Poppet I'm 4 or 5 days late now, so not loads but I think I'm usually regular. Definitely since I've been keeping track properly I've been bang on time. I called the doc to see if I could go in and have a blood test to find out but they said to wait. I'm terrible at waiting!

Lil exactly the same thing happened to me last week! Had SUCH bad period pain (and was generally feeling very low) that I burst into tears in the staff room on a friend, then every male teacher you could possibly imagine walked in and asked what was wrong! Went home in the end feeling very embarrassed!

Trying not to check mumsnet too much at the mo as really trying to stay relaxed and not think about ttc this month... Missing all the gossip though :) AF has finished now and we'll still DTD lots but not going to worry about ovulation or timing. Will still chip in occasionally though, and no doubt will be back on properly soon!

We are cuddlers who don't care much about mess. Box of tissues on my side, DH's discarded T shirt on his Have to change bed lots anyway because DH radiates so much heat and I like fresh bedding.

Lilla How late is AF? Are you ever late? Is it unusual? I can empathise with getting emotional in teaching. I had a mini meltdown in my office this morning by myself. But then faced my class after Break.

Hah I mean,

at leakage after dtd! Old towel is my advice. Been doing Pilates the last few months so manage to prevent much escaping by 'engaging pelvic floor'! Pillow under bum helps too.
I got a uti the other week though because you're really supposed to have a wee straight after to get rid of any bacteria that might have got near

Had massive breakdown at work today just before classes started after break. Couldn't pull myself together and another teacher had to cover me last minute. Hormones all over the place (still no AF). Must have seemed like such a drama queen to get so stressed about practically nothing. Was too upset to explain to my boss without starting to sob hysterically again. Feel like a right nob [embarassed]

bears when we reach the 12 week stage I am registering for the children centre which is at the bottom of our road about 2 seconds away !!

Ridiculously, I have just had to register DC#2 for nursery! My work nursery is incredibly cheap competitive so you need to register at least a year in advance, and still no guarantee of a place! DD has 2 days / week from September this year as that's all we could get - DC#2 is registered for September 2015!

tori I agree, the leakage is just yuck, yesterday I could feel it all seeping out of me, bleugh! Never understood the people who cuddle straight afterwards ... clean up and THEN cuddle for me! I guess I should try just putting an old towel down or something for the next couple of weeks, don't want to be putting myself at a disadvantage ...

I don't have any preference as long as it's healthy although a girl would be cheaper haha but it would be fun buying everything again!

I always lay there for at least 30 mins after DTD with my hips propped up I had to do a lot of washing!

Me, get armed with tissue to prevent going everywhere, I lie there for about 15 minutes now before getting in the shower. OH brings me a brew! Haha!

Oh and this is definitely AF, so heavy last night I leaked everywhere - sorry for the TMI all, could cry, really hoped it would be birthday weekend sex off but alas not. I'm trying to stay positive but I don't know how long it will last. That and AF being 6 days early too. Argh

Who have we got still waiting for bfps? I've just started the dtd marathon, my cycle is uncertain in length so I'm taking no chances and starting now even though my app tells me my fertile period isn't until next week! DH has been warned!

How important is it do you think to lie down with your hips propped up after dtd? Before ttc I would rush off to the bathroom straight away. Yesterday I tried to lie there for a while but only managed about 5 mins before a horrible sticky patch started to appear and then I had to change the sheets!

Just been talking to my boss about a big event we're supposed to be hosting next July - feel really bad knowing I won't be there and not telling him!!

Aww, Ducky, it's so exciting! Do you have a preference for a boy or girl? I'd like another girl, there's the same age gap as between me and DSis! And everyone tells me boys are more likely to wee everywhere!

Ahh kitkat, I'm feeling a bit stressed this week too. Is the scan the private one?
I'm now 14+5, have my private gender scan two weeks on Saturday, can't wait
