I'd love a bit of spotting right about now!

No more leaks from the nips today, must have been a one off. Does anyone else feel really heavy and bloated mostly in the evenings? Guess im feeling a little more sensitive today, like when I wanted to cry because DS gave away all of his loom bands at school today and I was looking forward to making things with him tonight. Poor boy, major over reaction over a £1 item haha

nomdemere · 07/07/2014 14:43

Thanks Capy. I really just want to fast forward a week or more so that I can do a definitive test!

OP posts:
Capybara · 07/07/2014 14:17

nomdemere, I think implantation bleeding can happen any time between 6 and 12 days, and actually even earlier/later in some cases. I had a textbook implantation bleed with DS1 - it was on or around day 7 and was old blood (brown) rather than the brighter red blood that I usually get at the start of a period (sorry if TMI!) A week later I got a dark and instantaneous BFP. So actually I think what you're describing is a good sign!

nomdemere · 07/07/2014 13:08

Been looking up implantation bleeding and it seems to happen later than I thought (10-14 days) which means there's a chance that's what's going on at the moment. Caved in and POAS, which was negative, but it's too early anyway (wasn't going to test until the 12th), so still waiting to see what happens...

Thanks LondonBlondie - fingers crossed indeed. It is so stressful isn't it?
I'd been on the pill for nearly 12 years when I started TTC in April, so still getting used to what's 'normal' for me - feel like such a numpty for not even being able to understand my own body!!
